We had to make decisions quickly on where to place mom. [name removed]made it easy and worked with us on having all information to make that decision. Even better when we had to place mom in hospice they work with a program that my childhood friend works for. That made the decision so much easier as well.

Brookdale has been an amazing place for my mom. After living in the same home for 50 years, she needed a little extra help with her medications, meals and someone to check on her. The transition was so smooth….everyone is so friendly and helpful! My mother loves the food and has made friends. They are quick to call if she needs anything and make sure she has everything she needs. Highly recommend Brookdale North Richland Hills.

My mom has been a resident at Solana for over a year and we’ve had a wonderful experience overall! Placing my mom at an assisted living facility was one of the most difficult decisions I’ve had to make and not one I was ready for, but the staff at Solana were and continue to be incredibly kind and helpful. When she moved in, she rarely wanted to participate in social activities or eat in the dining room. However, they have been persistent in encouraging her to attend and engage with other residents and it has made a world of difference in her wellbeing. She now knows most of the residents names and calls them friends. I’m thankful that she has a more active social life than I do! Lastly, I have visited her often -almost daily - at various hours of the day and I can wholeheartedly say that the staff are consistently helpful and caring towards the residents. I have not seen this level of respect at any other facility. We are so thankful for everyone at Solana!

This community is the best place for senior living. My mom was living in Solano for independent living and then broke her hip so we moved her to a Solana assisted living. It has been a great experience for my family and for her. At the beginning of her recovery from her broken hip, I spent almost every day there and got to know the staff very well. They would even let me call them in the middle of the night if I needed to. How much better can it get than having a place where you feel like your mom is at your home. We love Solano.

Wonderful staff, they treat you like family. When I went to the hospital, three of the staff members came to see me. Staff listens to you and is always available. Numerous activities are always available.

Maintenance staff is amazing! They always go above and beyond what is required. It’s also refreshing to make new friends at this age, I’ve met so many new people with similar interests as myself. I feel like this is my home.

Facility is very open and welcoming. Staff/residents friendly and helpful. A good vibe entering the lobby.

The staff is very friendly and engaging. They are always willing to give a helping hand. Every day there’s a cheerful staff member greeting me and asking me how I’m doing. Life enrichment has been very helpful with lending space to teach my clay class.

My mother was a resident at Solana Vintage Park for over 10 years. The management and staff are wonderful...and they always took great care of mom. It's also a very nice, well-maintained facility. I would recommend them to anyone with a loved one in need of assisted living or memory care.

I recently moved my dad from a peagus community in Sun city, Arizona to The Rivers in Puyallup also a peagus community. The transfer could not have gone any better. The staff at The Rivera have been so helpful, friendly and supportive. My dad has adjusted very well and I know that is greatly due to the staff at The Rivers. The community is clean and the food is good too. I’ve tasted it my self. I would recommend The Rivers to anyone looking for an assisted living community for their loved one. We could not be happier or more pleased with our choice.

My dad has lived at Town Village of Leawood for a few years. In the time he has been here he has made many friends and joins in on several activities. He's looking forward to many more years of wonderful memories here!

Community living was a bit of a challenge at first, the residents and staff were very welcoming and helped make the transition a good one. There is always something going on whether it's live entertainment, an exercise class or an outing to shop.

There were some significant trial & errors in the first few days in regards to the care services. Fantastic chef! Fantastic activities director! Genuinely get more for your money here than any other AL communities we looked at. I would absolutely recommend this community to others; already have! [name removed], the sales director, couldn't be more kind & transparent. The staff really are more than I could have asked for by way of compassion & supportive of both my dad & my-over emotional-self.

We had an amazing tour with the sales director. She makes you feel very comfortable making sure you find the right home for your loved one. This is all new to us and she has answered all of our questions and showed us a unit with furniture and unit without furniture which was very helpful. My mom was nervous as she has been in her home for 46 years. My mom said that she felt very comfortable choosing Greenhaven Place as her forever home mostly because of the sales director also Greenhaven Place just feels like home. We can’t wait for mom to come over as there is a waitlist for Independent living.

My dad came to Greenhaven Place and has been very happy with the activities they have to offer. They’ve even did a scenic drive to go and look at Christmas lights which was really nice. My dad was shy at first but the staff and the residents make you feel like family.

My Mom has been in the facility for over a year and has enjoyed the people and all the activities. My Mom also really enjoys the food and how clean the facility is kept. The facility is also pet friendly, which made it easier for my Mom to adjust.

I chose this facility due to access to the outside for the residents as well as the value for the money. All of my interactions have been positive.

My Dad has thrived since having Solana in our lives! I am relieved to see the positive impact having the caring attentiveness of the professional staff at Solana has had on my Dad and his health. My own wellbeing has also benefited as I was fast-tracked into the 24/7 caregiver role before finding assisted living. It’s also a true joy to spend time with the social residents at Solana. We have visited other communities where residents weren’t even smiling during happy hour. To us, Solana’s easy access to highways and close proximity to many top hospitals and medical care providers add yet another layer of security. We’re very glad we eventually came around and chose Solana.
