We moved my mother into this home a month ago. The staff has been very caring. The one thing that always bothered me about visiting elderly care facilities was the smell. Riverside Inn always smells fresh and clean. That shows me that they take care of their residents and their surroundings. My mom says she likes it there and appears to be very happy. It was such a difficult decision to move my mom into a facility, but we feel we made the right choice in Riverside Inn at Fossil Creek.

I am very, very pleased. My loved ones love it. Emeritus has made my life so much easier, it's been great. They take such good care of them, they treat them well. They like the food, but some days they aren't 100%. The staff is just wonderful. They are super friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

My mother swore she'd never go to a facility, and she absolutely loves it. It's the best thing that has happened to her in the last fifteen years. She started her own scrabble club and is just having a blast.

As far as i'm concerned, they just do everything fantastically. The only thing I can see would maybe the aides there. They probably need a few more and the ones that are on duty need to pay more attention to the residents. I say that meaning that they aren't as well trained as they should be. When the patient has to tell an aide how to empty a catheter that's usually not a good thing. Little things like that, but otherwise no complaints.

I love it. I wish I could live there. I think It's a great solution. It has been a good transition for my mother. The cleanliness, friendliness, and care services are excellent. The inside of the facility is very clean and nice. Everyone is very friendly. The staff is helpful. It has been a really good experience. I would absolutely recommend the Emeritus at Landing of Queensbury. It's a really nice community.

I knew the moment we walked in that this was the best place for my Mom. The professional staff took us by the hand and made both my Mom and I at home. Val Lame made our first visit very comfortable. We just celebrated week one and know our needs are met. ?????????? Best Place for Mom! Great spot for my Mother. She has dementia so spends most of her time in the memory care unit, but has her own apartment & the staff checks on her frequently. Can't say enough about this place; I go there often, at all different times & have not been disappointed.

Although my mother is relatively young (68), she recently decided to call Brookdale Leawood her new home. She moved in the beginning of May 2015 and so far it's been a very positive experience. Everyone there is exceptionally friendly and they've bent over backwards to make her feel welcome. She is just now starting to find time to enjoy some of the many activities that are offered. My family and I are excited to see her living an active lifestyle again and socializing with new people. My mom raves about the food and often makes comments on how she feels like she's living in a 5-star hotel. I can only hope that her experience living at Brookdale Leawood continues to be such a wonderful one!

They have been outstanding. We are very happy with them. The food is even good. It's healthy, and the portions are appropriate. My dad seems to be really well adjusted. Gail Snider, the onsite director has been phenomenal. We have had a really great experience.

The Brookdale Ridgmar is a nice community. They are great! It is always spotless. The staff is very kind and helpful. You get a great atmosphere for what you pay for. The care givers do a great job at taking care of the residents. This place is excellent.

Large apartments, spacious kitchen and very friendly staff willing to help!

This is a very nice community. I would like to live there instead of my father. The facility is very clean. They have fun activities. I would highly recommend the Brookdale Apple Valley. It is such a nice community.

We have had a very good experience with Brookdale Broadway Mesa. There have not been any major issues, and any time there is any issue at all, they have been very open to listen to feedback and willing to help out wherever they can.

We have been here for 2 weeks. So far we are very pleased. The Emeritus at Ridgeland Pointe is a nice community. My loved one likes it so far. I am glad that she likes it here. It is very clean and everyone is friendly.

Legacy at Falcon Point is a very warm and caring place for our loved one. The staff is superior - always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is the best! This is the only place we would ever choose.

I think its a great place. We placed my grandfather there because it's perfect for him. If your looking for an assisted living community in Lancaster, CA this is my #1 suggestion. I highly recommend it! The facility is very clean. The staff and residents are friendly. The care givers do a great job at taking care of everyone. The value is great as well. They have many activities. I had a great experience with Brookdale Antelope Valley!

i do recommend this place it is good on value and the staff takes care of your loved one with love i gave the community a over all rating of a 5 star rating i think the staff is very very friendly i gave the friendliness a 5 star rating as well

My father in law was not there but for about a week before he passed away so our experience was somewhat limited, but it was a very good experience. They were very helpful in helping me assess where he was health-wise as I was in another town. Their hospice care is really very good. They called me all the time, gave me constant feedback, and kept me constantly updated, which was really very helpful.

From the moment that we first visited six weeks ago, we were extremely impressed. New, clean, very much of a resort feel - certainly not assisted living. The first visit - two workers were playing a game with a resident. We visited a few locations, but The Legacy had set the bar so high in our minds that it was an easy choice to bring my parents here. Although all assisted living facilities are pricey - this one was a good value compared to the others. We appreciated the one flat fee - not a 'nickle and dime' billing process. The friendly staff has gone out of their way for us......each and every time we have walked through the doors. The communication from the staff is incredible; they went out of their way to help this be a smooth transition. They eagerly accommodated and allowed us to begin to set up 'home' for my parents a week before their actual move in - which was today. My father met my mother at the door - and he s aid 'Welcome to our new home.' It gave me a warm fuzzy feeling all over! This is the first time in two months that I feel 'at ease' with moving my parents being together again after two months apart. You will not regret a decision to come to The Legacy - guaranteed!
