We had a virtual tour with Legacy at Cimarron and they did a great job. They were able to show us the facility which was new and beautiful and all of the amenities provided. The location was just a little too far for us.

Sun City West Assisted Living is a wonderful facility with very caring and knowledgeable nurses, staff and administration. Residents have activities and are always involved.

My Mom moved in last summer and is so happy now that she does not have to cook or clean. Mom enjoys the variety of activities, especially the card games. She loves the caregivers and the food !

I am so pleased with the prospect that my grandmother can live in a beautiful place like this! It was better than I anticipated.

I chose Town Village of Leawood because I needed a furnished room and it was the only place that had already furnished apartments. My apartment is beautiful, it is plenty enough space for what I need. Everyone I speak to is very happy with the facility. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend to others looking.

You need to come visit Ridgmar Place. I highly recommend this place to live. The quality of life is very good here. Some of the activities available are exercise classes, yoga, and water exercise, word puzzles, and more for the residents to choose from. They have a warm salt water pool for the residents to use. The food is very delicious. All the staff goes above and beyond for the residents.

First of all, we looked at several different places, and Laketown Village was by far the most professional in terms of the interaction and the welcoming process. Beyond that, they're located in New Orleans, and I have to compliment them on their storm evacuation process. They did a great job and took my loved one to a place where she actually liked even more. Reading the stories of what other families had to deal with, we had no worries. We were communicated with constantly. The residents were safe getting to and from the different locations. And it was professionally handled all the way through. The staff at Laketown Village are very attentive and often anticipate your needs, which is unusual. I live out of state, and there are a lot of things I can't do for my loved one on a daily basis. They take great care of her and will sometimes even come in on their off days to do things for her. One of the staff, [name removed], says he tries to treat everyone like they're his mom or dad, and I love that approach. Overall the food is good, no real issues. My loved one has a favorite cook, and if that person isn't cooking she's less happy with the food. But we've been very happy with Laketown Village overall.

While searching for our MIL, we were given the name of Magnolia Place. It's so charming, very clean and so many fun activities going on for the residents. Staff was friendly and engaging. The food smelled delicious! We will be returning!

We chose Town Village Crossing mostly because of the friendliness of the staff. The other main reason was that they also have a built in grocery store, so it is easy for my mom to go down there and get things and no other places had that. She is in a handicap unit and it is nice size and perfect for her wheelchair. I would most definitely recommend to others.

Take your loved one here. They are wonderful. They look out for the residents and our loved one ran away. They found her and brought her back and took care of her. They are all great there and I can not say enough good things about legacy.

I like this facility however, they could not get my loved one in due to not having a doctor on staff. This was a good tour experience.

The community was very caring but unfortunately, my loved one was unable to move in. But they were honest with the care they could provide and helped us find the right place for my loved one. That's what I based my rating. The community took way too long to issue a refund to us, but I did receive it.

The memory care unit is small and this is a big advantage to assist with the resident care. The staff is responsive to any questions, requests, or concerns I may have. The food is being enjoyed by my loved one. I thought the food was great the time I was able to eat here.

I toured this community on Sept 19th. I was looking for a place for my mom. We had a great tour with Ruben the CRD who explained the Assisted Living and Memory Care options. He sat with us to find out what my mom likes and really listened to what was important to us. I liked the fact that they have not had any COVID cases since Sept 2020. The Nurse Lily was very nice and is setting up an assessment to see what level of care my mother is. The staff I did see was friendly and they were giving meds and changing folks. I did see they had activities going n the 2nd floor. The price was affordable and in my budget.

I really liked The Renaissance of Florence and we had a great tour. All of the staff members that we met were as friendly and helpful as they could be, no negative feedback.

This community was a little more expensive. We would have considered if it was a little more affordable because it was in a great location.

The community is in a great location and I have peace of mind. The staff is attentive and communication is very good between the staff and our family. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I like the size of community and the attention to all the residents and how quickly they came to recognize our loved one, to welcome her, and encourage her to get involved. They were very thoughtful during the height of the pandemic and even when they had to deliver meals they did a phenomenal job. They were so eager to get the dinning room set up correctly so the residents could come back and eat their meals comfortably. The executive director is so thoughtful an caring, and the entire staff team is amazing.

I was able to have an in person tour, and the lady we met with was pretty new to sales but still extremely nice. It is a brand new facility, it has chandeliers so it was more glitzy and glamours which made the expenses to high. Also they had elevators and we did not want to have our loved one rely on elevators to get around.
