I came to Broadway Mesa Village a year ago and pleased to say I have seen a lot of improvement this new year. The Dining Staff are always kind, quick to serve and very accommodating. Since Chef [name removed] has come on board, the food has really improved. Whenever I push my pendant for assistance, the care staff respond quickly and always make sure to meet my needs.

When my loved one moved in his care level was raised. We sat down and discussed things and they fixed everything for us. We are still getting settled in with this and trying to get the billing under control. This is the one thing I would warn of it to watch the invoices and make sure that the level of care is being billed correctly. The people there are great and they become family right away. They have my dads best interest at heart.

My mom broke her back in [date removed], which lead to finding out she had cancer, in multiple organs and Ischemic dementia do to a stroke. She needed help. Even though there will never be a replacement for your own home. Ridgeland place became her home. They allow cameras so I see everything. What I see is love, tenderness, and compassion. [name removed] the new administrator has really made some positive changes in care as well. Her open door policy is so helpful. She not only bring a nursing perspective coupled with her degrees and experience in nursing home administration. During her busy day she finds time to visit the residents and even paint their nails . She knows them all personally. Ridgeland place and the care team have become extended family , [names removed] just to name a few .

The people there are awesome. The residents are great with a variety of types of residents. They are wonderful people. It is a lot for your money.

Our of all the memory care communities in this area we felt Saddle Brook was the best place for our loved one. The staff are very nice and everything is taken care of. The care services are good with great medication management. We have had a pleasant experience so far. However sometimes clothes get mixed up or lost when they do laundry which is a little frustrating but other than that its a great community.

We like how the community just felt overall, it felt good just from the tour we took and the location is great to where we live. We have been very impressed with all the people we have encountered so far, not only are they showing great care and support to our parents but to our family as well. They are really enjoying the meals and we would absolutely recommend this community to others.

We are so pleased with them. They take great are of our loved one. The facility is always clean, and it's a homey, warm, caring, and professional environment. The food is good overall, although I think they serve too many starches. For instance, they'll serve mashed potatoes and corn, and I would prefer mashed and some type of green or salad. The activities are good - they're always doing things. Sometimes they're a little short-handed, but they still do a great job. I would definitely recommend them to other families.

Our family had an in person tour and we loved it, 5 stars across the board. The community is open, airy, and the people looked so happy. The apartments overlooked a beautiful courtyard. The amenities were great and they even served us lunch which the food was so good. However the community was just a tad to big for our loved one and the sales manager was just a little to pushy.

For sure this community makes a great first impression. The presentation and the people skills that we got were much better than the other communities that we went to look at. Every staff member speaks to the residents by name and makes them feel welcomed. I have never seen a resident that is not being helped by someone , even if its me letting them know that someone needs help.

I loved the tour at The Oaks at Inglewood. I was very pleased with them, as was the case with the other facilities I toured as well. Our final decision came down to location. We chose closest proximity to a family member.

Everything has been great. I appreciate that they can take care of my loved one, which frees me up to just visit and spend time with her. The staff have been really good as well.

It is well run and good place for people with dementia.

Our family had an in person tour and the management was great, they were very professional and very nice. However the community just seemed a little to dark and the apartments were just not going to work out. They were more then willing to change things up in the apartment to cater more towards my liking which I did appreciate. The community is also just massive with a countless number of residents so a little overwhelming for me. It was a good value and I liked how they had a pool but it was not cleaned when I came for the tour.

There has been a few hiccups here and there with the care services, but the staff have been very responsive to the issues and concerns we have had. Other than that everything is very smooth running. The community is very clean and the meals and dining service is very good.

I really liked the staff at this community and they showed a lot of concern. The community itself seemed a little older and like it could use some updates. This community was very comparable there was just another community that stood out more. The tour guide knew the residents and they hugged her and knew her and you could tell that she was involved.

If you need this type of care and when I get to the age of needing their care, I would go here also. The staff are very sweet kind and considerate. They showed me everything that I needed to do and the best I have met.

My transition to The Legacy was so very easy because of the people. The residents accepted me so easily. It was just so easy for me to be here, and I loved it right away. The staff have been great. They've worked overtime to do things for me. If you tell them you need something, they find a way to get it for you. I think cleanliness is excellent. And their outdoor spaces are a nice place to go when the weather turns nice. I wish they had a swimming pool, but that's okay. They do have a nice gym, which I plan on enjoying soon.

They are very friendly and clean at this community. The hallways are wide and they are very patient orientated. I would for sure recommend this community for you or your loved one. My loved ones are not able to participate in activities at this time but there is always something going on. All of the staff from the concierge to the front desk staff to the nurses anyone that we have had to speak with has been great and professional and attentive with all of our needs.

We've experienced nothing but good things. I like the attention and concern they give to my mom. Cleanliness is great. The outdoor spaces are kind of limited, with no paths to take a walk, etc. But there's an elementary school right next door, and they can watch the kids play if they want to. I'm happy to see that Covid restriction are relaxing.
