Everything is going great at Brookdale Leawood! The food is great and my mother loves it. They have a number of activities for the residents to participate in and enjoy. The staff have been pleasant and easy to work with. Housekeeping needs some work as they use a light hand when cleaning and lack attention to detail.

Brookdale seems like an upscale community. The staff are nice and they keep the community clean. I may be moving here when I am no longer able to drive. They offer transportation to places over 15 miles away.

The staff in Brookdale Greenhaven are really nice. It's a clean community with many services. They allow pets and resident parking is available. It was nice that a complimentary meal was offered to my sister and i during our tour. The community was up-kept and organized. The tour guide was very informative.

The staff that my sister and i met was very nice. We did a tour of the community and saw some of the nice services they offer. The tour guide Angela was fabulous. They had a beautician on site and resident transportation available. The community was up-kept. I really disliked the General Managers attitude towards my sister. He was very argumentative and very rude to her. Everything went great with the community and staff.

Dad is doing well with the transition. The staff are very easy to speak with and they answer all of my questions. The food is fantastic and many healthy options are available.

I took a tour of this community and it was a little nicer than other places. Everything seemed to be nice and I was able to meet with the director who was informative. It was too expensive for my budget.

A Place for Mom provided excellent support in finding the best facility for my parents at a competitive price. The information provided on their web turned out to be extremely helpful.

This is a pretty decent community, I know my mother is safe here. The community looks great, they do a very good job with keeping everything nice and well maintained. Like any other community you have some parts of staff that are amazing and other's that need some more training. There activities offered, but I wish the consistency and encouragement of the residents to participate was better. The food is fair. I would recommend it, but with some reservations.

The whole family are impressed with this community and we would recommend it. This community has a family feel to it. The staff treat my mom and the family very well. Mom is pleased with the food and has started to participate in some of the activities. The community is very nice and well kept they do a really fine job.

Things are going pretty well for my dad since moving into this community. I tried the food when I was there and tasted ok. The portions were perfect size and seemed healthy. They have a nice maintained courtyard and the community is very clean. The community is light and sunny and the staff are good at getting him involved in some of the activities. This community gets my recommendation.

The staff could not be nicer and the facility is beautiful. Both of my parents are in residence there.

It is a beautiful community with great staff that care for my mom and they keep the community looking very clean. Everyone is nice around the community and my mom is having a beautiful, wonderful experience. A Place For Mom has been wonderful and I appreciate how much they truly care about us. I would absolutely recommend this place!

We will be moving into our new home very soon. Since then we have eaten here plenty of times and we enjoy how the food taste. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It is always clean around the community and they keep it tidy. There are tons of activities to do while living here. I have already recommend people to this community.

This is a community that I would recommend. They are caring for my brother and his needs very well. It is a nice looking community, they do a good job with keeping his room and the facility nice and clean. The staff is excellent, they have been very pro-active. There are many activities offered for him to try if he wants to. The meals are nice, he is pleased with the food. They are providing him with great care and I would recommend this community.

My sisters and I have nothing but praise for the wonderful people who work here. Communication is consistent, reliable and prompt! The staff all seem very friendly and have great senses of humor, too! The buildings are nice, easy to navigate and the individual rooms and apartments very comfortable. We checked out several places and knew this was the best choice for our Dad. The dining room is so nice and the menu has a daily variety, along with the standards....something helpful for a resident with memory concerns. Taking a tour is a pleasure and having lunch on the day you tour is a great way to see how things work. They have consistently been wonderful in all areas of this assisted living establishment.

The staff is friendly, caring, and wonderful. The facility is clean and fresh. The food is excellent. The personal care provided is outstanding. Everyone is friendly and helpful and keeps you informed about the loved one who is the resident. They have numerous activities and maintain high energy levels and provide something for everyone. The facility is relatively new and it shows. Maintenance is great. Good location. They have good security. I toured about 25 assisted living facilities before selecting Legacy at Crystal Falls. They fit all the categories I was looking for and did it at a great price. The staff and management is easy to work with.

They are taking good care of my father and his needs, I'am pleased with all they have done for us. It is very nice looking community, they do a very good job with keeping everything nice and clean. They have a really good staff here. He is trying a few activities like painting, a listening to the music guest. He is very pleased with the food. I know he is safe and receiving great care. This is a community I would recommend.
