My mother-in-law lived at Gig Harbor Court for 9 years. It went through many changes over those years. She moved on to memory care six months ago and it was hard for her to leave. The staff was always very caring and made her feel so special. When we left, the Nursing, Administration, Dining, Activity, Housekeeping and Accounting managers were all working efficiently together and were accessible as well as responsive. Looking back, it was a wonderful, small community home for a very special lady.

Town Village Crossing provides very comfortable living arrangements for my mom. There is lots for her to choose from to do, lots of activities, and her apartment is very comfortable. Everyone (residents and staff) are very friendly.

Good place to live!

The oaks is a small community and we are like a family. There is a real concern for each other. There are a variety of activities to interest most residents. We are all able to have input and we are listed to. The Oaks at Inglewood is not only interested in the community but also the larger community. We have a fundraiser for the Alzheimer's Assoc. which is open to the public. We collect food and socks for those in need. It's a happy place to be. The staff is always concerned about our health and safety.

The friendly atmosphere between staff and residents. The comfortable relationships among most of the residents. It is a family atmosphere. We have an excellent activities director that helps us to keep connected with each other. When I talk to my friends, I always tell them that coming to The Oaks is the best decision I made. Is not perfect, but is a great place.

I would highly recommend the community to others. They take good care of my loved one. There are three meals a day served in the dining room and the community will deliver to the resident's rooms if needed. There is a nice variety of food available for the residents to choose from. The communication with the staff is good.

The service has improved since my loved one entered the community. At first they were short staffed, and they have hired more employees and continue to hire, their service has improved. The staff care, and they take great care of my loved one. They are open to hearing from the family and addressing our concerns and getting them resolved. This includes the day to day staff, management, and caregivers. The food sometimes arrives chilly; however, the community is trying to improve on this.

The staff in Memory Care at Castlewoods is exceptional. Their loving, caring and patience in dealing with their residents is evident on every visit I have had to see my Mom. It gives me peace and joy to know my Mom is in such care. I appreciate the activities they have to stimulate the minds and keep the residents involved in social settings. We love it here. The people are friendly . The food is fabulous. Our chef serves meals you could find at a 5-star hotel. Our apartment is great. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

Ridgeland Place is a great place. My father-in-law was there 2 years ago and it felt like coming back home to us (with improvements and updates). Coming out of Covid it's a bit different, but as far as them taking care of the residents, they're fine. We would recommend them!

I would definitely go to LATS, [name removed], the director is awesome. They need better caregivers. I think some don't have the heart for it

The facility is nestled up against the beautiful hills near vineyards and a sweet elementary school. The staff is very caring and attentive. They make the place feel like home by allowing their residents to freely move about. No assigned seating in the dining hall allows people to make new friends and feels relaxed and enjoyable. Residents can attend many different functions and activities. The rooms are spacious and clean with lots of closet space and a big kitchen area with many drawers. Everyone has a balcony allowing residents to enjoy the outside from their rooms. The staff is always quick to respond to calls with a helpful and friendly attitude. I am very happy my mom is in such a loving environment.

I've been here for about 3 weeks. The employees are fun, a lot of laughs, and many residents that I've met have become friends. The physical therapist is so nice and has helped me so much. The food is excellent and I enjoy eating my meals in the dining room. I think the theater is fantastic. I was 9 years old when "Gone With the Wind" came out and I can't wait to see it again in those comfy chairs. I'm looking forward to seeing it again!

Since my first day, [date removed] I have been overwhelmed by the kind and respectful service the Cordata Court Assisted Living facility in Bellingham, WA. has performed. From daily medication to apartment cleaning all performed professionally and with respect. The food service is excellent, hot coffee, cold milk and courteous service. You will enjoy our family!

After visiting several senior living places, I chose Town Village Crossing because of all it had to offer at a reasonable price. Lovely, spacious apartments, many beautiful common areas in which to play cards or work a puzzle and a well appointed library. The exercise room is geared toward Seniors and the Hair Salon serves both women & men. Great food is provided in a cheery dining room. The Staff is caring, kind and responsive to the Residents’ needs. The Residents are friendly & welcoming. And there are loads of activities from which to choose. Housekeeping keeps the facility & apartments spotless. They allow pets which is a big plus for me. Please note: this is not a memory care facility nor is it appropriate for those requiring 24/7 assistive care. But for the rest of us Seniors, Town Village Crossing really fits the bill. I am very happy with the choice I made.

The staff was very attentive. They worked very hard to make Mom as comfortable as she could be in her final days. They were very accommodating to the family. We had to move her from one room to another part of the facility, and they were very easy to work with. They gave us advice when this was all new territory that we were navigating, and they were an invaluable partner. Food was very accessible to her - if she wanted anything they would bring it to her. They had different daily entrees they were serving, but they also had a menu of things they served all day every day, including grilled cheese, hamburgers, variety of soups/salads. It was expensive, but it was a great facility. I was very happy with what we got for how much we paid. I highly recommend the facility. It was clean, and she was well cared for. Overall it was the best experience it could be.

When looking for a place that my parents could safely and comfortably extend their independent living, Town Village jumped out immediately. Their staff is so friendly and responsive! We rest assured that if anything were to happen, we'd know it immediately. The facility is top-notch, too, which is icing on the cake. It's always clean and well kept. After living there a year, my parents and we children are completely happy and satisfied with the choice they made. Thank you Town Village!!
