When looking for an assisted living I found The Havens. The Havens offers assisted living with a variety of activities and safe clean environment. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a level of care that fits the clients needs. The restaurant dining is very comfortable. They offer different types of apartments to meet the needs of there clients. Brookdale Memorial City has been a wonderful place for my family. The staff are caring, patient, and truly dedicated to the residents’ well-being. Every day she feels happy and supported, and that gives our whole family great peace of mind. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, and the activities are engaging and enjoyable, helping residents stay active and connected. I would give Brookdale Pecan Park a solid 5 stars. The community was welcoming and thoughtful during my mom’s arrival. The Executive Director was generous with her time, guiding our family through this important transition. The staff provided helpful assistance and great suggestions to help Mom settle in smoothly. The Marketing Director was very responsive and supportive, answering our questions and helping with the paperwork.
