From the first visit through to the day I, unfortunately, had to move my husband out, the people at Solana Vintage Park have been amazingly helpful and friendly. During the tour and throughout the move-in process, I was provided with information about Solana and Brookdale that proved to be very helpful. Everyone from the director to the receptionist to the medical staff to the caregiving staff were all friendly and available to assist any time. I especially appreciated the Caregiver Support Group and the director of the Clare Bridge memory care unit explaining various aspects of dealing with dementia. The lovely surroundings, outdoor patio, activities, outings, live entertainment, and caring staff provided a wonderful quality of life for my husband. Unfortunately, he eventually needed a level of care they do not provide and we had to find another facility. Once again, the staff at Solana were helpful and quick to respond when I had questions about our move.

We loved Brookdale Clear Lake. My husband and I talked about making it a retirement plan for us... but not in Houston. I saw multiple locations throughout the United States and saw that there was one in Asheville and we were thinking that would be a great place to go. But as far as recommending, I already have to several people because we've loved the staff and we loved how awesome they were when we would go into the dining room and eat and just how friendly everyone was and making sure that mom was okay.

I recommend Cordata Court- it's been great for my mother-in-law. The staff is helpful and kind (although there have been a few changeovers with Director and Recreation Director). Housekeeping could be a bit better. My 98 (almost 99!) year old mom-in-law had to show the young staffer how to make her bed. Communication with the family hasn't always been very often. My mom-in-law has had to seek someone out for answers to her inquiries. (But she is very proactive that way and uses minimal amount of care/support there). The meals are either too much food or not very good. They're adequate and healthy, but we invite mom over to our house to give her a more interesting meal and leftovers to take home. The scheduled activities and availability of the facility bus for appointments and errands is a real plus.

I would absolutely recommend to a friend. I was overall quite impressed.

She's only been here a short period of time, but so far I'm impressed with the friendliness of the people the cleanliness and the services they provide.

My aunt is currently a resident at this facility. Sun City West Assisted Living and Memory Care is great. The staff is helpful and friendly. My aunt is very happy and everyone is kind. They even take her out to play pool on Tuesdays.

My late husband and I toured many facilities over a period of months and once we saw Brookdale Memorial City, we knew it would be home.

What has made the Broadway Mesa Village such a great experience for our family so far is definitely the staff. The placement met my needs. I believe each family needs to make their own assessment based on their set of circumstances.

We went to several facilities and asked Hospice friends that work in several facilities before choosing The Legacy at South Plains. We are very happy with the place and would definitely recommend it to others.

The staff at Greenhaven Place always go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy. Also they have a very personable relationship with the residents which makes it feel like home. Glad to have my dad here.

My loved one is currently a resident at Riverside Oxford Memory Care and the experience has been great so far. The cleanliness and housekeeping are great. Communication with the family and staff are great. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff in the memory care unit is attentive and caring. The food is healthy and looks good. The director of memory care has daily activities for the residents. The hair salon does a nice job!

All 5's! Food and dining experiences were great! Staff and residents incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great ambassador program to welcome new residents and help them adjust and meet people. I would highly recommend!!

The experience with Laketown Village has been great! Everyone there has been wonderful. We honestly have no complaints at all.

I am VERY happy with the facility & the care she receives from the management & staff.

My mom is happy at Brookdale. Let others know that your parents say they don't want to go they want to stay in their house but once they are there and make friends they love it. Also as my mom said she has no worries about a house. Everyone was sincerely happy and very nice. I did talk to some of the residents when we were on our first visit and a lot of people have been at this location a long time and that says something about the place. Like how the money for the meals is set up, none of this different price for different meal plans like some places do. Your way is so much easier for the older people and you get more people eating together which is important. I can keep going on, Brookdale First Colony is wonderful . When my mom said Thank you to me for my husband and I finding this place I told her it was not us but A Place for Mom that found this place. So a BIG THANK YOU to A Place For Mom!!

We are thrilled with Mom's move to Parmer Woods! Having just moved her from out of state, our experience at her first community was less than desirable. Parmer Woods is exactly what I was looking for. She has done more in her first 2 weeks than 2 1/2 months at her previous community. The residents have been very welcoming and the staff is very kind and caring. I used to leave her old facility upset and angry now I leave calm and peaceful because I trust the staff has her best interest in mind. I would highly recommend moving your loved ones here.

We were pleased to find Parmer Woods just when we needed it and in a convenient location for us. Everyone has been super welcoming and helpful. It is a very nice place as well especially if you are working within a budget. What really blew me away was that staff members I hadn’t personally met yet knew I was connected to my mom almost right away. That’s the type of thing that shows you that you picked the right place.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. We have been very pleased all around! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Brookdale First Colony to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Parmer Woods has been a great place for my mom. When she moved in, she was not able to walk and was very confused. The staff was very friendly and helped her adjust during a difficult time. Since then, she has made great improvements and feels that this is home now. She’s made lots of friends and stays very active with the variety of programs and outings that are available.
