They've had some issues keeping housekeeping staff. The hallways are often unvacuumed. Also, they don't always keep up with things that need to be fixed in common areas, like fans, patios etc. The staff doesn't always participate in activities, they'll start a workout video and then disappear. And, they're often late getting started with scheduled activities. Seniors like schedules! We've been a couple of different places and are extremely happy with Legacy. We realize that where there are people working there will be issues, but they sincerely try to make things good for residents.

Our family needed a place that would provide a sense of home for mom, but with assistance readily available. Discussing moving to an assisted living community wasn’t an easy one but after thinking about it a couple weeks, Mom said she was ready to look at options. From the minute we arrived at Broadway Mesa Village, we felt welcomed. The employees were welcoming and the person showing us the various room options was very informative. We were shown the dining room (we had lunch there and she really enjoyed it), and other amenities and regularly scheduled social activities. When we walked into one room option, Mom yelled out “This is it! It’s Perfect”!!! Our family was so happy! It’s been several months since mom moved in and she really enjoys it at Broadway Mesa Village. She says she is blessed to have new friends, including employees that have been fabulous in helping her whenever needed. Her room is kept spotless, laundry done weekly, and plenty of food options available.

Northpoint has been so good for my mother. When she came there, she was malnutritioned and non-communicative. Now she has color in her face and she is smiling again. The staff is fabulous. There are some real angels that work there and they really invest themselves into the residents.

Great location! 4 miles from heart of Medical Center. 3 minute walk to HEB Grocery (a great Grocery store). Dining room here is wonderful. Has a check in button to let office know you are OK or you can call for help with necklace/button. Free laundry's all over. Elevators. 3 floors. Covered parking and gated community with 24/7 security. Vans available to take you to stores, doctor appointments. Beautiful apartments, 1 and 2 bedrooms. Utilities included. Maintenance repair work is fast.

This is by far the best fit for my Mother! The staff, care and programs are outstanding. I have referred 4 Families here so far in 2 years of her being a resident here. There are always activities happening every day. I would recommend Brookdale in NRH on Emerald Hills Way to anyone!

We are happy and satisfied. It is very clean here. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my moms needs.

Highly recommend using this service. All areas above 5, except meals and dining 2 (slow service, small portions, few selections, food arrives Luke warm). We suspect small work force in Santa Fe.

I would say I felt very at home and confident that my mom was being taken care of with friendly care workers and med-techs. People in the offices were very helpful and friendly and took the time with you. The activities kept my mom busy with things to do. At this time of life as you get older, it can be challenging but I feel her care here was worth the money at that time.

Ridgemar Place is a beautiful building inside. They are working on making outside better so construction Crews are around al but take care in respecting residents. So it is a safe environment.

I really like the value for the dollar and the apartments are spacious and light filled too. Nice staff.

Overall, Three Forks is a nice facility. My mother has done well there. For the price it is a very nice, quiet facility and the staff take pretty good care of the residents. It's an older building so the rooms are very small and in my opinion need updating but they are clean and repairs are done in a timely manner so I don't have any complaints.

It's been excellent for my brother! He can smoke outside & drink coffee; this is perfect for him & what we looked for. Also the staff is friendly and he has 24 hour nursing care; they bring his meds daily. The building itself has a pleasant ambiance. A friend from church checked out Laketown Village and brought her Mother there. We are very thankful to God & A Place for Mom for helping us find it.

I walked into Solano Preserve and was welcomed by staff and residents. The pristine surrounding and beautiful furnishings in the entry let me know that this could be my new home. I was shown several different floor plans and definitely saw one that met my needs, On the same day, I was able to meet many of the residents and it was an overwhelming vote for happiness, contentment, and the activities they offered are so much fun and enable you to get to know others quickly. Since I have lived here, I have never looked back. There are opportunities to stay busy-- Wine Wednesdays ( live entertainment); lots of card, dominoes, and bingo; multiple exercise opportunities, day trips to musicals, and many more choices including taking a nap and having some "me time". I love it here and I have NO Regrets.

Having my dad there was an amazing experience.

I would give them all a 5. But if I could rate higher, I would. Especially in 3,4 and 7. My mom's last weeks of her life. She had told me this was her favorite place to live. She had made some wonderful friends and and everyone adored her. She had thanked me for moving her there.

I am so happy for the care that my Mother receives at The Landing at Queensbury. The facility and the staff are outstanding! I know she is well cared for and she feels safe. She even refers to it as her forever home. I am so grateful for all they do to improve my Mother's quality of life - thank you!

I have lived here since [date removed]. The Director and her staff strive to make residents feel at home and are sensitive to needed changes and adjustments. During COVID the staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed and to keep our spirits up while we were isolated from our families. The facility is welcoming and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The available activities are many and varied enough to cover many interests and abilities. They include exercise programs, Bingo, Bridge, arts and crafts programs, brain exercises, movie nights and many more. Excellent entertainers come in at least once a week for an enjoyable Happy Hour. Outside trips often occur and the residents' ideas are sought after. Our meals are delicious and served in a lovely dining room, but the apartment kitchens have full kitchens for at home meals. There are several apartment styles to accommodate couples or single residents. I love living here and always feel comfortable and safe.

My only concern is that there are no cameras or monitors to keep the staff and residents safe. I’ve placed a camera in my mother’s rooms just so I can see what goes on inside her room. The staff members are great!

From the beginning everyone was very kind and understanding of our situation. They have made the transition easy and effortless. They take great care of our mom. She started out in assisted living and as her care needs changed, they transitioned her into the memory care program. She is calm and enjoys the staff and activities and does not have the anxiety she did at the last facility she was in. It gives us peace of mind knowing she is well cared for.

Staff is always very friendly kind and loving. They are available to help with any needs she might-have. They have the cleanest facility. The meals are exceptional. She really enjoyed the different types of activities.
