My parents and I have have met with the director of Sales several times over the last year and she has been very knowledgeable and helpful. She has communicated well with my parents and always made them feel welcomed and important.

I worked a lot with [name removed], the Exec. Dir., when my sister first moved in. He was great and always available and attentive to my sister's needs. Now he has left and l am concerned that the new person will not be as responsive. Also, you know the saying of "When the cat's away, the mice will play." I'm hoping a new Exec. Dir. will be brought in quickly so that the lower level staff don't start knocking off on their efforts. The nursing staff is exceptional, by the way. The staff is very helpful and informative. The facility is quite nice- modern and up-to-date. The activities are very engaging. The food is great.

I placed my love one here because when I walked in I just knew it was exactly what we were looking for. I couldn't have been happier with the choice. The meals are great and I love that everyone is so active in the community. They are always doing something fun and entertaining! Even taking them to HEB and Walmart to get snacks or things they would like for between meals and personal items needed. Which means I don't have to keep up with it all the time for him. We even have him on a personal solutions plan which takes care of all personal inconvenience products and we don't have run around and make sure he has everything he needs for that as well. When we go we really just get to spend time with him and visit. We have even reserved the library to have a little birthday party for him where the family came and we all had a good time. With Dad being there we know he is in good hands. I like the way the pricing is set up so we only pay for the care that Dad needs.

When we first visiting Brookdale of Round Rock we went for the Elvis Event in January it was a nice Happy Hour with a Guest Elvis. He was entertaining and fun. Really engaging and there was lots of residents looking to have a blast attending. I can't wait to be able to move my loved one in when the time comes. Looks like a very active environment while still letting them live their best lives.

Really love the way the staff take care of the needs of our loved one and makes them feel at home while making sure they stay safe and get exactly what they need. With the new renovations it is very modern and really nice classy place. They go on a lot of outings and always have some event or another happening so they have plenty to do.

I can't express how grateful I am for the exceptional care my father is receiving at Bridgewood Gardens Memory Care facility. From the moment we made the difficult decision to move him, we've been nothing but impressed with the outstanding staff, the level of medical attention, and the genuine compassion that everyone shows him. The team is incredibly attentive to his needs and always ensures that he is comfortable, safe and well cared for. The food is another highlight. He always enjoys his meals, and it's comforting to know the facility offers nutritious, well-balanced meals that he enjoys. I love that there's such a wide range of activities and outings to keep him engaged. The cleanliness of the facility is impeccable. It has a warm home-like atmosphere that makes my dad feel at ease. I feel confident and at peace with him living at Bridgewood Gardens.

Staff are outstanding! Polite, courteous, and extremely helpful. [name removed] and [name removed] made our visit pleasant and eased our minds about all the care our loved one will be receiving.

After the sudden death of my dad, we were in search of a new place for my mom to live where she would be able surrounded by community and not be alone. Brookdale University has given mom a chance for a new chapter. She enjoys her neighbors and the staff and loves breakfast and lunch with her new found friends. We have peace of mind that help isn’t far away if she needs it.

What we like the most about the community is the Friendliness and kindness of the staff. Yes, we would recommend The Legacy at Forest Ridge to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Very responsive to me which is important because I live out of state The first day my sister moved in the staff came by and introduced themself and interviewed her as to what services she required. I have already received a report on how my sister is fitting in. I greatly appreciate the timely communication

5 for all! Finding this place for my mom was a miracle. The staff, nurses and just everyone there are so helpful and kind. They act quickly to solve and problems which are minimal and normal things that happen.

What we like the most about Parmer Woods is the friendliness of the staff. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Whispering Winds. My mother has been there almost 2 months and has had a very easy transition from living on her own to being in an assisted living facility. The staff there, especially Margo, made her feel welcome even before she moved in. She still has her independence, with a private one bedroom apartment, and we have the peace of mind that she has staff around her 24 hours a day. Before her decision to move to WW, we took my mother on a tour of two other facilities in our community. Whispering Winds gave all of us the positive vibes we needed to make the decision easier. The residents we met on our tour were friendly and many said it was a great place to live. Any family faced with the difficult decision to move a loved one into a facility should feel confident in their decision to choose Whispering Winds.

Solana was a wonderful transition from rehab hospital to home. Everyone was helpful. It was very accommodating and a great choice for my sister’s stay. She enjoyed the accommodations and the people she met there. Will recommend to any others that may need assisted living.

[name removed] was so helpful when we were looking at places for my mom. She gave us a great tour, answered all our questions, gave us all the financial information we needed.[name removed] also took my mom for a tour and let us stay for lunch so my mom could get a feel for the place. All during the move in process and getting my Mom moved in, [name removed] was a gem. Since then, everyone I have encountered at Whispering Winds is so kind, helpful, professional, and hard working. We definitely made the right decision for my mom.

The staff is really nice to my parents. Very friendly and kind. We were able to get the 2 room one and it's a good size, a little small for the king size bed they had but it works with both of their walkers. Activities- they were fine but my parents wouldn't go unless one of us went with them.

The staff is very kind, patient and responsive. They take the time to learn resident preferences. Yes I would recommend Dunwoody Place to other families.

It wad an absolute pleasure to visit with the witness the great rapport with the residents. She expressed empathetic, listening and respect while meeting greeting with the residents. I have been here a little over a year and I am happy here; I have made good friends. Most residents here like it because it is a small community. I think for the facility-cleanliness and a pleasant smell. That was the 1st my son-in-law noticed about The Oaks was the pleasant scent. A caring staff and a good ratio of caregivers to residents especially for residents who need assistance to be transferred to activities.
