My mom needs double assistance cause she can't stand, and she needs memory care, South Hill village provides her needs. Have not noticed anything to complain about.

The Solana Vintage Park has been a great facility for my mom. She was having issues transitioning to assisted living at another facility and we toured/selected the Solana and she decided to move there. The team there was extremely helpful and caring and made her feel comfortable from the beginning. They have really given me peace of mind knowing that she is in a facility where she is happy.

Everyone that we have run into has gone out of their way to help with anything. All the workers are extremely helpful and friendly. My uncle said they all remember his name. My uncle was hesitant to move out of our home but I have seen him but he admits the assisted living is way better than he anticipated. That in itself is a joy to all of us. Thank you to everyone

What I really like about the community - The friendly staff, the amenities at her place, the cleanliness of her place, the options available for add on care when it's needed, great food, services meet her needs, doc at home option through Reliant, response time to her questions and needs.

I was looking fur a community that could provide a high standard of care for my mom. I was immediately impressed with the responsiveness to my questions and eagerness of the staff to ensure this was the right fit. The leadership team has tremendous continuity in serving….several have been worked at Solana since it opened 12 years ago. Others have been there 7 years. To me, this speaks a lot for the solid foundation of the community. My mom is adjusting well and the communication between the staff and myself to ensure my mom’s needs are taken care of, is excellent. I’m confident my mom will thrive in this nurturing environment!

First off my case manager [name removed] was absolutely fabulous! She helped me every step of the way. I would use A Place for Mom again with no question. The facility was clean the room she had was fabulous with a little patio outside she loved it. What food she ate was very good, she had a different sleeping times so it was hard for her to get to breakfast because she wasn't awake yet. She had been a nurse for almost 50 years doing the night shift so it was hard for her too try and change her sleeping habits. So it would have been nice had she been able to pick up some extra things in the kitchen at off times. Everyone was very pleasant she enjoyed the extracurricular activities.

Great place with so much for residents to do, the apartment is clean and they do a great job responding to issues and concerns. The food is good and my dad enjoys a number is dishes. They do amazing with celebration for Father's Day and Mother's Day. The prices it's an amazing value these days. It's an older establishment but it's well kept. We are so happy we found this place. Their staff is kind and helpful. Unlike some of the other places they are well staffed. Thank you for helping us find it.

Mom is thriving there .Having an ambassador making her feel welcome and show her the ropes has made all the difference. I do wish there food program was a little more inclusive in the overall cost. I would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

We had no idea how long our Mom would be in Skilled Nursing but we also knew it wasn’t safe for her to go home and live by herself. LAFP was the first place we toured. We then visited a handful of other places but some were just too big of a world for our Mom. Something kept bringing us back to LAFP. It wasn’t too big and in fact it was a small enough community that we felt was manageable. The bonus was they really provided the confidence we needed to make a new home for Mom. They meet your loved one where they are. They are open to you having a monitor camera as it takes a team to care for the resident. It is 6 weeks later and we are happy with our decision. The first few weeks were critical to ensure they knew Mom and us (my brother and I). The residents are welcoming and the staff care while also giving the residents as much independence as possible. There are plenty of activities and the food is ok (well-balanced). Apartments are well maintained and better than many we toured.

I cannot rave enough about the excellent, Caring staff at Pegasus Landing of Mesa. Our loved one was welcomed, known by her name & if we needed something and pressed the call button, we had someone in our room within 5 minutes. The nurses and staff always had a smile on their face and gave positive encouragement. The facility was clean and pleasant.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I got tired of the menu not changing a lot week to week so I ate out several times per week which shouldn't happen for the high rent paid each month.

The Legacy at Town Square is such a beautiful place. The staff were all very nice and friendly and caring. I'm so happy my dad spent the last two months of his 97 1/2 years surrounded by their loving and caring staff.

From the first encounter to meeting with staff revealed a super professional interaction. The facility was exceptionally clean, fresh and well appointed. I have been Impressed with every aspect of my experience while on boarding a gentleman I’m responsible for during a difficult season in his life.

I never thought about leaving my home, it was where we had raised the kids and grandkids there. So much love was made in it. Then, [date removed], my husband passed away and suddenly everything changed. I had to leave the house due to black mold and other issues. And I started looking for a new place. I had a list of places to go check out, the first I checked was Brookdale Senior Living. I got to talking to the staff and everyone was so friendly. I checked out two other places. But I kept thinking about Brookdale. I went back and signed the papers for it, paid my fees, and they showed me to my new home. It's beautiful, bigger than I thought. Everyone is so nice, I'm making new friends. They allowed me to keep my two Shelties, which makes me happy. The food is good, and I have a kitchen when I decide to cook for myself. I've been turning it into my place, with new color and style. I've had help with some things from Brookdale at Home. I could go on and on, but I love living here..

Very clean public areas, No bad odors. Only had noted need for better floor care in mother's room on occasion. Consistently friendly staff. My mother is treated with dignity & respect. She is kept clean & well moisturized. The fact the her skin is intact after months of being bed bound is a testament to a consistent turning schedule and effort to smooth all wrinkles from the bedding. I'm not able to rate activities due to my mother previously being unwilling to participate. But I have witnessed increased participation by residents recently since [name removed] was hired.

In general the place is very nice. Mom's apartment is clean and spacious. The common areas could use a bit of sprucing up, but are clean. Here is what sold me on the place. Why I chose them over a few other places that were "nicer". I went there unannounced several times. The sales person, [name removed], was so kind, as was every single employee I encountered. [name removed]called everyone by name, from staff to residents. EVERYONE! This was the same each time I went. All the residents were happy to talk to me and answer my questions, and the sales person [name removed]introduced each one by name. It could not have been staged. The place is very warm and welcoming. This is what was important to me for my mom. I am there two or three times a week and am still greeted by name now by desk staff and restaurant staff. It is amazing.

Both me and my sister were very impressed with the facility when we first toured prior to deciding on a facility . [name removed]understood our needs and what would be important to my parents. She was able to get us the apartment that met all our parents needs and wants. Since moving them in we have been impressed with everything.

food quality is good but food is served bland with no seasonings. Overall, we are very pleased with everything so far. Facility and staff are top notch and very friendly
