Saddle Brook memory care in Frisco is one of the premier memory care facilities that you can take your parents. Staffing is very understanding and accommodating. The nurses such as [names removed] are very particular about making sure that all medications are adhered to as indicated. This two nurses are very hands-on and always contact family to updates on resident status while offering recommendations to help ease the transition into memory care. Management are very responsible and I thank [name removed] for being so personable with the resident every time I have been there. I will 200% recommend Saddle Brook to my entire family. Keep up the good work.

The Legacy at Falcon Point has worked tirelessly to ensure the safety of their residents and at the same time created such a wonderful feeling of family and community for those residents. Our mother recently celebrated her 100th birthday and the staff helped us create an event to remember! Well done!

My dad lives at the Legacy. I love the community. They take such good care of my dad. I don't worry about him. They love him as if he was their own. I can't say enough about Legacy and staff.

Glenwood Village took great care of my mom. The staff was very caring, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. My mom was happy with the floor plan and her room. The food was ok.

The way LACF handled the COVID crisis was great! They protected our loved ones, as if they were their family. I love them for that!

I cannot say enough about what a blessing Legacy at Crystal Falls has been to me and my family. Due to unexpected health circumstances, I moved both my parents in almost four years ago. My mother has since passed, but my father is still a resident. Over these three years they have consistently gone above and beyond to care for both of my parents. The staff has always been loving and supportive of both them and me. There are abundant activities and they do a good job of getting resident participation. The staff tries to make Legacy feel like a home to their residents and they do a good job of it! I know when I am not able to be with my dad, that he is well cared for and looked after.

We chose The Gardens because it is more home like and it is on a really nice piece of land. The staff members and residents are all very friendly. Every time I talk to my mother on the phone she says she loves it here. She is on the senior living side but they care for them so well it is almost like assisted living. She has the biggest apartment there is and it is very spacious. I have eaten here several times and the food they serve is very good. My favorite part about the community so far has been that she is a pianist and they have 2 pianos, so she gets to play every day. She also loves bingo, they have lots of activities even with covid going on. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing community! They take pride and ownership in the care and needs for both their families and residents.

They care for there residents. They have not had any COVID cases which is fabulous. They work very hard to keep the facility clean and COVID free. The caregivers are very one on one, very caring, and we always get a call if something is even slightly off with my mother in law. The food is average but they offer a variety with good nutrition. I would recommend this community to other families if you can afford it.

Director [name removed] has kept us informed throughout the pandemic. The Staff has always been ready to assist when we call to speak with my brother, [name removed]. It's been hard not being able to see him but it's wonderful to know these dedicated "heroes" are there to keep him safe! Resident Care Coordinator, [name removed] and her Staff have been above and beyond. [name removed] was able to keep his Doctor's appointment through tele-care communication recently, which she arraigned. I was so happy. [name removed] is a quiet fellow. Like's TV and taking in the activity around him. He is doing well at The Landing. [name removed] enjoys the wonderful meals at The Landing. Until this past December, [name removed] was living by himself in Queens, NY. When I think of him being up here with us, safe and sound, I thank God. And then I thank the entire Staff at The Landing at Queensbury. Kudos all around!

We chose this community because of the friendliness of the staff, they spoke to every resident we walked passed on our tour. The other reason was the dining room selections, they have specials and it is an actual book menu where residents get to make choices. Even post COVID, they are still able to make choices the night before, and then it is just brought to their room. It also smelled clean when we walked in the door. They had sufficient parking for the visitors as well. The room sizes are good.

[name removed] is a wonderful source of information. Very nice facility. Rooms are good size. Prices are good.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We chose this community because I visited others and did not like what I saw. The staff at this community were happy which tells a lot about the place. The food was wonderful with a variety. I would recommend this community and I already have. The caregivers treated my dad like family and when he passed away you could clearly see they were emotional.

I have been very impressed. They a take very good care of the residents. It is a good place. I would recommend it. The food was good. The room sizes are adequate. They have nice outdoor space.They have done a good job with Covid-19. It is well managed. They deal with issues as they arise.

I think that the residents really love each other and feel like their a family. The resident themselves genuinely care about the other residents that live there. Everybody who lives there is close. My mom considers the staff like extended family and she trusts them, Our family loves the food there During COVID, the staff they have protected themselves so that they could protect the residents.
