Nice community, Lots of activity, staff listens to you. If a problem...go into problem solving mode. Staff seems to know everyone's name. I would recommend here if a person needs this kind of care.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Solana at Vintage Park. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a sense of warmth and welcome. The staff is incredibly attentive, compassionate, and genuinely cares about the well-being of each resident. The facility itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained. My loved one enjoys the variety of activities offered, from movie night to rehab programs, which keep them engaged and active. The dining experience is manageable, with delicious and nutritious meals served daily. What truly sets Solana apart is the personalized care. The staff takes the time to understand each resident’s needs and preferences, ensuring they feel comfortable and at home. The medical care and support services are excellent, providing peace of mind to families. Overall, Solana at Vintage Park has exceeded our expectations in every way. We are grateful for the exceptional care and community they provide. Highly recommend!

The Renaissance is a very nice facility. I joke that I wish I lived there. The community is active and mixed in terms of physical and cognitive abilities. My mom really struggled to integrate for reasons outside the facility’s control but they have gone above and beyond to help her and keep us on the know.

Was a very hard decision to move my sister to memory care. Everyone there has been wonderful! Highly recommend Legacy At Falcon Point. The food is absolutely delicious, her room is kept clean. They are very patient and loving with memory care patients!

I moved my father into a unit that needed remodeling and they did an excellent job. The entire facility is being remodeled and we are so happy with our choice. The staff is friendly, engaging and so very kind and helpful to all the residents. Special shout out to our representative in sales who went above and beyond to help us and far exceeded our expectations. My father is happy, healthy and safe with a sense of self determination thanks to Ridgmar Place. Thank you one and all!!

Everyone is so friendly and inviting, the facility is beautiful. Our experience touring, signing up and moving was so easy. [name removed] and [name removed] were wonderfully patient as we struggled to make the decision to leave my Mother’s home and move into Solano. But once my mom visited Solano Preserve she was confident that it was the right place, right time, and right decision. She’s been her almost two weeks and each day she is so excited to tell me all the great things she did that day. My heart is happy that we chose Solano.

It's just like a regular senior apartment except that you have people to help you in your every day living and you don't have to do yardwork or cook or anything like that if you don't want to nurse on staff physical therapy and everything you need just very helpful for me

My Folks likes this place as soon as they looked around. I visited 9 different facilities and this one was top of my list to show them. Since we moved in, my Father has passed and my Mother was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. The staff has been wonderful. My Brother or myself are up there every day. The staff and residents make this a home and not a transitional place for my Mother. I have referred 4 people to Brookdale. The activities are wonderful. My Mother in Law was at [community removed]. Not a good place at all. I wish we would have known about Brookdale!

My wife and I both had an idea that we maybe should begin to think about a place that we should get into before we had to. We are not at the point we need full care, but we wanted a place that could assist us if we needed it, and overall live independent. South Hill Village explained about their Equity Buy-in homes that are just across the quiet lane from their main assisted living building. The homes are elegant and beautiful inside. They take care of all the maintenance, including once a week housekeeping. Each home has an attached 2 car garage so you can remain mobile to get out and shop in the close by stores of the Spokane South Hill. Two meals a day are provided in the diningroom in the main building, or you can order your meals and pick them up at the front desk to bring home. The homes also have large full gormet kitchens, and so fixing your meal at home is also an option. We highly recommend South Hill Village!

The way they take care of their residents is second to none. They treat them like family. 24/7 care I leave the place and have not worried in the world. Great food also. I am so glad I chose this place.

The staff at Solana Vintage Park have been amazing partners in our journey to provide care for my Father-in-law after he had multiple mini strokes. They have gone above and beyond in helping us with anything that has come up. The staff truly cares about the residents and helps us feel okay that we are 200 miles away and can't be there as often as we would like. Highly recommend Solana Vintage Park.

My Aunt has passed away. I was so thankful for all the care she received. It was great to have her in a safe and caring facility. It was so nice to make her little studio feel like home.

The Renaissance of Florence is a beautiful facility. The staff are very helpful and kind, taking a genuine interest in the residents and the care they receive. There is an outstanding activities program with a wide variety of activities for the residents to participate in. The Renaissance of Florence is an outstanding independent living facility.

The Landing at Queensbury is very warm and welcoming. Management does their best to make residents comfortable. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The highly regiment Brookdale. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was no bad smells. The food was wonderful. The staff were very polite and attentive to my mother’s needs! I give Brookdale a 10 out of 10.

I do wish more detailed cleaning option was available and when it comes to the value for cost you need to be sure you have enough. The staff are very prompt maintenance. Staff at all levels are very invested in satisfaction of residents. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families

The Gardens at Marysville has a challenging role to fulfill. My mother does not want to be anywhere except for her longtime home and is in denial regarding her inability to care of herself. Some of our family made the decision to move her to memory care which is always difficult. As a retired nurse I have seen a number of memory care facilities, but none better than this one. The Gardens suites allows individual rooms which are generous size. Facility is clean, I have not observed any safety concerns. Staff has been friendly, responsive and seem well trained in dementia issues. I have witnessed staff being consistently patient & kind with my mother & others. Unfortunately, due to my mom’s refusal to join any activities I am not able evaluate activities.

It's a pleasant, comfortable place to live. The staff and residents are all friends. The dining hall serves good food and is a comfortable, community gathering place at meal time. The facility is clean and well maintained, and everything needed is available. A complete Kaiser medical facility is right across the street. It's an excellent place to live. It's a beautiful place to live.

Very happy here. People very friendly and director is very on hands. When moving in there was some lack of communication but overall I am very happy here and I really like my apartment. The food and service could improve. However, I do recommend The Solana Preserve.

It's great for independent care and she'd still be there if she hadn't advanced to needing a higher level of care. Facilities, staff and other residents were a great fit for her.
