I would rate 5 stars for all! What sticks out the most about them is that everyone there truly cares. That is the reason that we chose Ridgeland Place initially over other places that we looked at. I would recommend Ridgeland Place to others looking.

My family and I have been so grateful for everyone at The Solana. Our aunt moved to the Assisted Living Vintage Park and was welcomed with open arms. It was a difficult transition, and the encouragement and care from the staff and management was professional and comforting. I love this place and the people who work there!

The Aids and Attendance program is not easy to get into. There has been some turnover as far as employees. They charge $[removed] for latecharge. But they really help with problems you may encounter. They have very nice courtyards. We are at the rose garden courtyard, they also have a coy fish, golf putting green, and a swimming pool courtyard. Our apartment is really nice. We have a one bedroom, about 710 square feet. Big walk in closet. We had to downsize but we are really happy here. Just my wife and I. They have smaller apartments, but they also have larger.

Solana was wonderful... although our mom never got out of the hospital to move into her apartment. We had moved her belongings in and it was beautiful, but she never got to even see it. It would have been perfect for her. They were so sweet to us.

We picked this community, because I was familiar with the location. They refurbished the facility, and the memory care unit is fantastic, and has shared rooms, which has total privacy. The staff is excellent. The medical staff was able to handle my loved one. They have been interactive, and they are providing the proper care. The care staff to resident ratio is good. It is clean, and nice. The food is good. They are just fantastic.

My father is currently a resident at Brookdale Clear Lake. The staff have been so helpful. When something is broken, it is fixed right away. When my father had an episode, they were quick to call me to tell me he was sent to emergency. They say the food is delicious and we have all enjoyed it when we eat there as a family. I would absolutely recommend this facility, and have, to all of their friends. My Aunt has moved in and she is very pleased as well. She paid almost double at her previous facility.

[name removed] and [name removed] were amazing in describing the attribute's of this facility and all it has to offer - friendly and knowledgeable.

All of these categories are worthy of receiving 5 stars. What we really like about this community is the friendliness and the care given to the residents by the staff. They are very diligent in their care to the residents from the director down to the cleaning staff. Based on our experience so far we would without a doubt recommend The Legacy at Santa Fe community to other families.

So far my Dad is very happy at The Renaissance of Florence! The staff are very nice and extremely helpful. I love that they had New Resident Ambassadors. The food is good according to my Dad, even though he is a picky eater. The facility is clean and updated. I would highly recommend The Renaissance for any family looking for a special place for their family member!

The food at Greenhaven Place is a thumbs up. You will not be disappointed at all. It’s plated to perfection. Displays are put out of what’s on the menu and the staff will come and take your order as if it’s a restaurant. I love this.

One deciding factor for us not staying is that I didn't feel the most comfortable with the coordinator that would be assisting my dad. Another is that I felt the campus was a bit too large for him at this point of his life. He needed a community that was able to visualize him regularly. The ultimate determinate, was we did not feel led in our spirits to go. On a good note, [name removed] was fabulous!!! It was a nice community, but just not going to be the best fit for our loved one,

Our family had an in person tour with Brookdale First Colony and we thought the community and the tour was a great experience but we decided to go with another community that was just a little closer in location.

The staff are extremely friendly, and they are there to truly help the residents. They are very nice, and dressed and groomed nicely. The common areas are clean. My loved one's room could have been cleaner, and this may have been due to the housekeeper. The med techs, and RAs were friendly. The nurses were always willing to listen to my concerns, and assist in communicating with the doctor for us. The residents and my loved one didn't care for the food provided. I heard the food was tough and dry.

The staff at The Legacy at Forest Ridge is helpful and they communicate well with the family. Everything has been great. I would recommend this facility to anyone because the staff is just so friendly. Everyone is willing to help and they really get to know their residents.

We like the front desk staff and all the activities they offer. Mother hates the food so we bring her food in. Some of staff isn't good, but most are. There have been issues with Moms medication, when she ask for something doesn't always get it, especially her pain meds. When she ask what the med is for or what it does, they can't answer. It took Mom about 6 months but she is happy there. The cost and fees are high.

We were very pleased with Brookdale Round Rock for my dad. They were very caring and supportive. We never had any issues with cleanliness. The staff were great. They genuinely cared and went above and beyond for my dad. He was not very social and they worked hard to help him integrate into the community. We had no issues with the quality of care. They catered to my dad dietary needs and gently insured he didn’t stray when he could no longer balance his diabetes meal needs and help us avoid having to start insulin. Even adding sugar free ice cream to the menu for a wile and helping him with diabetic sage snacks we stocked in his room. [name removed] went out of her way to keep my dad involved in the activities even adding some of the games and activities he was used to from his previous situation and teaching other residents so he would have people to play rummycube with. We found the costs to be fair for the services and care. During Covid when the out side barber and other services were restricted the staff stepped and toke over those services with out additional charge and did a great job.

Of the five facilities I looked at before I decided on Ridgeland Place, this was the best value and the facility I was most comfortable with. The staff is great and attentive, and communication is always maintained.

This facility works very hard to take care of your loved one. The staff has been wonderful to my loved one. it's very hard to find staff right now, so I believe they are doing the best that they can. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.
