First of all, I must preface my review by saying we have not experienced any other Assisted Living facility other than Brookdale NRH. Our experience covers the 2017-2023 timeframe. During this time I was at the facility visiting my mom an average of 3-4 times per week. I found the medical, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and front office staff to be extremely friendly and open to discuss any issue. I am often asked, would I let my mom be a resident there again ? WITHOUT A DOUBT ! She was a resident for 6 years and I would not have her any place else. It is true, Brookdale NRH is our only experience, but having personally witnessed the care and compassion that my mom received while a resident, I can not imagine any other place being any better.

My overall gratefulness and thanks of the hospitality professional, love and commitment that the staff and community make my mother happy and content.

From the first contact, Ridgmar Place was wonderful. They set up a tour immediately and heard everything I was needing and made it happen. I felt welcomed and so did my dad. I had access to get the place set up and they made sure that he had a welcome lunch in his room on the day of arrival. My dad loves the meals and the many different options that they have. He has been on many outings already in the first 2 months and they are always checking on him to make sure he is happy. We started with only staying 6 months to now he does not want to leave. He has made some great friends and we would highly recommend this place. I tell everyone I know about it.

What our family likes the most about the Saddlebrook community is the overall atmosphere as well as the caring people they have working there. The staff members have a good attitude, they are always willing to help and make things easier. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The staff is very friendly, it's like a home environment at The Havens at Antelope Valley. The move in is hard, but that would be anywhere. With dementia, it takes 4 to 6 weeks for adjustment. But now my mom is really happy there. The housekeeping is great and comes once a week. Mom's room is always clean and trash dumped every afternoon. Communication is wonderful and we get updates all the time. The food in Memory Care comes on a cart and is cold if not eaten right away. Sometimes my mom over sleeps in the morning and cold or microwave eggs don't taste good. I've eaten there a few times and was not impressed. We take mom out to lunch often. The beauty salon has one person who comes for 5 hours on Mondays. Mom is used to going to the salon once a week and so far they only squeezed mom in once. I now take her to my hairdresser. The activities are very limited with Memory Care, most of the residents don't participate all the time. They don't go on walks very often, but now it's too cold to be outside much. The Halloween party was fantastic with all residents and the staff dressed up. My mom thoroughly loved it! I highly recommend the Havens at Antelope Valley!

Our family is so very thankful for North Point Village & their entire team! My father needed care after a bad fall and NPV & staff came to the rescue. We could not have managed recovery without them. This is best care/assisted living facility in the state!

I would say that they care about the residents and go above and beyond. I chose there because it's close to my house.

Wonderful and friendly Staff lots of activities and wonderful entertainment. Fun place to be and live very special welcoming atmosphere. There is also the wonderful Memory Care Unit with all the great activities and entertainment wonderful and Caring Staff on both sides of the facility. Great Leadership Team

I’ve been affiliated with the Havens for almost two years now. The resident and staff are friendly and caring. There is such a warm environment within the community. It is really a home away from home. Nurturing and promoting family, fun and friends. There’s numerous activities throughout the day. Ample opportunities to meet other members in the community.

Town Village Crossing is central located. The staff is always available to care for my needs of the residents. The food is excellent the entertainment is also excellent. Best decision I made.

My parents felt very comfortable during their tour. I would recommend to others. We picked this community because the atmosphere is very welcoming here.

The director of sales and the sales manager were very helpful and professional. They saw to it that I was comfortable and informed of everything I needed to know. I am looking forward to moving in.

Town Village Crossing is a wonderful independent senior living community. The staff goes above and beyond to serve the residents with love and compassion. They have great and unique activities that can appeal to all. The facility it self is clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a place for a loved one TVC is the place for them!

Beautiful community with a leadership team that deeply cares for its residents. Residents are friendly and the food is delicious. They do fun events that the residents truly enjoy. Come visit and you will see a community with beautiful surroundings and friendly and welcoming people.

I have found a staff is wonderful All of the staff not just the office and I have found that the community is filled with activities that I appreciate. The food is excellent. And the residents that live here are a joy to be around

Town Village Crossing staff from the top level all the way through the organization seem to go all out to make the community as homey as possible. They offer many activities for residents to join in and get to know one another. The chef offers interesting menu choices for those who like variety and change, and the more traditional palate is served well. Come take a tour! You’ll be impressed!

[name removed] loves the facility. She loves her room. They been very inviting and do go out of their way to help They're even managed to help me get her moved into that facility while I was moving to the UK helping with all of the paperwork one of the directors even got the app on her phone so she can call me long distance that I use called WhatsApp and have been very helpful and explain in any questions I have concerns and my cousin absolutely loves it there. I have had my cousin at 4 different places and this is by far the best experience I have ever had.

From tour to move in, every was nice and friendly and helpful. Greeted by name. The building is clean, bright and professional but with a feeling of home. The whole process was not stressful. I appreciate the kindness and meeting other satisfied families and residents. They were having and event and the participation was amazing, staff, residents and their families were having an amazing time. Very organized.

I have stayed in this place and all I can say is this employee are the best, they will make you feel comfortable and your elderly. I am super proud to have found this place for my grand father. Thank you for making him feel at home and all we could say is a very thank you
