The food, staff, environment, and apartment size are all great.

The friendliness and welcoming spirit, the quality of care Mom is getting, the food is better, the nurses and cna's are so sweet and caring.

I like the activities that I see and the people going on. Even the residents are very friendly. The staff is extremely friendly. So far, so good and the financing or the prices are really good to get you. In they've been the most reasonable. I've looked at over 20 assisted living places for my mom and I kept coming back here. The place is extra clean and when I started looking, they've done some painting. And fixing up and they're constantly renovating and remodeling units, and so on. I don't have any complaints about That facility at all at this time

Moving our parents to Solana at the Vintage was a fantastic decision. They were very resistant to leaving their home and weren't happy at the beginning, but have been there almost 6 months and love it. We truly have no complaints. The staff is fantastic-very attentive and caring, the meals are delicious and so many activities available- bible studies, arts & crafts, exercise, movies twice every day, entertainers come to them, themed social hours and so much more.

From the moment I stepped off the Brookdale bus, I was greeted by the entire Brookdale administrative staff. They were welcoming and inviting as they greeted me to my new home. Of course at that moment, I don’t know that it was my new home. Shortly thereafter I signed my rental agreement after choosing my wonderful apartment, by the koi pond . I have been here 1 month. In the short time I have new friends and a lovely place to live.

The staff is very friendly and responsive. The move in process was easy. Our parents love the food options, cleanliness of the facility and attentive care they receive.

I am beyond grateful to have found Greenhaven Place for my Dad. This the third assisted living my Dad has lived at and it is by far the best. The care my Dad receives is phenomenal. They have really taken the time to get to know my Dad and understand his needs. My Dad is happy there and has lots of friends. I am grateful that my Dad will be able to spend his remaining years at Greenhaven Place because it is home to my Dad.

Having to move my parents to an assisted living facility was not ever in my plans. But, the time came and we needed help. My daughter and I visited a few facilities and Ridgeland Place was THE absolute best. We knew right away that this was where they would be happy. The management and ALL of the staff literally go above and beyond every single day! Mom and Dad go on and on about the activities and entertainment. I am very comfortable and rest easy knowing they are being well taken care of when I cant be there.

My father was a resident of Sun City West Assisted Living in that section for a short time and then in their Memory Care section. At all times, I found ALL of the staff to be not only professional but also very caring, knowledgeable, and flexible. They go out of their way to provide good food and entertainment and activities for their residents. They communicated everything I could possibly need to know about my father while he lived there. When my father was getting close to passing, they were especially thoughtful and respectful and caring, which helped so much at that difficult time. I found the facility to be clean and quite pleasant. I highly recommend it!

After visits to several communities in the Houston area, I felt the most peace at Brookdale; They offer fine amenities and services. [name removed] and staff were extremely professional, caring and thorough with answering my questions. All of my follow up calls and texts were promptly addressed. We ultimately chose Brookdale for the location, beautiful grounds, amenities, and kind staff.

As I began to search for a place to live, I found myself reading about people finding a place for their elderly loved ones, and here I found “A Place for Mom.” At first, I was shy because I just knew I couldn’t afford an independent living facility. The staff kept after me and in time we began to meet. We identified where I wanted to live, what kind of living atmosphere I wanted, and what I could afford. And Wow, In a matter of weeks we found a perfect place for me. It’s called Brookdale Memorial City. Now I had two teams of professionals helping me make a transition to independent living. They both did a great job. I now live in a 650 square foot apartment that is more spacious than my pervious apartment because of the way its laid out. Now after 7 weeks I find myself surrounded by literally hundreds of people my age who are eager to meet and talk and share. The food is well above average and there are more activities than I can keep up with. I don’t need a car because of the amazing level of free transportation they provide. I get a visit from housekeeping once a week and trash pickup is three times a week.

The Village is the perfect spot for my 102 year old Aunt. The staff are so loving and caring. She had no problems transferring to her new home. So thankful we found this Memory care .. would certainly recommend this caring facility

Personnel are always friendly, efficient and dependable. When experience a problem that problem is taken care of and solved as soon possible. Activities are regent and avaliable to all residents who would like to participate. The bus trips are well organized with a competent safe driver.
