We were very happy with this community, it was a beautiful place. Every time we visited the community was clean, we had no complaints about anything. The meals looked terrific, and she seemed to be happy with it. They had different meal options to choose from and if you didn't like those options they would make you a sandwich so they were very accommodating. Considering what she was getting, we thought it was a good value and the staff was very friendly.

We think it is a fabulous place we are extremely pleased with it, and the rooms they provide for the residents are very nice.

My mother has lived at The Legacy for two years this month. She had some serious health issues before the pandemic and the staff took outstanding care of her. She is doing very well now due to their care and their actually commitment to take care of the residents. It isn’t just the medical staff that cares and interacts with the residents. All the staff from the Executive Director, the Conceriege, the Community Director, the Business Director, the dining room staff and housekeeping staff know the residents by name and interact with them During this pandemic the care of Mom and the other residents has been amazing. The Legacy is clean and well maintained. The food is very good. I highly recommend The Legacy at Crystal Falls.

We toured this community and found it to be as close to home as possible. We ate lunch (it was amazing) and the kitchen manager came out to greet us and answer all our questions. We spoke to the Executive director who was warm and very inviting. We spoke with the Nurse and she detailed all the services that would be needed. We met with a lot of care staff and found them to be genuinely invested in the residents they were caring for. There were activities going on during our visit and so much laughter coming from that room. Because of this surprise walk in visit we made the choice then and there the bring mom and dad to their new home. We have been extremely satisfied and content with our choice. This is our third place of residence for mom. Got it right. She loves being here and is enjoying all the wonderful and courteous help she receives. She enjoys the entertainment and some of the arts and crafts.

My husband has been in the memory care unit at the legacy at Crystal Falls for close to two years now. He has been well cared for and loved since we moved him in. His attendants have always been kind and loving towards him. The meals are served promptly and always look very appetizing and he seems to enjoy the food. The staff is very pleasant and are always ready to answer any question And help in anyway that they can. We are most satisfied with our choice of the Legacy at Crystal Falls.

I am very happy with Glenwood Village. What stuck out to us was the price, activities offered, and I felt the apartment available provided a lot of space for her. I have eaten here and the food was better at the beginning before covid, they do have a lot of variety of choices though for residents. The best part about the community so far has been the activities, even with the virus they have worked very hard to keep everyone busy. I would recommend.

A caring, loving facility that makes aging in a professional environment ideal. Kudos to gracious, kind, hardworking staff.

The caring staff here at Saddle Brook have far exceeded our expectations. It’s a beautiful facility and the residents are loved, happy, and safe.

Creston Village is doing really good with everything, however our only negative would have to be the communication. The care services are very good, they treat our loved one and the other residents really good. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

We looked at lot of different places and chose The Legacy at Town Square because it was very pretty and nice. It was also secure which was important since he had Alzheimer's. This facility also allowed him to bring his dog. The rooms were good size for his needs. The best part about this facility was the staff members, they were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend.

Saddlebrook is a beautiful facility and the staff is very pleasant. [name removed] is always willing to help out in any way.

It is expensive, but our overall first impression was good. The location is great as well as the staff members. Our loved one has a view of the court yard, and I would recommend this community to a family or friend.

Legacy at Cimarron is clearly a standout retirement community due to the exemplary features: exceptional care of all residents throughout the ongoing pandemic with close family for communication, expert guidance, and compassion while making the decision to leave my mother from her home. My siblings and I will forever be grateful to the Legacy at Cimarron for providing a safe, monitored and caring environment for our dear Mother. This Community is a clearly exceeding standards when compared to others.

My parents both live there, and for a little over a year now. Care has been great. The Compassion shown is outstanding. I've never seen anyone act, or react in a negative way. I would highly recommend this place, for anyone looking for a long time home for their loved ones.

My first contact with the Legacy was with [names removed]. They have always been so kind and helpful even the process of moving my loved ones to El Paso as my mom kept changing her mind. To this day they are always there to help. [Name removed] who is the front desk is always so cheerful when you talk to her on the phone or in person. She takes care I have a lot of different things and does many so well. My dad is in the memory care and the staff is so kind, gentle, and caring to my dad is always willing to help in any way. My mom is an independent living and she and the staff is wonderful with her. [Name removed] has done who wonderful job hiring a great staff that is so kind, positive, and helpful. Plus it is a beautiful place to live and visit!

I could not have chosen a more perfect home for my parents. The staff is amazing. Attentive to details. Patient, wiith help me and my dad. I have no worries while they are in the care of the Legacy at Cimarron .

We recently had to pull my father, who has Alzheimer's, in a memory care facility. We were referred to the Legacy at Cimarron and have been very pleased with the experience. The Legacy has given him a home environment with 24/7 care he needs. The caring staff has been able to redirect to any anxiety he displays. We love that he gets to eat every meal with the other residents at the community table. Most importantly, he's happy there, we know that he is safe, and well taken care of. In fact, he is happier, more stimulated than he was in his own home. We are seeing him laugh and smile much more now that he is at The Legacy.
