The food is incredibly good, staff is very kind and helpful. I enjoy the wine nights and the camaraderie in the Leawood room. I really enjoy having the housekeeping staff clean my apartment. They are extremely efficient!

Wonderful staff, they treat you like family. When I went to the hospital, three of the staff members came to see me. Staff listens to you and is always available. Numerous activities are always available.

Maintenance staff is amazing! They always go above and beyond what is required. It’s also refreshing to make new friends at this age, I’ve met so many new people with similar interests as myself. I feel like this is my home.

Facility is very open and welcoming. Staff/residents friendly and helpful. A good vibe entering the lobby.

The staff is very friendly and engaging. They are always willing to give a helping hand. Every day there’s a cheerful staff member greeting me and asking me how I’m doing. Life enrichment has been very helpful with lending space to teach my clay class.

I recently moved my dad from a peagus community in Sun city, Arizona to The Rivers in Puyallup also a peagus community. The transfer could not have gone any better. The staff at The Rivera have been so helpful, friendly and supportive. My dad has adjusted very well and I know that is greatly due to the staff at The Rivers. The community is clean and the food is good too. I’ve tasted it my self. I would recommend The Rivers to anyone looking for an assisted living community for their loved one. We could not be happier or more pleased with our choice.

My dad has lived at Town Village of Leawood for a few years. In the time he has been here he has made many friends and joins in on several activities. He's looking forward to many more years of wonderful memories here!

Community living was a bit of a challenge at first, the residents and staff were very welcoming and helped make the transition a good one. There is always something going on whether it's live entertainment, an exercise class or an outing to shop.

There were some significant trial & errors in the first few days in regards to the care services. Fantastic chef! Fantastic activities director! Genuinely get more for your money here than any other AL communities we looked at. I would absolutely recommend this community to others; already have! [name removed], the sales director, couldn't be more kind & transparent. The staff really are more than I could have asked for by way of compassion & supportive of both my dad & my-over emotional-self.

We had an amazing tour with the sales director. She makes you feel very comfortable making sure you find the right home for your loved one. This is all new to us and she has answered all of our questions and showed us a unit with furniture and unit without furniture which was very helpful. My mom was nervous as she has been in her home for 46 years. My mom said that she felt very comfortable choosing Greenhaven Place as her forever home mostly because of the sales director also Greenhaven Place just feels like home. We can’t wait for mom to come over as there is a waitlist for Independent living.

My dad came to Greenhaven Place and has been very happy with the activities they have to offer. They’ve even did a scenic drive to go and look at Christmas lights which was really nice. My dad was shy at first but the staff and the residents make you feel like family.

I chose this facility due to access to the outside for the residents as well as the value for the money. All of my interactions have been positive.

This is a very nice place to live. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I always feel safe and taken care of. The staff is great. There is alot to do here and my apartment is nice. Everyone is always willing to help.

I had a short amount of time to figure out where to place my Father, and A Place for Mom. Offered many locations, budget sensitive, location sensitive, and easy to work with admitting my Dad. They also, put me in touch with an Organization that gives Veterans assistance, so my father can live in a nicer Assisted Living residence. Thank You for making my Father's quality of life even better than I had hoped for!

My sister had been recently diagnosed with dementia. I had to travel and couldn't leave her alone. She initially refused to go. The first couple of days were horrible. She called several times wanting me to get her. The staff at Parmer Woods worked with her to get her adjusted. When I returned to collect her she didn't want to go home. They took very good care of her. I was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Parmer Woods.

This is the 3rd Assisted Living my Dad has been in and 3rd time really is a charm. My Dad is so happy at Greenhaven Place. The staff and residents are so kind and loving. Greenhaven is allowing me to be a daughter instead of a caregiver which I was forced to be at my Dad’s last 2 Assisted Livings because I had to pick up the slack of their neglect of my Dad. Some of my favorite staff are [name removed], [name removed] [name removed]. I highly recommend this place for your loved one.
