This community was pretty decent, and relatively new. But the small size of the apartments turned us away. They were very, very small, just under 400 square feet for a 1-bedroom. It was assisted living, so there was no full kitchen. And that's what we thought we wanted, but it ended up feeling too institutional and nursing-home-like. Dad just didn’t like it. At about 28% occupancy, there were only 3 male residents at the time. The staff was pretty good. But this just wasn't a fit for us.

The dining room looks wonderful, and we do know they offer several options to choose from for the meals. However, even though they offer different options the meals are still repetitive and we wish they had more of a variety. They do offer a lot of activities for those who want to participate in them.

We really liked what we saw at Legacy during our tour. We will be moving as a family in a couple of months and will most likely be putting my dad here. We had great interactions with the staff members and residents. We hold Legacy up as our standard.

I've been completely surprised at how wonderful it is here. The director is absolutely amazing [date removed]. He was born for this job. He knows everyone's name and checks on everyone daily. He appears to have good relationship with the rest of the staff - no tension there. Everything is top notch. They have activities all the time. My loved one has a better social life than my husband and I do. They treat the residents so well here. We were worried about moving our loved one, but she is so happy and has just blossomed here.

They are very caring and proactive in providing care for their patients. They are extremely friendly, and they do everything they can to help the patients have a better quality of life. My loved one absolutely loves the food, particularly the breakfasts and the night time meals, and she's gaining some weight, which is a good thing. Even when she sometimes complains about other things, she always says the food is fabulous. It's a bit expensive, but she receives great care, and I feel like it's definitely worth it.

Was impressed with the virtual tour and is a very lovely place. I paid very close attention to her amenities to which she pointed out but noticed in the country store with activities director things like cokes and snacks were sold where those items are offered as free amenities throughout the day as well as along with activities without having to be purchased. So, to me it just seems that the other Communities are more affordable and cost consensus for the ones that have to live on a strict budget to afford them a coke or a snack. Please don’t get me wrong the country store is great and I would purchase things probably from it depending on what they have but not a coke or a snack.

The pricing was awesome for us. The sales director knew the residents and was very engaging. The community was clean. The only drawback was it was more than one story.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. I would live there myself if I could. The cleaning is provided every other week, along with food in the price of rent. They have a lot of activities available for the residents to participate in. Some include happy hours, drives, parties, and more for the residents. The staff are super nice and caring. This is a great community for an active individual.

They are informative. They do a pre-interview where they sit down and check out the patient and establish a care level prior to moving in. They're readily available when you call them. The staff are very good. If there's something I need to know, they'll call ahead. I like how they're trying to work with my loved one. They have her doing occupational and physical therapy. It's a very clean facility, and the rooms are spacious.

We did a tour with this community and it was very nice. The tour was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information to consider. The community was very nice and they were very accommodating to us.

We're really excited to try Legacy at Forest Ridge for our loved one's next respite stay. We used a different community last time, and there were all sorts of things we had to bring for her room (shower curtain, toilet paper, TV). Here, they provide everything for you. The cost is slightly more, but not as much as you would think for how nice it is, and they're still comparable to respite communities in the area . Your room key is a necklace you can wear, and it also grants you access to the fitness center. The rooms are super nice. It's like staying at a nice hotel. While we were there, the chef even brought out a little plate of dessert for my loved one to try. All the staff were super sweet. And, it’s only a mile from my house.

They're good people. They take care of my loved one and keep track of him very well. Everything is clean. The cleaning lady comes into the apartments once every two weeks, and they keep the common areas clean and picked up. The food is good. They offer a good variety, and I would say they serve fancier, gourmet-style meals.

Absolutely stunning was very impressed with this senior living community. I would recommend this to any person looking for a beautiful spot for their loved ones to stay.

They were excellent every step of the way. My mom passed away about two months after we moved her in. I just wished we had found them sooner. They were amazing. They treated her like family, came in with kisses, and treated her with compassion when she got sick. I can't say enough good things about them - they were amazing, all of them. My mom loved the food. I came in one time and saw steak and baked potatoes that looked really good. They always encouraged her to participate in activities. They were amazing. I would completely recommend them.

We chose Saddle Brook because I liked the atmosphere, the staff were very friendly during the tour, and the rooms. They to me were a lot bigger and better than some other facilities that we looked into. They have been excellent with communication, they send out newsletters and if there are any questions or concerns they always call. The directors have been fabulous to work with. I have been pleased and I feel that we made the best decision and I would highly recommend them to other families who are looking.

I really liked Broadway Mesa Village. I just felt that my loved one needed more care support. It was really clean, the staff seemed very friendly, and it seemed like they really wanted to go above and beyond to make sure she would get what she needed. I liked the activities, and they made it seem very welcoming there.

There is a lot of food provided I don't like. The menu doesn't appeal to me. There are alternative sandwiches available for those who choose to eat these. I would like to see more a variety and better nutrient, but they seem to be working on it. An example of lunch is: slow roasted turkey, butter squash, and a roll. Dinner for example is sloppy joes, and grapes. This is the best move I've made for me. I am no longer lonely is a big key for this. They have fun games, card games, and other activities available for those that would like to participate in them.

I think it's a nice place. My loved ones are happy. Everything is as advertised, and we would definitely recommend it. They like the staff, and everything has been good so far. The staff have been happy to come help when my dad pushes the wrong button on the cable remote. Housekeeping comes in every other work, and I believe you can pay for them to come more often if you need it. The apartments are small but plenty big. My parents like the food, although they say it has not been as good since the week of ice. And my mom doesn't care for the breakfast. Town Village does offer a lot of activities, although my parents just don't participate all that much. But my mom, who's more social, has plenty of people she talks to and has meals with. So it's been good for her.
