I have been a resident for over. Moved here from my home of many years. I was pleased to know that a long time friend/family and have been super excited. Housekeeping has been acceptable. I do wish that the housekeepers had their own washer and dryer. Maintenance has also been acceptable.

I’ve recently moved into Brookdale West University. I’m still in the process of going between my home near by. I have really enjoyed the dining services. The food is really good especially the breakfast. Maintenance has been quick to assist me with all my requests. I would recommend Brookdale to others.

First, [removed name] is wonderful, she tried so hard to make a move there and subsequent rent affordable. 1. I became disabled at 47 years old, thought I had 20+ years to save and add to my 401k. But I didn't, znd that money was spent waiting on social security approval. After 2 denials, I hired lawyers and was approved in about 4 months. Then spent more money on medical bills for 2 years (the wait for medicare). My point, I don't have funds for a community fee. They offered to split it into 2 payments 2 weeks apart, offered to reduce the rent a little. Wells Fargo would have loaned me the community fee, but loans have to be repaid. 2. I asked about yearly rent increases. 7 to 10%%%? So basically, you have to be well off financially to live in z senior living facility. While my social security check is fairly high, it is not enough. The community is beautiful, well tended, the residents appear to be very happy. So I wish I could have been a resident. Just didn't work out.

The overall experience worked out well. We found the right place for my husband. The community is very clean, no noticeable building issues or cleanliness. The staff members are very approachable and helpful. Yes, we would recommend Sun City West Assisted Living and Memory Care to other families based on the experience so far.

I recently toured this community for my mom and had a great experience! The community overall is very clean and bright. The rooms are spacious enough for what we are needing for mom. Staff was all friendly and the sales manager, [name removed], was very knowledgeable and caring! I plan to move mom in. I would definitely recommend touring this community!

All of the staff that I have encountered is very friendly and very willing to help. They really want the people staying there to feel like they are as close as they can get to their home.

They all would get a 5. My aunt has since passed away. But the care and compassion she received at Rancho Solano was wonderful. I wish we had moved her there sooner. The staff were friendly, very attentive. We had private aides helping before her move to Rancho Solano. The staff at Rancho Solano took over and there were no issues. My daughter mentioned that upon entering you could just Feel the positive attitude inside.

Price and location is why we chose them. I would recommend to others.

Facilities and staff are nice. They have activities and programs to keep the residents active and engaged. Dining happens in two shifts and they are served at their tables. Meals are balanced and they have a nutritionist onsite.

I currently reside at Brookdale Pecan Park. We are a Pecan Park family guided by Brookdale and living life in complete harmony. All the staff is working hard while the residents “toot” their horns to a joyful parade of life. So if you want to come and join people having fun, search out Brookdale Pecan Park!

My experience, so far, has exceeded my expectations 1. Staff..warm, accommodating. efficient, timely..makes it easy to express your needs. 2. Nice variety to fit most taste. Haven't had a chance to do much yet, but will when I'm ready. 3. Food servings are Happy Meal sized. I continually reach dangerously low blood sugars just before dawn. When medical arrives, they grab juice fast and add sugar. I must plan how to adjust to a different food environment and stock my apartment to prevent a continuous crisis. The food is very balanced and quite delicious. It's the serving size for some that is the difficulty. 4. Activities are available and varied to suit mosts' taste. I have enjoyed what I have participated in and will do more as time goes on. 5 . My 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for me.

Staff is great. Many activities available. Her room is renovated and is light and airy. She doesn't always like the food but it changes all the time.

The entire staff was great, they were so helpful and the housing was super clean and meticulously maintained.

My Mom loves her new home. She has made friends and enjoys the activities. I would recommend Pegasus Landing to anyone looking for an active senior living experience.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They treated my mom with love and kindness like she was their own family. They really did treat us like family. They had great communication throughout the entire process. My mom went into hospice and sadly passed the end of November. But she was happy when she was there and alert. Very well taken care of. We will miss them. Level of service is outstanding.

The apartment size is perfect for what I need and there's plenty of space. The residents are super-friendly and welcoming. There are many activities and events, and you can participate or not, no pressure. The food quality and variety is superb, and dining is sometimes enhanced by live music, but the best of all is the staff. I haven't met one person yet who didn't bend over backwards to make me feel at home and accommodate my needs. I am very happy with the entire organization. Town Village Crossing is the best.

Our dad had such a great experience living here. He was treated so well by both staff and fellow residents. We felt like we had hit the jackpot with this generous, welcoming, and loving community. Amenities are great, staff is stellar, rooms are nice, and the food is excellent too! As family, we were even allowed to get the full experience, renting guest apartments there a few times. We wanted to move in! We were only sorry that Dad’s health cut his stay short…. We loved Solana! Thank you

I meet a lot of friendly people when I walk me dog. This community has two dog parks and is pet friendly.

I walk my dog with a neighbor and her dog. We always meet other doggies along the way. Not only am I meeting new friends, but so is my dog!

The place is fantastic! The entire staff was friendly and helpful before they even knew I was there for a tour. The team went above and beyond to meet our needs for my MIL. The grounds are clean, the activities are well attended. I recommend them.
