There is definitely a warm welcoming vibe from the time you're walking up to the front door to the time you leave the building. The concierge at the front desk is very customer service oriented and patient with the residents and families. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff there!

Caregivers are always helpful. Front desk personnel help me by answering questions and getting packages to me. I have a small dog with me and he has been accepted. The maintenance repairs anything that needs work in the apartment.

I have never experienced such tremendous hospitality and professionalism as working with the sales manager here at Brookdale. He was so efficient and so willing to help me land here at Brookdale. Don't lose him. The Director of Sales and Marketing really went beyond all boundaries to accommodate me in achieving my financial delegation here at Brookdale. She is so deserving of all recognition for her time and compassion. I feel she deserves compensation.
