I cannot rave enough about the excellent, Caring staff at Pegasus Landing of Mesa. Our loved one was welcomed, known by her name & if we needed something and pressed the call button, we had someone in our room within 5 minutes. The nurses and staff always had a smile on their face and gave positive encouragement. The facility was clean and pleasant.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I got tired of the menu not changing a lot week to week so I ate out several times per week which shouldn't happen for the high rent paid each month.

The Legacy at Town Square is such a beautiful place. The staff were all very nice and friendly and caring. I'm so happy my dad spent the last two months of his 97 1/2 years surrounded by their loving and caring staff.

From the first encounter to meeting with staff revealed a super professional interaction. The facility was exceptionally clean, fresh and well appointed. I have been Impressed with every aspect of my experience while on boarding a gentleman I’m responsible for during a difficult season in his life.

I never thought about leaving my home, it was where we had raised the kids and grandkids there. So much love was made in it. Then, [date removed], my husband passed away and suddenly everything changed. I had to leave the house due to black mold and other issues. And I started looking for a new place. I had a list of places to go check out, the first I checked was Brookdale Senior Living. I got to talking to the staff and everyone was so friendly. I checked out two other places. But I kept thinking about Brookdale. I went back and signed the papers for it, paid my fees, and they showed me to my new home. It's beautiful, bigger than I thought. Everyone is so nice, I'm making new friends. They allowed me to keep my two Shelties, which makes me happy. The food is good, and I have a kitchen when I decide to cook for myself. I've been turning it into my place, with new color and style. I've had help with some things from Brookdale at Home. I could go on and on, but I love living here..

Very clean public areas, No bad odors. Only had noted need for better floor care in mother's room on occasion. Consistently friendly staff. My mother is treated with dignity & respect. She is kept clean & well moisturized. The fact the her skin is intact after months of being bed bound is a testament to a consistent turning schedule and effort to smooth all wrinkles from the bedding. I'm not able to rate activities due to my mother previously being unwilling to participate. But I have witnessed increased participation by residents recently since [name removed] was hired.

In general the place is very nice. Mom's apartment is clean and spacious. The common areas could use a bit of sprucing up, but are clean. Here is what sold me on the place. Why I chose them over a few other places that were "nicer". I went there unannounced several times. The sales person, [name removed], was so kind, as was every single employee I encountered. [name removed]called everyone by name, from staff to residents. EVERYONE! This was the same each time I went. All the residents were happy to talk to me and answer my questions, and the sales person [name removed]introduced each one by name. It could not have been staged. The place is very warm and welcoming. This is what was important to me for my mom. I am there two or three times a week and am still greeted by name now by desk staff and restaurant staff. It is amazing.

Both me and my sister were very impressed with the facility when we first toured prior to deciding on a facility . [name removed]understood our needs and what would be important to my parents. She was able to get us the apartment that met all our parents needs and wants. Since moving them in we have been impressed with everything.

food quality is good but food is served bland with no seasonings. Overall, we are very pleased with everything so far. Facility and staff are top notch and very friendly

Nice sized community. Not too big, not too small. Great location. Staff is excellent. Have not had any issues there so far. Room size is sufficient. Some rooms have a private porch on lower level. Very nice amenities.

Solana Preserve has an excellent executive director. It has many activities to keep you busy. It is a friendly place.

I loved the place. Theda, the nurse, totally went above and beyond! As a nurse myself I knew how great she was! [name removed], the person that handles the visit etc. felt like family! When my mother needs full time care.... this is the only place I will consider. I was very comfortable with my mom there.

Solana at Vintage Park has been a true blessing for our family. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a genuine sense of warmth and community. What sets Solana apart is the individual love and care given to each resident. Every person is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect—and it shows in the smiles and comfort of the residents. The staff are absolutely wonderful—kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their friendliness creates such a welcoming environment, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being of everyone in their care. There’s a strong sense of community here, with consistent encouragement for residents to engage in activities and connect with others. Whether it's group events, daily programs, or simple one-on-one conversations, the focus is always on inclusion and joy. Another huge plus is the open and frequent communication with families. We’re always kept informed, which gives us incredible peace of mind.

So far, so good!! They have a new Executive Director... he's wonderful. And the staff are all very nice!! It's a good place to be, again!

We really like it here. Maybe a little expensive for us, but we are going to give it the ole college try

The people are so cheerful and helpful. The food is subpar and the chef is very cocky, unwilling to take suggestions. Apartment sizes are good. Great location next to Memorial Hermann hospital, Mem City Mall, Costco, HEB.

The staff know you by name. They take the time to get to know their residents and families alike. They offer in house service such as hair, nails, pt, ot, daily activities, Friday lunch bunch outings, meal service delivered to room when needed (for a small charge). They have regular events inviting family to participate and be involved. They welcome camera installation in your loved ones room bc more eyes on the Resident is helpful to all! We are grateful to have found this diamond of a gem for mom! You can also select a physician who comes to the facility to manage care.

When mom fell and broke her hip late February I needed to find a place fast for her rehabilitation. Brookdale North Richland Hills bent over backwards to help us get her a room that she could move into quickly with very little hassle. Mom loves all the people who work there and so do I. They treat us like family. Their newly remodeled building is beautiful as well as functional. Brookdale has helped take so much stress off of me in order to help mom get the temporary care that she needs.

I would rate all areas a 5. My mom has made some great friends and there is never a lack of activities to participate in. I have been impressed with the family events offered.
