The location was close. The memory care unit was new. Each resident has a private bedroom. As my husband was dying, his care was exceptional and I felt supported. The staff were especially caring and supportive.

My mom enjoys all the activities that are offered at Greenhaven Place. From the art work, to the puzzles, bingo, poker, cornhole, also the outings. We are so grateful to have found the perfect home to keep mom entertained.

My loved one was a resident at The Legacy at Long Meadow and everything was great for her at this facility! This is an excellent place! I would recommend this facility to others.

We had a tour at Greenhaven Place with lunch to follow. This community has so many different activities to offer also everyone from residents to staff seem very happy. Also, the food was amazing. We will be calling this place home for my dad as soon as they have an opening.

My family and I are looking for an assisted living community for my mom. We came to Greenhaven Place over the weekend and the Sales Director had so much patience with us. All of this information is new to our family but [name removed] made us feel comfortable also has offered to get the 602 for us. We toured 2 other senior communities no one has offered us any help in getting us a 602. I think Greenhaven Place has checked all the boxes for us we can’t wait for mom to move in.

I chose this community because it was the brightest, cleanest, and most cheerful / modern one we visited. Overall Legacy has been great. We haven't had to use the upper care levels yet, so I can only speak to the basic assisted living situation, but my mother seems overall happy with the people, food, and activities.

I'm so impressed by the friendliness and caring of every one of the staff. All of the residents appear to be happy with the care and lots of fun activities. A warm and "fuzzy" kind of place. I really like it here.

My grandma loved this place and the staff is amazing! Staff is very friendly and informative all around. You can be asking the front end a question about your family member and they will know how they are and if they have seen them today. Housekeeping is good and thorough. I love the nurse there. She is also amazing and very attentive to the family member. I have had a couple of meals there and all have been really good. I would recommend this location to anyone. My grandma was loved there and well taken cared of.

When I first moved here, I was not happy to be here. I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and care this community brings. The staff is very friendly. I am very happy to be living here now.

I am very happy here. This is my second assisted living residence. I love the friendliness of the staff. My apartment has everything i need. I had just lost my husband and they helped me get settled. The residents are so friendly and welcoming. I am newer but feel very much apart of the family. The first person I met with was the Sales & Marketing Director [name removed]. She is the most kind and compassionate person and works at finding you just the right room for you.

It was a great experience with our sales person and the entire staff. Food has been a real hit with my dad. I know they have a calendar of activities but my father needs reminding of them constantly. At times he feels like he is being confined to his room so if another person living there could prod him, that would be great.

People seem to enjoy the variety of tasty meals in the dining room . There are lots of activities including movies, group stretching, weekly outings, etc. Opportunities to play cards, etc. Residents are friendly and staff is caring and attentive. The library usually has 3 or 4 people reading.

The focus on healthy food and energetic regular guided exercise are highlights for me at Town Village Crossing. I want to mention the friendly staff and approachable management as well. These qualities have made living here to be a cheerful experience in which a new resident can readily engage. I have spent a little over one month in residence. Yet I feel familiar with most of the schedules and routines. This is thanks to quick replies to my questions and attention to my new resident concerns. My apartment has been pleasant with help of a responsive heat and air unit. I feel at home in the space and can cook light meals in my fully equipped kitchen. Town Village Crossing has allowed my transition from a one family residence to independent living to progress as smoothly as I could have imagined. I have as much privacy and social engagement as I please. Plus I have a responsive front desk staff to consult if I need to ask for help.

The food is consistently great. We've had small family gatherings there, just paying extra for other family members. Very reasonable. I highly recommend Town Village Crossing.

They were all very knowledgeable, courteous and genuinely caring for the residents and family members. I highly recommend South Hill Village to those looking for memory care.

Staff is great. They all try to learn family and resident names and build relationships with them. Communication with family is great as I have the cell phone for the point people there. The move in process was awesome. They even helped us with recommendations for an efficient and affordable local mover! The meals we ate there were all quality, flavorful, and ample served restaurant style and can be ordered for take out and even room service! The French pastry chef is a plus for the baked goods and snacks. I'd highly recommend this facility as a great value for all the benefits they offer our family!

All personnel are friendly, quick to respond to emergencies. Thoughtful of resident's likes and dislikes. Smiles from most residents indicates they are satisfied with this community experience. You can trust your loved ones are safe.

This place is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so professional and Amazing. Customer service is so important and this place deserves high praise. The executive Director, wellness director and Business office director are very caring, compassionate and supportive. This sets this place apart from any other place that I’ve visited
