I have been here since [date removed]. I came from a trailer park, and was lonely. I really like the easy living. Housekeeping is very proficient and keeps my apartment and common areas clean. The meals are good and we have a great selection. All of the leadership and staff are very welcoming and kind and always willing to help. I like that I can still drive and come and go as I please - I like the independence.

I would share with others that the staff are amazing. They take excellent care of my father. He's had two falls since being there and they've been there right away taking care of him and making sure he's okay.

We chose The Legacy at Town Square because when you walk in the door and you see how it is set up, it just attracts you to come inside. I also learned what questions to ask them since this was our second time around and I liked what I heard. The staff has been phenomenal. The activities director is over the top great. They go out to eat on Mondays, they go on field trips every Thursday, etc. they are busy all the time. They also offer in-house physical therapy too. The room sizes are great and they have a variety of floor plans (about 5 different room types). They are all one bedroom, but they have different layouts. I would absolutely recommend this facility to other families.

We chose Broadway Mesa Village because the facility came highly recommended to us. Several of the staff where my mom was previously at had moved over to this facility so they already knew my mom and me. We knew they would be able to care for my moms needs sine they had already done so. If you understand that there is poor quality care and are looking for good quality care, this would be the place to go.

The staff is AMAZING with my mom. She does not feel like she is alone and that is a big deal for her. They come take care of her medicine and all of those things so she does not have to worry about that anymore. I also like that you have to check in and check out, the security is great. They also check when she goes out and comes back as well. The sales lady that we worked with was great and everything that she said turned out to be true. I would absolutely recommend Legacy at Long Meadow to others.

It was a bit pricey, but that'd be my only complaint and the place was worth it. They did everything well. They were very patient and good with my mom. The only thing I could say that needed to be better is being more timely with the residents medications, and double checking them. Moms got messed up a couple times. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Everything and everyone were great.

Everyone was super friendly and seemed very happy there. Very alive is how I would describe it. They were our second choice since they were more expensive and farther away from our family, but I really liked it.

The Legacy at Cimarron is excellent. It's a very clean facility. It feels more like a hotel than senior living, compared to other communities. The care has been very good, and the staff are very responsive. I would highly recommend them to other families.

I was introduce to Rennisence of Florence thru A place from mom representive, [name removed] Who went thru the needs of my mother and suggestions of places of interest that would be convient to my new home in Killen, Al. . I was relocating from Illinois and placing my mom into Senior living. I had a tour appointment made by my representative [name removed], with [name removed], who was very informative, and patient with me thru our couple tours to finally decide this was the place for my Mom. The placement went smoothly and Also for my Mom to adapt to her new home. My Mother has made friends and enjoys her Independence. I have recently recommended this senior living to a new neighbor who is looking to place her father.

I live out of state so I wasn't in town for the day to day. My brother was a resident and very picky, he never complained . He loved the food, he used the assistance provided for day to day tasks, never complained. The check in process which I took care of was professional and they responded to all our requests and helped with setting up what he needed.

It has been a good experience. They bend over backwards, to care for the residents. It has been very good communication. Overall, the staff is really good.

South Hill Village was very nice and could have been a good option. It was just too far away and would have taken us too long to get there to visit.

I would absolutely recommend Whispering Winds of Apple Valley! My father has been extremely happy and thriving since he moved in. The staff is friendly, very caring, and readily available. This beautiful facility is a reliable and trustworthy place for your loved one.

The staff is so friendly and attentive. I am so surprised that every time I go to visit mom they all know who she is. The facility has so much to offer and I enjoy seeing the residents having fun at the activities.

We had a Luau at the community which was decorated very nice. We received Leis and flowers for our hair. We had a buffet style lunch that that was spectacular. We also had cocktails to drink.

We moved my mother into the Legacy at Falcon Point in May 2022. She feels absolutely at home, and comfortable, raves about the food, says the staff is phenomenal and very compassionate, patient, and loving. It’s super clean and organized! Lots of entertainment and celebrations going on all the time and she just loves it there. Can’t say enough good things about this place. She has no complaints at all.

The Legacy at Cimarron has been life-changing for us. We truly consider each staff member part of our family. I spend some time almost every day there and am always impressed with the care, attention, and respect that every resident is given. Instead of sitting in an office, [name removed] can be found at activities, serving meals, talking with residents and always available for families. [Four names removed] are a tight-knit team that makes sure all of the residents are not just living, but thriving. {Three names removed] and the rest of the medical staff stay in constant contact with us and have been right by our side from every day care decisions to medical emergencies. The decision to move a loved one into assisted living can be a hard one. The Legacy at Cimarron takes away all of the doubts and fears and provides a family-style environment with lots of smiles and love; a wonderful place for our Mom to call home.

My dad was in the Landing from September of 2021 to March of 2022. He started having some health issues and had to go into a nursing center. Upon recovery, the staff at the Landing, specficially [name removed] and [name removed], welcomed him back with open arms. He loves to walk his laps outside every day and enjoys being only 15 minutes from Lake George.
