The community tried its best to keep residents safe and secure during covid. My Loved one says this is the right place for her.

The activities are being brought back since all the residents have been fully vaccinated. During the whole pandemic they took really good care of them and would bring everyone there food. They just did an overall good job.

My aunt moved from another assisted living. Absolutely the BEST decision we have made!! The food is amazing! The activities are enjoyed. The staff has been very helpful and by far the best over all. The whole move in was fantastic and so easy!!

The Farrington is a great place for Mom. She moved here from Colorado and could not be happier. [name removed] and all of the staff were so helpful in this long distance move. The facilities are very nice and Mom loves watching the birds at the half dozen feeders in the garden area in the back. A full slate of activities rounds out the careful and caring manner in which the residents are treated. Give the Farrington the highest recommendation.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful and even when we chose a different community she was very complimentary of that community. They are remodeling and the rooms are very nice and the community is very clean. The community overall was very positive

This is my forever home! It just felt like home the first time I stepped in the doors!

I think they've opened up a little bit since my loved one was here. I feel like we missed out on a lot of the community feel of families being included, since we were there during Covid times, with phone conferences only at first. And then we got to visit in a designated patio space outside, and I was actually able to see her everyday which was nice. The staff was very good. I never had questions I felt went unanswered. I always felt I had their cooperation. My loved one was very happy with her individual room. When we moved to memory care, there were a lot more staff watching. We got to know them and felt they did a great job. They were always looking out for her and making sure she was taken care of. They did a great job of posting photos on Facebook of the residents participating in activities. It looked like our loved one was having a good time. In visiting with her myself, I'd say that was accurate. They were limited in what they could do, but they tried to do internal activities that maintained resident safety.

Our loved one at Town Village Crossing is vegetarian and sometimes when the food gets delivered to her room they forget and give her something that is not vegetarian. We do know she likes being there and is happy.

Our loved one really enjoys the meals they cook for everybody, he talks about them all the time. He is so pleased with everything at the Ridgeland Place, he does not want to be anywhere else. Our loved one is just so ecstatic about being there, he absolutely loves it. The rooms at the community would also be a five out of five.

I have referred this community to others. The care they have given my loved one is amazing. They have taken care of every need my loved one needs. My loved one is thriving there. The staff knows me by name and are kind to me. The staff have made sure the residents feel included in the activities and other items. There is a button the residents to push for assistance if the resident falls. The apartments are a nice size. The communication with the staff is amazing!!

We moved mother from another large community in Lubbock. I wish we had done it sooner. The staff truly care and love mother. She is eating so much better. The food is delicious with a lot of choices if you aren’t fond of the special for the day. I have been very impressed with the way they have handled COVID too. Every staff member I have encountered has shown a genuine care and passion. Everyone is always so happy and willing to help.

We have had a great experience so far with Legacy at Cimarron. I cannot stress enough how friendly and staff members are as well as confident. I would recommend the facility to others who are looking.

We chose Ridgmar place primarily primarily for the location. I find that the elderly population needs some encouragement to mingle and participate in activities, I have reached out to the activities director and she is helping us with this. I do know my sister is happy here and we are pleased.

Both of our loved ones who are they enjoy the meals and dining services. Under the current circumstances they are doing their very best when it comes to the activities.

We really like the community, the staff is very communicative with the families especially for those who are not local. They really have gone out of there was to get the residents their covid vaccinations. Our loved one just received her first round yesterday.

From what we have seen of the community the cleanliness is great. The community itself was great, and they were beyond wonderful when our father was passing. They truly have some amazing staff members. We were able to eat a few meals there and the food was really good. They have just been really good with our mom.

They are giving us a great deal until our parents' home sells. We will be touring the available unit with our parents this Wednesday. I loved it so far on our virtual tour! Tour is rescheduled for tomorrow. We tried to see two in one day. Too much for my Mom. We will be touring tomorrow.

The community has done a great job with the common areas, everyone has access to either a patio or a balcony. The grounds also kept very nice. I would definitely recommend this community to others
