Love the idea that they offer numerous activities daily. And they encourage The clients to be involved. Of course I wish it wasn't so expensive. But they are all very expensive. But some are more expensive than Parmer Woods so it's all good. They are very accommodating, they genuinely care about the clients. They go out of their way to intervein and get clients involved in activities. I've never heard anyone be negative. I feel comfortable with their caring for my Aunt. Also she truly enjoys bring there. She's only been there for 2 months but so far so good

The price is pretty high and their food isn't very good. However, what we like the most about Evergreen Place is their very friendly and family-like. The facility itself is beautiful and yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

They went above and beyond to understand Dad's needs and did everything they could to help. I highly recommend them.

Honestly all are fives!!! Everyone is caring and it shows!! They are respectful and kind. Food is better than I could give My parents. They have in house physical therapy and salon services. They remember birthdays and those that have passed. Very tasteful. They encourage children to come and interact with everyone. They allow pets (small). There is always music. As for price I thought them comparable to the places I went to. They may charge more but they offered more service. Like In house PT or hair salon for example. I truly can't say enough positive things about the legacy!! Oh they also go out to dinner a couple of times a month. 5s All Around!!

Very friendly and caring staff! We chose Whispering Winds because of the proximity to our home and convenience of location.

The biggest issue for improvement is the food. What we like most is the facility is bright, beautiful and clean and the apartments are the perfect size. And the price compared to the others especially with how nice the apartments and facilities are

It was the nicest place we saw and the most inviting. Front reception is very helpful. Dining room staff can be quiet and reserved. Medical techs very nice and helpful. Food is just ok.

The Landing is a wonderful facility and has taken good care of my 94 year old mom. Med techs are all very professional and are caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend this community to anyone.

Staff support is very personalized and attentive. The staff knows my aunt well and they're incredibly friendly and supportive. They've recently reevaluated their staffing levels when they recognized some delays in support during weekends . They also let go some less experienced staff and have replaced them with very well qualified people. This is likely due to a recent management company change, and it's been good.

Included in this is also size of facility. Big enough yet small enough that everyone seems to know everyone else. I can't speak for my 98 yr old MIL but it's a friendly place, people seem to like each other, staff attentive and friendly as well. Quite a few activities available and outdoor space well taken care of. People tend to eat their meals in the same groups daily but haven't seen anyone turned away from a table... I'd say it's friendly, everyone seems to genuinely like everyone else. They know why they are there and looks like they have accepted that fact.

Such a sense of weight off the shoulders. Knowing that mom is in a safe, secure, nurturing environment is just phenomenal. Staff has been so helpful and are so kind and patient with the eccentric package that mom is. I know she is safe and we all have the relief that she is in extremely good hands. The facility is bright, clean, engaging and encouraging to the residents to use the amenities and programs that are offered.

The environment is very comfortable and inviting. The staff, this includes everyone have been wonderful to be around and they treated my Mother in-law with respect and kindness. I would recommend The Gardens to everyone

Great staff from top to bottom. They are always in good spirits and attentive to the needs of the people living there. Great location, easy access to everywhere and hard pressed to find anywhere else that offers the same service for the cost.

My mom is in memory care here after learning about them through A Place for Mom. I am very happy with them and their care for my mom. She has had a hard time adjusting as her dementia is moving quick. They have been so good to her and also to our family. Thank you

I worked a lot with [name removed], the Exec. Dir., when my sister first moved in. He was great and always available and attentive to my sister's needs. Now he has left and l am concerned that the new person will not be as responsive. Also, you know the saying of "When the cat's away, the mice will play." I'm hoping a new Exec. Dir. will be brought in quickly so that the lower level staff don't start knocking off on their efforts. The nursing staff is exceptional, by the way. The staff is very helpful and informative. The facility is quite nice- modern and up-to-date. The activities are very engaging. The food is great.

I can't express how grateful I am for the exceptional care my father is receiving at Bridgewood Gardens Memory Care facility. From the moment we made the difficult decision to move him, we've been nothing but impressed with the outstanding staff, the level of medical attention, and the genuine compassion that everyone shows him. The team is incredibly attentive to his needs and always ensures that he is comfortable, safe and well cared for. The food is another highlight. He always enjoys his meals, and it's comforting to know the facility offers nutritious, well-balanced meals that he enjoys. I love that there's such a wide range of activities and outings to keep him engaged. The cleanliness of the facility is impeccable. It has a warm home-like atmosphere that makes my dad feel at ease. I feel confident and at peace with him living at Bridgewood Gardens.

What we like the most about the community is the Friendliness and kindness of the staff. Yes, we would recommend The Legacy at Forest Ridge to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Very responsive to me which is important because I live out of state The first day my sister moved in the staff came by and introduced themself and interviewed her as to what services she required. I have already received a report on how my sister is fitting in. I greatly appreciate the timely communication
