Staff are wonderful & caring. Facility is clean. They could do a better job easing new residents & family in. Very little orientation & old people don't just jump in & GO! I would DEFINITELY recommend! In the long run, the care for residents is MORE important than the lavk of orientation & hand-holding at the beginning, a few more activities would be nice! This is our third experience with Assisted Living. They get a A-!! Emphasized the warm care by staff

5 for all! We chose this facility because of the convenience to our home, the inviting furnishings in the common areas, and good variety of activities. [name removed] was great when trying to decide whether to go to Ridgmar Place.

My mom seems happy with her apartment, the staff and food. I haven't seen the facility but my siblings feel it's a good fit for my mom.

Legacy at Forest Ridge was a blessing to my entire family. Their respectfulness, professionalism, and courtesy was amazing, only to be surpassed by their kindness. My parents entered their “temporary home”, in the Memory Care Unit about a month apart. The ability of the staff to meet their needs as individuals and as a couple caused me to stand in awe. That was only possible because they have a true calling for that type of work and are willing to connect on a “heart level” with the residents and their families. EVERY SINGLE member of the team was willing to answer my questions, explain things, and help my son and I understand the stages of what my parents were going through. They worked wonderfully with their Hospice team as well. They saw my parents for who they truly were and not as the people the diseases made them seem. That was priceless!! They made my parents feel loved and made their transition to receiving their promotions to heaven as comfortable and peaceful as possible.

My experience with the Legacy at Forest Ridge, where my mom resides is truly exceptional. The caring staff goes above and beyond to provide personalized attention, ensuring her comfort and well-being. The level of care is outstanding, reflects genuine compassion and dedication. The management team is not only professional but also incredibly responsive to any concerns or requests my family has. Overall, the community creates a warm and nurturing environment, making a significant positive impact on my mom's quality of life. I'm grateful for the exceptional care and support they provide.

This is a very lovely environment with a friendly staff. The facility was very clean and pleasant. We were here for a craft show. Overall our experience here has been great. I would recommend more advertising of the craft show in the future.

They do amazing activities for the residents and get the community involved too! [name removed] is great at what she does! I have done 2 vendor shows here now and will be back again! I would definitely send a loved one here :)

The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly. All the residents are well taken care of and seem very happy to live there. the management staff are very helpful and all the caregivers really care for the residents they take care of.

We Came for Santas breakfast with kids and everyone was so sweet and we had a great time. [name removed] is the best! Everything was beautiful and clean. So great to do events like this, the joy in the room was so nice

When my aunt could no longer live by herself in her home, I encouraged her to move into the Renaissance. My mother in law had lived there so I knew of the quality of this facility from our prior experience. The Renaissance has not let us down. It has made the transition from the home my aunt lived in for 65 years to her new home, at the Renaissance, a smooth one. The activities offer the residence an opportunity to be in community with their new family.

Great Place to live . Great friends .Go lots of places. Have wonderful flower garden. Walking trail around. Takes us to our doctor appointments. Lots of entertainment.Friendly Staff. Exercise classes 5 days a week!

What our family likes the most about The Village at Rancho Solano is the setting, engagement with the clients, warmth. The apartments are large and bright. Based on the experience we have had so far, we for sure would recommend this community to others.

Have been very happy with the respectful care my loved one has received. The facility is well maintained and the staff is happy to answer any questions I have had. The seasonal decor and landscaping is always attractive

I am speaking for the Memory Care part of Whispering Winds of Apple Valley, so it is a little different than Assisted Living. That has been an adjustment for my mom, as it is secured doors in the Memory Care Center. Coming from an Independent Living community, she has had a challenging time, but the care partners say she always joins in the activities and is mostly smiling and helping others, so I feel she is doing well there. They keep the residents busy doing games and other activities to help keep their minds active. The care partners there are very nice, friendly and caring. Most times you can get right in touch with them with any questions and they are working on a system that will even enhance that more for the family of residents that will be helpful. Meals seem to be good, but since they transfer from the main dining room sometimes it will get cold. They can microwave to warm it up, but that isn't always the same. All in all, it is good. You can ask for things, but in my moms situation and personality, she sometimes does not as she doesn't want to bother them... but that is just my moms character. Yes, I would recommend this community. I also like that they have events for the holidays and that includes Memory Care and Assisted Living...all together.

I am a seasoned Physical Therapist who has had experience with many facilities and living environments during my career. The Havens at Antelope Valley is one of the better places I've seen. The staff is caring, knowledgeable, and professional. The residents there are more like family than neighbors, they look our for each other and routinely engage in social activities together. If a senior in my life ever has the need for an assisted living facility The Havens at Antelope Valley will be my top choice for them.

My mother-in-law moved into the Renaissance in October, 2023, and is already settled and very happy to be there. To see her enjoying her days without worrying about issues such as meal prep, house cleaning and even her own personal grooming, is such a relief to us, but mainly it is a relief for her to not have these everyday worries to deal with. She loves living here and we believe she is at the best place we could find in the area. The staff are amazing. They will stop whatever they are doing to answers questions or assist with matters regarding my mother-in-law. Everyone we have encountered at the Renaissance (especially [name removed]) has gone above and beyond to make sure my MIL is comfortable and has what she needs to thrive in her new environment.

Amazing facility filled with care and respectfulness. Very family oriented organization and facility. Top care to everyone that walks through this building. Will never be disappointed with how this place is ran amazing all around.

I have been volunteering at Evergreen for 7 months. All of the employees are super friendly. I help with th Happy Hour event on Thursdays. One of the residents plays the keyboard for all of us. Residents and employees both enjoy the event. The facility is clean and the meals look delicious. I really have fun at this residence.
