I toured this community and was happy with the tour. We did not move in due to needs for my mom. They did have a nice variety of good healthy meals that are served. The community was clean and they had great activities. The courtyard. is large and very enjoyable when outdoors. We would recommend this community for other families for the care of a loved one.

I have been very impressed with this place. My dad moved in a week ago. He had lived in our home for 60 years, so the transition was and is not easy on him. The staff listened to us and made the best arrangements. After living alone for several months following the passing of my mom, he is now socializing regularly each day. When I am older I hope I am fortunate to find a place like Brookdale Antelope Valley.

The community experience is all good for my mother-in-law. I find the community clean and the housekeeping has no issues, they are doing a good job. She enjoys the options for her meals and has a variety of activities to try out. I am happy with all the community provides and offers for my mom as a resident. Everything is good here.

I am happy to see that my good friend is getting good care at this nice community. The staff are very attentive and caring to his needs. The menu is very good and a nice variety that is offered. They do have alot of nice activities that are available. We would recommend this community for good care and value for other families.

We like the care at this community. The staff is nice and caring to her needs for my mother in law The meals are really good and the chef does offer a lot of nice meals. The desserts and the morning breakfast is made to order. She is very happy to hear that she is doing a lot of the activities that are so helpful for her. Penny is making sure that she does try and participate with the other residents. This is an outstanding community that we highly recommend for the great value and the care that is received.

I am very happy with them. We like it. The people have been really impressive, the staff there is wonderful. We haven't had any complaints at all. The food and activities are good. So far so good. And I really got to shout out to the staff.

My tour of the Brookdale Northwest Reno went very well. When I arrived, there was someone ready to take me on a tour. They were able to answer any questions and take me around the building. It was a good experience.

I like the care that my mother is getting here. This community has a good home feeling when you walk in the door. the commnity is very clean She is very happy with the meals that are served. They go out of there way to make sure they you get what your asking for at meal times. They do offer her activites for the residents to participate. We would higly recommend this community for good care and value for a loved one.

My mother really likes it at the Brookdale South Regal. She really likes her room and the meals that they provide for her. They have a large variety of activities and the other residents are very kind.

Thank you for everything you did for Mom. The past 5 years have not been easy and you made Mom's time at Brookdale Gig Harbor, the best time in that 5 year period

I must say we were impressed all the way around. Security, cleanliness, residents were out and about and happy. [Removed] was the representative we talked with was great, friendly knowledgeable and showed us all around and really made it a point to get to know us and more importantly my mom who was not present. Wonderful experience.

Met at the door by tour guide, talked about Mom before we went on the tour, all questions were answered. Facilities were not only lovely, but also designed just for Mom and "her world now". She would be comfortable and I think happy here.

Out of all the tours we had, this community had the best size that my sister wanted. The apartment is able to accommodate all her furniture. The tour itself was fine and they gave us a complete walk around of the place. I was able to get answers for my questions. Now that she is living here all is going okay.

They did an excellent job showing us around for the tour. When we got there for the tour, there was limited parking. That is the downside. But we saw smiling residents and good interaction from the staff. I did not hear anyone complaining. This was just too far for us to choose as the community.

My father had a space booked in another facility, then chose to live at Brookdale-Sandrige after a tour and meeting members of the staff. We all live out of state and couldn't be happier with his decision...all areas of this facility function at a high level. However, knowledge, application and compassion are at the highest.

I live in another state but based on the reports I am receiving from family and friends, things seem to be going well for my mother. She is happy and comfortable. She is participating in activities which she refused in her prior community. My mother has gained some weight since living here and especially likes the desserts provided.

From the moment we walked in we felt it would be home... Both Mom and I tried 15 locations... [removed] was wonderful... Thank you for making me feel like I'm not alone... Mom has now been in contact with old high school friends and now she'll be safe..

Loved this place. [Removed] was patient, kind, answered all of our questions. Lots of long term employees (15plus years) felt homey and warm.
