I wanted to say thank you Sir that was part of the medical team that gave us around 3 or 4 months with mom. When I had any questions you had all the answers and even took time to break the information down for better understanding. I saw you many days interacting with the Residents. The care you have for the Elderly never went unnoticed by many. So again thank you for going the extra mile!

Good variety and a lot of options for meals. Taste is so good, I scrape my plate. Food is always hot. Service is helpful and they are always kind and they smile!

The staff at this facility goes above and beyond to ensure patient safety and improves patient’s quality of life. The ED exhibits exceptional leadership. This does not stop with her. The Nursing Director goes above and beyond for each patient. Working extremely long hours, coming in on days off, all with a smile on his face. Not only does he take pride in his work, he’s known, in the industry, to be one of the top Directors in our area. Without a doubt, a five star team!!

Beautiful facility, magnificent staff! The nurse is knowledgeable and compassionate, always willing to go the extra mile to help family understand anything going on with their loved one. Definitely a benefit to this facility having such kind and helpful staff.

It was good but a bit pricey for what you get but my sleep was great and employees we very courteous

As a social worker of 12 years, I would like to say Three Forks went above and beyond to process referral, and provide a tour for future resident. Nurse [name removed] was respectful and above all, very accommodating and helpful. He answered all questions and is a wealth of knowledge. Thank you!

My father is in this facility. The staff is so friendly and courteous. He always tells me how Tony is so funny and keeps him comfortable. I 100% recommend this facility!!

I am very impressed with South Hill Village so far. Everybody is so friendly and the residents all seem so happy when I talk to them during my visits with mom. My granddaughters who are little come to visit my mom a lot and everyone loves having them here. There are tons of activities provided for the residents - she is always busy. The value for the money is amazing for the care that she is receiving. We love South Hill Village and mom is so happy to be here. We would highly recommend the facility to other families.

We are served 3 wonderful meals which are included in our monthly pricing. The meals are homemade and made from scratch. We receive deserts with lunch and dinner which are my favorite.

Three Forks is a great community. I visit several residents with my church. The residents are happy and staff pleasant.

It's very peaceful at the community. I usually enjoy doing lots of puzzles. Not only will other residents help me complete the puzzles but so will the staff. Everyone is very friendly.

My mom has a dog that she just adores. As a family we thought mom would have to give up her dog but not at Greenhaven Place, They are pet friendly. The residents and staff love mom's dog as well. We are extremely happy that mom gets to keep her dog with her. We noticed if you have a pet they will put a tag on your door which is great.

I was very amazed at all the amenities that are included in the pricing. It's very affordable for my mom. My mom is so happy with the services that are provided by the community. The food is amazing as well, you get 3 meals everyday also they provide snacks. Before coming to this community my mom was very thin for her age. She has come to Greenhaven and needs a new wardrobe as she has gained weight Which only means my mom is happy. I'm very happy that my mom is happy!

My dad is at Greenhaven Place and the community is always clean. Housekeeping keeps the place smelling good also the floors are always mopped or vacuumed.

They've been great to her. We love the place and she loves it; they've been friendly and helpful. We recommend it to anyone who can afford it.

I moved to Broadway Mesa with my wife six years ago due to her health issues. We lived happily together here for five years, until she passed away last year. Since then, the staff have embraced me and continued to take great care of me and look after me. They have kept me safe and I am well taken care of.

Presentation of food is good. Food is 90% good all of the time! I love my housekeeper!

Its a nice place to live and I enjoy living here. I like the staff that works here.

Moved my husband here 3 weeks ago. So far it has been just what I wanted for him. Care, cleanliness, and respect for him. He as at two facilities before and there was no compassion. The facility is spacious and the caregivers are friendly and patient.
