I came from my own home three years ago I didn't want to leave my home, but I wish I would have left sooner as Greenhaven Place has made a huge difference in my social life. I don't see Greenhaven Place as a senior community as it offers meals, transportation, cable, and Wi-fi. I'm so happy with the activities as well as the outings. Also, Happy hour is a must.

I toured (6) facilities/homes to become my mom’s new home. The Village at Rancho Solano was my first choice. My sisters all agreed. We moved my mom in and we have not been disappointed at all. The place is beautiful. [name removed] the Executive Director has a personality plus!!! She is so warm, loving and welcoming. Super impressed with her. The rest of the staff is absolutely amazing. You can tell they all love what they are doing. They are so wonderful with my mom and everyone else I see them intermix with. The staff is Friendly - Kind - Caring - Attentive and so much more. Best choice we could have made.

My wife and I are looking for a community for my dad. We did not know what to expect but the Sales Director made us feel very comfortable she answered all of our questions as we had a lot. We are bringing my dad next week to come for our second tour also my dad will be joining us and we will be staying to enjoy lunch. I think we found the perfect community.

What we like the most about Brookdale First Colony is the accessibility and ambiance and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I would tell you that everyone I have met has said only good things....your experience here is your own..... make it your way.... lots of choices for activities....no pressure whatsoever. They take good care of us on all levels. I know they care!

The staff and residents are so thoughtful and caring! I love everyone there. The maintenance technicians are on top of their game. The housekeepers, kitchen staff, care partners and the directors all make it feel like a real home when I’m there!

I have a friend that has lived at this community for a few years now, we have always found the team to be very loving, motivated and very eager to address anything that may come up. The grounds are very beautiful as well and make you feel as though you live in a resort.

The reason why I'm saying the cost is actually going up and has got my parents stressing about how they are going to be able to stay there. They absolutely LOVE the place but the rise in price is causing very much stress to them. For example my mothers psoriasis is all broke out from the stress after her being clear for many years so I am also quite concerned about it as well. When they moved in back in August, almost exactly a year to the day, the price was managed and they felt comfortable. Now that's not the case, it feels like they've been swindled and the elevator closest to them keeps breaking making them have to walk even further just to get down as they are in the 2nd floor and my dad is using a scooter and is on oxygen 24/7 so for the elevator to be broken is a big problem keeping them out in the heat having my mom to walk and my dad using his scooter. The food is divine. The pool is wonderful. The community is perfect in many ways. The rise in cost is hard to take. Almost perfect, almost.

I would recommend it to anyone. The assisted living is beautiful with a great community. The memory care has a wonderful caring staff. My mother was in the assisted living for just 2 weeks before needing memory care. She was there for 5 months before passing. The caregivers were very kind to her and took great care of her.

All fives! However, we have had to move my Dad to memory care. He is now at [facility name removed]. The staff there is exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. They were really good with Dad.

Well kept and pretty facility and grounds. Staff very helpful and friendly. One bedroom apartment is great size and well designed. Amenities are just right for the price.

My mom is happy there the residents I see seem happy and enjoy living there.

My dad loves his home at Town Village of Leawood! The caring community, uplifting pleasant surroundings, and delicious meals are outstanding. There are always plenty of enjoyable activities to choose from and all at a very comparable price.

The personnel at Brookdale were fantastic in helping us through the transition decision period for my Mom. She is moving from a home of 55 years and is now excited about the move. This is a testament to not only the Brookdale Staff but the Community at large. The atmosphere is one of activity where you see residents out and about engaged in many different activities. Easily a place where you can quickly get integrated and involved. Highly recommend visiting this facility if you are considering a Senior living location with more of an Independent living atmosphere while still having health care services on-site.

5 on all categories. We had a great experience there. Especially [name removed] (sales) and [name removed] (cna). They treated my mom like a friend and went above and beyond. The facility was recently remodeled so had very updated styles. It was very clean. Everyone that worked there was very caring. The food was excellent and cafeteria staff was patient and attentive.

Not the newest and fanciest place but definitely well worth the money. All the employees are super nice and accommodating. I love the fact that when you exit your apartment you're exiting outdoors into a courtyard and not it is some hall

Very happy with the care that has been given to my father. The staff is amazing and they have made him the most happiest and healthy he has ever been. I could not be more happier to have him at the Legacy. They have an amazing team.

The family member settled well and is happy. The staff I worked with was excellent. Based on the experience we have had, we have already recommend Town Village Crossings to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Both Management Staff and resident care providers work together placing their attention on and knowing every resident by name. Compassionate and affectionate.
