I’ve been affiliated with the Havens for almost two years now. The resident and staff are friendly and caring. There is such a warm environment within the community. It is really a home away from home. Nurturing and promoting family, fun and friends. There’s numerous activities throughout the day. Ample opportunities to meet other members in the community.

Town Village Crossing is central located. The staff is always available to care for my needs of the residents. The food is excellent the entertainment is also excellent. Best decision I made.

Town Village Crossing is a wonderful independent senior living community. The staff goes above and beyond to serve the residents with love and compassion. They have great and unique activities that can appeal to all. The facility it self is clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a place for a loved one TVC is the place for them!

Beautiful community with a leadership team that deeply cares for its residents. Residents are friendly and the food is delicious. They do fun events that the residents truly enjoy. Come visit and you will see a community with beautiful surroundings and friendly and welcoming people.

I have found a staff is wonderful All of the staff not just the office and I have found that the community is filled with activities that I appreciate. The food is excellent. And the residents that live here are a joy to be around

Town Village Crossing staff from the top level all the way through the organization seem to go all out to make the community as homey as possible. They offer many activities for residents to join in and get to know one another. The chef offers interesting menu choices for those who like variety and change, and the more traditional palate is served well. Come take a tour! You’ll be impressed!

They been very inviting and do go out of their way to help They're even managed to help me get her moved into that facility while I was moving to the UK helping with all of the paperwork one of the directors even got the app on her phone so she can call me long distance that I use called WhatsApp and have been very helpful and explain in any questions I have concerns and my cousin absolutely loves it there. I have had my cousin at 4 different places and this is by far the best experience I have ever had.

What I like the most about the Courtyards at Mountain View is the amount of activities so that all can enjoy the group sessions provided for together gathering the fitness program is great

From tour to move in, every was nice and friendly and helpful. Greeted by name. The building is clean, bright and professional but with a feeling of home. The whole process was not stressful. I appreciate the kindness and meeting other satisfied families and residents. They were having and event and the participation was amazing, staff, residents and their families were having an amazing time. Very organized.

I have stayed in this place and all I can say is this employee are the best, they will make you feel comfortable and your elderly. I am super proud to have found this place for my grand father. Thank you for making him feel at home and all we could say is a very thank you

When it comes to senior living. It is an outstanding place . I went to visit a family friend who live there . The employee were so welcoming and helpful. They are one big family and I highly recommend this place.

There is definitely a warm welcoming vibe from the time you're walking up to the front door to the time you leave the building. The concierge at the front desk is very customer service oriented and patient with the residents and families. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff there!

Tucson place has employees that really care for their residents by ensuring their meds are given correctly, they taken down to the dining room for all meals on time. The building is clean. Maintenance ensures rooms are cleaned.

Tucson place is a great place. Employees are amazing, residents are friendly. Whenever I visit, im always asked if ibwould like a refreshing beverage when entering the building. Most importantly the building is kept cleaned.

My mom has been here two and a half years. My sister and I have been pleased. Staff is always available to help, take the extra steps as my mom slowly deteriorates.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Legacy at Town Square and her experience at this facility has been great so far. The staff are all great. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services, activities and meals have all been great, as well. I would recommend The Legacy at Town Square to family and friends. It's a great value for the cost!

The staff is a group of people that have the capacity to deal with the aging population in a compassionate manner. Everyone I met was kind and considerate and welcoming.
