It is well run and good place for people with dementia.

My Mom absolutely loves it there. It is a great place. They offer a variety of activities, like on New Years Eve they had a band with a New Years Eve Party, a Mardi Gras party, and they take trips, etc. My Mom loves the food and they offer a few choices and she said the food is really good. The staff is very friendly and make everyone feel welcome. It was a big transition at first but once she moved in, she felt safe and secure with her Ambassador for all the new residents. She likes it so much and it made such an impact, she would like to do it for someone else in the future possibly. They have a happy hour everyday at 3pm that cant be missed.

Our family had an in person tour and the management was great, they were very professional and very nice. However the community just seemed a little to dark and the apartments were just not going to work out. They were more then willing to change things up in the apartment to cater more towards my liking which I did appreciate. The community is also just massive with a countless number of residents so a little overwhelming for me. It was a good value and I liked how they had a pool but it was not cleaned when I came for the tour.

There has been a few hiccups here and there with the care services, but the staff have been very responsive to the issues and concerns we have had. Other than that everything is very smooth running. The community is very clean and the meals and dining service is very good.

There are a lot of activities at this community and they bring the people together. The food is great and everyone is very friendly. We really like it here at this community. They have activities like work out classes, painting, sewing, water aerobics, movies, line dancing and more for the residents to do to stay busy. They also have puzzles for your brain called flex your brain and more.

This community was very nice as well. The location was further away than another community for my family and we felt like it worked better.

I really liked the staff at this community and they showed a lot of concern. The community itself seemed a little older and like it could use some updates. This community was very comparable there was just another community that stood out more. The tour guide knew the residents and they hugged her and knew her and you could tell that she was involved.

If you need this type of care and when I get to the age of needing their care, I would go here also. The staff are very sweet kind and considerate. They showed me everything that I needed to do and the best I have met.

My transition to The Legacy was so very easy because of the people. The residents accepted me so easily. It was just so easy for me to be here, and I loved it right away. The staff have been great. They've worked overtime to do things for me. If you tell them you need something, they find a way to get it for you. I think cleanliness is excellent. And their outdoor spaces are a nice place to go when the weather turns nice. I wish they had a swimming pool, but that's okay. They do have a nice gym, which I plan on enjoying soon.

They are very friendly and clean at this community. The hallways are wide and they are very patient orientated. I would for sure recommend this community for you or your loved one. My loved ones are not able to participate in activities at this time but there is always something going on. All of the staff from the concierge to the front desk staff to the nurses anyone that we have had to speak with has been great and professional and attentive with all of our needs.

We've experienced nothing but good things. I like the attention and concern they give to my mom. Cleanliness is great. The outdoor spaces are kind of limited, with no paths to take a walk, etc. But there's an elementary school right next door, and they can watch the kids play if they want to. I'm happy to see that Covid restriction are relaxing.

So far things have been great at this community. I would say to check it out it has been a really good place for my loved one.

[name removed] is a rock star! He was very responsive to calls and questions and has been there every step of the way to help move my brother in. I visited 10 different facilities in Spokane and after each visit I was always drawn back to North Point due to location and the staff. From the minute I walked in the Receptionist to [names removed], everyone was so kind and helpful. Had a chance to talk to some of the residents there and everyone spoke highly of the place. Food looks amazing as well.

The staff that my loved one deals with on a daily basis are caring and loving. The staff are available with any of the family's questions or concerns. They jump through hoops to get answers to our family. There are ice cream social, karaoke, bingo and more for the activities for the residents to choose from. My loved one's nails get polished and the staff will even do puzzles with the residents.

This is a nice place to live. There are people that are retired and enjoying life here. The staff are wonderful to work with. The food is very, very good. Some of the activities available include movie night, outside entertainment, bible studies, church services, game night and more for the residents to choose from. There is a community meeting once a month. There is a shuttle to grocery stores and outings for the residents to use.

I would recommend Laketown Village to those who are looking. it's a clean facility, and they'll take care of your loved one in a very friendly atmosphere.

We chose Brookdale First Colony because the facility was set up like a mini resort almost and did not feel institutional. The staff were also just extremely friendly and engaging. The apartment sizes are laid out to where they feel very large. They went out of their way to help us out, their willingness to help out really sticks out to us. I would recommend them to others looking.

I would recommend you move your loved one in immediately. My loved on loves it here. Overall the staff are wonderful to work with. They are quick to respond to questions or concerns from the family. During my loved one's stay in the hospital, the nurse reached out almost daily to check on my loved one. The community had a wonderful Christmas and New Year's celebration for the resident. The community allows pets.

This is a fantastic community. They provide an atmosphere that feels like a cruise ship. The staff make sure that the residents are comfortable. They are willing to work with the family no matter what time of day it is, and they go above and beyond to resolve issues for the family. My loved one loves being here. They have a hair salon on site for the residents to take advantage of, along with other activities. The nurses and staff are awesome. They are responsive to calls, questions, and concerns.

Even though our stay was short and we weren't able to take advantage of a lot of the things offered, this was a great community for us. There are a lot of meal choices for the residents to choose from. I wish this was closer to where my loved one is now.
