Solana is a great place! We love it! After my parents moved in nearly 2 years ago, we decided it was necessary for them to have a larger apartment. The move was easy (upstairs to downstairs). The staff was there to help in any way possible, making the move that much easier. I can't say enough about the great people of Solana. From the moment you walk in, you will feel welcomed, and rest assure, they are there to help in your transition. This is a difficult time in your loved one's lives, and Solana made this transition as easy as could be expected. The staff and care givers are top notched. That being said, you will not be disappointed bringing your loved one to Solana.

The Landing is a wonderful facility and has taken good care of my 94 year old mom. Med techs are all very professional and are caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.

Staff support is very personalized and attentive. The staff knows my aunt well and they're incredibly friendly and supportive. They've recently reevaluated their staffing levels when they recognized some delays in support during weekends . They also let go some less experienced staff and have replaced them with very well qualified people. This is likely due to a recent management company change, and it's been good.

Included in this is also size of facility. Big enough yet small enough that everyone seems to know everyone else. I can't speak for my 98 yr old MIL but it's a friendly place, people seem to like each other, staff attentive and friendly as well. Quite a few activities available and outdoor space well taken care of. People tend to eat their meals in the same groups daily but haven't seen anyone turned away from a table... I'd say it's friendly, everyone seems to genuinely like everyone else. They know why they are there and looks like they have accepted that fact.

Such a sense of weight off the shoulders. Knowing that mom is in a safe, secure, nurturing environment is just phenomenal. Staff has been so helpful and are so kind and patient with the eccentric package that mom is. I know she is safe and we all have the relief that she is in extremely good hands. The facility is bright, clean, engaging and encouraging to the residents to use the amenities and programs that are offered.

The facility is quite peaceful a beautiful property and I feel comfortable that my Mom is safe. The experience that we have encountered with [name removed] and the manager of the property is simply amazing.. They were so welcoming very understanding. they have really taken care of my Mother to ensure that she is comfortable in her new home..

The environment is very comfortable and inviting. The staff, this includes everyone have been wonderful to be around and they treated my Mother in-law with respect and kindness. I would recommend The Gardens to everyone

5 for each category. The short time my dad was there everything went great. Unfortunately he kept us to quickly to really enjoy the community to the fullest. The community was very welcoming. A lot of activities to keep someone busy if they look just a little.

Brookdale Pecan Park has a Director and staff that are warm, friendly and caring. They are great at addressing the specific needs of my mother. They make great effort to help my mother feel a part of the community there. When ask by my friends at church or my other family members I definitely plan to recommend Brookdale Pecan Park.

Great staff from top to bottom. They are always in good spirits and attentive to the needs of the people living there. Great location, easy access to everywhere and hard pressed to find anywhere else that offers the same service for the cost.

My mom is in memory care here after learning about them through A Place for Mom. I am very happy with them and their care for my mom. She has had a hard time adjusting as her dementia is moving quick. They have been so good to her and also to our family. Thank you

What we like the most about South Hill Village is that it is clean, attractive and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

Staff go out of their way to get you settled in. While they remain accommodating, it's difficult to reach the business office as their hours are unpredictable. Not to say they're not responsive once you find them. Food staff is freakin' amazing. Apartments are larger here than the other places i visited. They are well arranged and have more storage than expected. I particularly appreciate having a light in the shower/tub, grab bars everywhere, wide doors, washer/dryer en suite, crown moldings, dog park and additional dog stations. Plus, areas where residents can plant flowers or put in gardens. I should probably add Brookdale's ideal location. Doctors, hospitals, urgent cares, labs, minutes away. Also close to restaurants and shopping.

5 across the board. [name removed] is thrilled with her new home. Gracious and professional staff, clean and well-maintained property, great access to nearby shopping, churches and transportation. Highly recommend.

The sales staff, front desk, cafeteria, maintenance, and even the health staff were all just top level. I sure wish Mom was still there! And by the way, you guys have been great as well.

We are long-time residents of the Clear Lake, TX area. We have been looking for a independent living facility for some time! Looking at many visiting several and reluctant Brookdale. Staffs friendliness and willingness to work with is was wonderful.

My parents and I have have met with the director of Sales several times over the last year and she has been very knowledgeable and helpful. She has communicated well with my parents and always made them feel welcomed and important.
