I have lived here for 12 years, the best thing for me. I love staff and workers. They are the best.

I have never experienced such tremendous hospitality and professionalism as working with the sales manager here at Brookdale. He was so efficient and so willing to help me land here at Brookdale. Don't lose him. The Director of Sales and Marketing really went beyond all boundaries to accommodate me in achieving my financial delegation here at Brookdale. She is so deserving of all recognition for her time and compassion. I feel she deserves compensation.

The courtyards and views are so calming and enjoyable. The staff is so god and takes care of us. The other residents are great to visit with and have interface with.

Marketing Coordinator has been extremely helpful! He has been here for me and I appreciate him very, very much! He is conscientious and a delightful person.

From the executive director to the leaders, everyone sincerely loves their work here and continuously displays it. When you walk through the front door, a smiling face greets you with " How are you or Can I help you?"

I highly recommend Brookdale Memorial. For multiple reasons: 1-close proximity to medical services 2-the apartments are spacious & clean 3-the food is delicious and has variety 4-the services of transportation for guests who do not drive 5-the well thought out events and entertainment the facility offers 6- the social aspect (many of the guests who live there my father encountered are positive and happy about their environment there at Brookdale) AND lastly but not least. The reason I would choose Brookdale for my Mom or Dad is the employees. All of them really were helpful, respectful and considerate. Specially [name removed] and [name removed]. They helped my Dad in many situations. We always received a kind welcome and helpful attitude from them. Don't hesitate, check it out. We looked at 3 independent living facilities in the Houston area and choose Brookdale. I can honestly say we are glad we did.

We have a great time here at Gig Harbor Court! There is plenty of people to socialize with! I love the happy hours. Then there are the dining room meals! We have lots of options and its good! I'm a happy camper!

Gig Harbor Court has a great happy hour at least 3 times a week. We are able to see the entertainment and have a cocktail with friends. Sometimes they hold the events outside when the weather is nice. They really go out of their way to bring us things to do and have fun!

I would rate everything a 5 except for the cost. It still seem a little expensive, but we are very pleased with everything so far. They offer all the services to make the transaction as easy as possible. Very supportive and proactive. Well thought out.

My life here at Gig Harbor Court has improved greatly. I have hreat meals every day, enriching events and activities and excellent care with warm caregivers. I feel blessed my family found this place.

The Havens at Antelope Valley is a great place for seniors. There is such a sense of community there. The residents and staff are awesome! They treat residents more like family than residents. I wish I had known about places like this when my mother was alive . The Havens come highly recommended by me ??

Now that I am here, the residents are friendly, I feel accepted, staff is happy, friendly, helpful. My apartment is comfortable and I feel at home.Brookdale Clear Lake has exceeded my expectations.I chose Brookdale Clear Lake 1) location. It's very convenient for my son to visit. 2) I like the floor plan of the room. 3) I like that there is so much outdoor open space to walk around in--the courtyards. 4) all the public areas have a lot of windows, so it is airy and bright. 5) home health care is available, which should allow me to age in place. 6) there is a wide variety of social activities to keep me busy.7) there was no waiting list.

Very pleasant to live. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The carestaff is caring and attentive. My mom has felt welcomed from day one and is very happy. I am happy with the care she receives and the avalability of activities, especially Catholic communion.
