The food is really good. That is a big deal with my Mom. sometimes there is a lack of communication with the staff. It's not a major issue though. The staff is very courteous and usually respond promptly when we need something.

Very nice place. a lot of activity and many people to interact with. Both Residents and Care Providers seem happy. does not handle folks with high care needs as in two person lifts. Neal is very knowledgeable and professional.

My husband is unique. A lot of services he needs is not available. I like the friendliness of the staff and the knowledgeable staff they have.

Brookdale Antelope Valley is an amazing place. My dad decided not to move in there though. He changes his mind a lot. I wish he would have moved in. It is just absolutely amazing there. I don't think there is anything they could have improved on.

Moving my mother to a safe home was so important. I am so grateful to all the staff at Tree Forks you have made this move a great success. I love you all and my mom is settling in so nicely. Thank you.

Everything has gone well. They did take away the cloth napkins which is a disappointment. I wish they would not have started closing the reception desk two hours earlier. Other than that, the residents are incredible, the staff is incredible and this is the best thing I have ever done.

The facility is spacious and beautiful. The staff js so polite and helpful. There are quite a few activities the residents can do for fun. Great sense of family.The food here is even decent.

They just absolutely love Brookdale. I think they would get a five. We been so impressed with the level of care. We chose them for the attentiveness they showed, they made it really easy and smooth to get set up.

We love Brookdale Sun City West Sandridge . While she has been there we have had no issues. The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean.. We are very pleased with this facility overall.

I knew this place was a winner from the start. walking in to the facility, i instantly felt a sense of warmth and happiness. the staff has been very helpful and knowledgeable. My mom is doing great and really enjoys all the activities. She has really benefited from 3 meals a day and having someone help with her medications too. I would definitely recommend the Legacy!

Brookdale Antelope Valley has really helped out. She is really happy there. It has really opened up her eyes. She is able to socialize with residents her own age. I cant think of anything that could get any better at this facility. She likes it there.

I have not had any problems with them. The staff is professional, the facility is well maintained and kept, and the food is good. Not bad for a retirement home. So far we are very pleased with Brookdale.

My mom and dad have been living at the Legacy for 3 months now. Neither one of them have too many physical care needs but they wanted to be around people and have lots of activities to choose from. I like the fact that the prices are inclusive so when they do need a little more physical help- i wont have to start paying a bunch more! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Everyone from the housekeeper to the director knows all of the residents names and everyone is always giving hugs and making the residents smile. I cant express how happy I am with the Legacy and knowing my parents are happy!

Brookdale Leawood has been great. They are in the process of a major renovation. The staff were very welcoming to us. They have been really accommodating as far as setting her up in her apartment. The staff have repsonded immediately to any question or concerns I have had. It has been an excellent experience. My mom is just thrilled.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Brookdale Dunwoody, they run a very good organization. The staff here is friendly and helpful, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. They're doing a great job taking care of my loved one.

My first experience there overall has been excellent. It's a brand new facility, the staff is enthusiastic and attentive to all the residents. The food is okay, the chef is nice. It seems like they are having a hard time filling up their facility, so cuts are being made in staffing, so some of the things that were great in the beginning are starting to slip because they don't have enough of help.

My parents seem to enjoy the Brookdale Leawood, they have been doing some remodeling, so that's the only reason for a low rating on cleanliness but other than that the facility is pretty clean. And my mom definitely loves that it has a washer and dryer in the unit which was a plus. Overall satisfied.

I would highly recommend Legacy at Falcon Point. It has ended up being more than I was looking for. It has been a great experience. I have nothing to say that they could improve on. I am very pleased with this facility.

As far as the staff goes, they handle themselves well and are just very professional and they just do an awesome job. They made the whole transition for my loved one, and for the family, as comfortable as can be.
