Very pleasant and helpful staff....my mom says food is very good I would recommend Bridgewood Gardens to others.

Staff is caring , lots of activities, great food, clean with home- like atmosphere.

Our overall experience was very positive. The staff genuinely love what they do and the people they care for. The only negative there is the weekend contract workers who are not as familiar. There are tons of activities ranging from those who are capable to those who are less. The food is wonderful and they worked with us to accommodate our specific needs. We would highly recommend Legacy to anyone who asks.

South Hill Village is superior to other facilities while offering many services from assisted living to memory care in a clean, healthy and newly renovated facility. The staff on every level is professional, friendly and shows a genuine concern for the residents.

My Friends that I have made in the different Staff members have made me feel welcomed and at home. They pay attention and have made me feel like I mattered and those people are what makes South Hill Village what it is.

I feel that is a beautiful, comforting, generous place. Staff is cheerful and hard-working.

Shopping for adult care is a difficult undertaking that involves many difficult decisions. From the quality of service, administrative assistance, and impeccable grounds, I felt reassured choosing Evergreen Place for my loved one.

It's a great community. People are friendly and there are lots of activities. I would recommend.

I came in to the community as a Hospice aide and was blown away by the staff. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgable about the residents. I was amazed to see how lively the Memory Care was with an activity going and aides painting fingernails on some of the ladies. What a refreshing sight to see.

My mother passed away in March 2022 and my father was depressed and unable to stay in his own home. We moved Dad into Tucson Place, Oct. 2023 and with their help, the transition was very smooth. My father is in the Memory care unit, and I have been very pleased with how well they treat and care for my father. His health has improved since being at there. The social activities, regular meals, memory exercises and good care are all part of the reason he is doing so well.

I recently moved my mom into an apartment here and she is doing so well! She is making friends and is feeling like she is a part of a community. She LOVES the food. The care givers have been responsive and are kind. You can tell they enjoy what they do. The management are friendly and have checked in to see how we are doing and how my mom is feeling. I couldn't have imagined a better transition for mom. It's all about the care here.

This is a great place! I felt it at the door from the first time we arrived. I was coming from out of town and did not know what to expect. It exceeded all my expectations and then some. I have new friends and lots of opportunities to be active. Our Chef is attentive to my needs and makes some pretty good food! My favorite is my apartment. It is a nice size with huge storage/closet space. I'm feeling good in this neighborhood!

Palmer Woods at North Austin is a great place! They have a great group of caring staff members working there. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I visited Evergreen Place for a tour and had a wonderful experience. The outside is very well kept and when I walked in I immediately felt welcomed. It looks as though everything from the floors to the paint have been updated. Residents appear to be happy, clean, and cared for. I loved watching staff interact with residents. They have such a warm and familial way of caring for them, and you could tell that there is genuine compassion for them. Although I am just researching options for down the line, I am comforted to know that when the time comes, Evergreen Place will be my choice.

We enjoy living at Bridgewood Gardens Assisted Living. It feels like home now. Our staff is very thoughtful and caring. They are always asking how we are doing and if we need anything. Me and my wife love it here.

My parents are finally in the perfect place! The staff does a great job, the food is delicious, and the activities are astounding. The staff is professional and truly care about their residents. Any issues are resolved quickly, and the service is over and beyond. The family is relieved, and my father's stress level is down. I believe moving here has prolonged his life, and I am grateful.

This place is an answered prayer for us, it is very clean the staff is awesome they are always working to make sure the residence needs are met with respect love and kindness, we would highly recommend it to anyone.
