My mother had a wonderful respite stay at this Brookdale location! I was dreading placing my mother at a facility because I thought she wouldn't like it, but she just loved her stay! She got plenty of exercise, and she said that the food was incredible! She's already looking forward to her next stay!

Great tours. Did 2. One with my husband and one with my father in law. Lots of good info and the meal was outstanding.

We toured this community. The staff was very nice and able to answer the questions we had on the care that is given. The community is clean and we liked the dining area. The menu here was nice and they had a lot to choose from. The activities that they have would be helpful. We would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

We really liked Brookdale Broadway Mesa when we toured. It is close to my father's home. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was our top choice.

I like knowing that she is enjoying the healthy menu and is active with the activities that are offered to the residents.We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

The staff at Riverside Inn are fabulous! They have provided support for my family by encouraging us, providing advice, and caring for my dad with dignity. Anyone needing dementia care services would be lucky to find an opening at Riverside for their loved one. I would like to see a monthly posting of their activities so I can compare what dad tells me to what they are doing.

Wonderful facility; I was unsure what Memory Care would be like but it felt safe - a smaller community that would fit well for my mom. Access to all the activities if she wanted to continue to attend larger groups and go on the regular activities but the right mix of both for her changed needs.

I like living here at this nice community. The staff is very caring and respectful. The community is doing some small remodeling. The meals are very good and I do like the variety. They offer activities for me to stay active. I would highly recommend this community for other families. The rooms are very nice and a good size.

My mom loves the community and the family loves it too. The staff, meals, and especially the activities are what we like. She is finding hobbies she likes in the activities. Her memory is improving too. This is a smaller community and I am not concerned that she would get lost. I also liked seeing [Removed] know all the residents' name and they knew him too. I would recommend this community.

This is a great facility! It is very nice and the staff is great! The social director in particular is incredibly over the top, and the caregivers are sure to cater to my mom's needs and requests. The food is also great, as they have restaurant style options, as well as a different menu every day. I am very happy with my mom's stay at this Brookdale location!

We toured this community and it was nice, but the community was too big and I did not want her in a large community for care. The meals look appealing. We picked this community because it was the most convenient for all of my mom's 5 kids. She has been fine as a resident. The community is kept clean with good activities planned out. She is getting good meals and all has been covered for her care. She gets plenty of visits since she is close to us.

My dad hasn't moved in yet but [Removed] has been excellent to us. She went above and beyond being helpful and I can't say enough good things about how much she has helped us. She helped us with the community fee, rent, and she reserved a room that we wanted for him. I liked that every apartment has an outdoor balcony or patio. My dad picked this and it seems content on moving in. The people there are happy and engaged with activities. It is very positive.

Great facility

So far, my mother seems to be doing very well since her move to Brookdale Overland Park. The staff there are very nice and they are taking good care of her. I think we would recommend this community because we have had a good experience so far.

Brookdale Apple Valley is a very nice facility. It was a good fit for my mother because she requires memory care and can't be in an apartment by herself. It's definitely a good option for a senior who is more independent.

I was very impressed with this community. Every resident I saw was smiling and moving around. There seemed to be so many activities and the room was very nice. It was price well for the area.

This was one of my parents top picks! It was a little more expensive than other options they looked at. My dad also didn't like that they offered two meals a day. Overall, it was a lovely community and very positive.
