We went to several facilities and asked Hospice friends that work in several facilities before choosing The Legacy at South Plains. We are very happy with the place and would definitely recommend it to others.

The staff at Greenhaven Place always go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy. Also they have a very personable relationship with the residents which makes it feel like home. Glad to have my dad here.

My loved one is currently a resident at Riverside Oxford Memory Care and the experience has been great so far. The cleanliness and housekeeping are great. Communication with the family and staff are great. I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff in the memory care unit is attentive and caring. The food is healthy and looks good. The director of memory care has daily activities for the residents. The hair salon does a nice job!

The experience with Laketown Village has been great! Everyone there has been wonderful. We honestly have no complaints at all.

We are thrilled with Mom's move to Parmer Woods! Having just moved her from out of state, our experience at her first community was less than desirable. Parmer Woods is exactly what I was looking for. She has done more in her first 2 weeks than 2 1/2 months at her previous community. The residents have been very welcoming and the staff is very kind and caring. I used to leave her old facility upset and angry now I leave calm and peaceful because I trust the staff has her best interest in mind. I would highly recommend moving your loved ones here.

We were pleased to find Parmer Woods just when we needed it and in a convenient location for us. Everyone has been super welcoming and helpful. It is a very nice place as well especially if you are working within a budget. What really blew me away was that staff members I hadn’t personally met yet knew I was connected to my mom almost right away. That’s the type of thing that shows you that you picked the right place.

Parmer Woods has been a great place for my mom. When she moved in, she was not able to walk and was very confused. The staff was very friendly and helped her adjust during a difficult time. Since then, she has made great improvements and feels that this is home now. She’s made lots of friends and stays very active with the variety of programs and outings that are available.

Great tour! Outstanding assisted living facility! The staff is incredibly caring, the environment is welcoming, and the amenities are top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a compassionate and clean community.

It was an easy move-in. It was affordable. They take good care of them.

My aunt has really embraced the community within Parmer Woods. She says she's never in her apartment because she's busy with activities and socializing. It was mainly price and my prior experience with them with my dad, why we chose it for my aunt.

The caregivers are so patient and caring. I'll I have to do is ask about something and they make sure it happens. They take extra time with mom and it makes me feel better about her care.

My loved one is currently a resident at Gig Harbor Court and the experience has been great! The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The care services, staff and meals are also great. We are very happy with it all. We would recommend this facility to others.

The community feel like a home and my mom loves it there. She's not lonely and enjoys the activities. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The building: When approached by the receptionist ([name removed]) he was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. When entering, residents are always around in common areas doing an activity or chatting. When moving my grandfather into the facility me and my sister were nervous because he was moving from home. My grandfather fits in just well, gets along with everyone and loves the activities. Having friendly residents and friendly staff makes me and my sister at peace with choosing this place for our grandfather. Staff: The staff on the assisted living side are very friendly, and very attentive. To point a few out ([name removed]) is always going out of his way to make sure my grandfather is well-taken care of. My grandfather always mentions [name removed] and how funny and hard working he is. He always has a smile on his face. The medication tech ([name removed]) is very professional. She knows what she's doing, she always has an answer and i can contact her whenever. I would highly recommend this facility.

Great place, nice apartments, friendly staff & plenty of daily activities.

The atmosphere here is amazingly friendly, caring and capable. There are fun and educational activities every day. The basic staff here has been here a long time and they clearly love what they do every day.

BMV is a wonderful place for seniors. It's comfortable and homey. The staff are fantastic and the activities are lively and entertaining. It was closest to my mom's house. And she had worked there previously herself. We toured other places but they didn't seem a good fit for my mom. They were more hotel like and not as personal and friendly, like BMV is.

Great facility special emphasis on cleanliness. Great bus system for transportation for shopping or for doctors appointments. Many activities card games functions. Good experience.
