I do wish more detailed cleaning option was available and when it comes to the value for cost you need to be sure you have enough. The staff are very prompt maintenance. Staff at all levels are very invested in satisfaction of residents. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families

The Gardens at Marysville has a challenging role to fulfill. My mother does not want to be anywhere except for her longtime home and is in denial regarding her inability to care of herself. Some of our family made the decision to move her to memory care which is always difficult. As a retired nurse I have seen a number of memory care facilities, but none better than this one. The Gardens suites allows individual rooms which are generous size. Facility is clean, I have not observed any safety concerns. Staff has been friendly, responsive and seem well trained in dementia issues. I have witnessed staff being consistently patient & kind with my mother & others. Unfortunately, due to my mom’s refusal to join any activities I am not able evaluate activities.

It's a pleasant, comfortable place to live. The staff and residents are all friends. The dining hall serves good food and is a comfortable, community gathering place at meal time. The facility is clean and well maintained, and everything needed is available. A complete Kaiser medical facility is right across the street. It's an excellent place to live. It's a beautiful place to live.

The facility is 1st class. It's kept clean and the furnishings are fairly new. The staff is attentive and kind to my brother. He resisted being placed initially, but has settled in now. I trust them to look after his welfare.

It's great for independent care and she'd still be there if she hadn't advanced to needing a higher level of care. Facilities, staff and other residents were a great fit for her.

I came from my own home three years ago I didn't want to leave my home, but I wish I would have left sooner as Greenhaven Place has made a huge difference in my social life. I don't see Greenhaven Place as a senior community as it offers meals, transportation, cable, and Wi-fi. I'm so happy with the activities as well as the outings. Also, Happy hour is a must.

I toured (6) facilities/homes to become my mom’s new home. The Village at Rancho Solano was my first choice. My sisters all agreed. We moved my mom in and we have not been disappointed at all. The place is beautiful. [name removed] the Executive Director has a personality plus!!! She is so warm, loving and welcoming. Super impressed with her. The rest of the staff is absolutely amazing. You can tell they all love what they are doing. They are so wonderful with my mom and everyone else I see them intermix with. The staff is Friendly - Kind - Caring - Attentive and so much more. Best choice we could have made.

My wife and I are looking for a community for my dad. We did not know what to expect but the Sales Director made us feel very comfortable she answered all of our questions as we had a lot. We are bringing my dad next week to come for our second tour also my dad will be joining us and we will be staying to enjoy lunch. I think we found the perfect community.

We knew this was the people and place for him. It has been over 2 months and things are well, Dad loves the women who take care of him. [name removed]has not disappeared and is always available to answer questions and provides guiding advice as she was once a social worker. Thankful,

The staff and residents are so thoughtful and caring! I love everyone there. The maintenance technicians are on top of their game. The housekeepers, kitchen staff, care partners and the directors all make it feel like a real home when I’m there!

I have a friend that has lived at this community for a few years now, we have always found the team to be very loving, motivated and very eager to address anything that may come up. The grounds are very beautiful as well and make you feel as though you live in a resort.

I would recommend it to anyone. The assisted living is beautiful with a great community. The memory care has a wonderful caring staff. My mother was in the assisted living for just 2 weeks before needing memory care. She was there for 5 months before passing. The caregivers were very kind to her and took great care of her.

My dad loves his home at Town Village of Leawood! The caring community, uplifting pleasant surroundings, and delicious meals are outstanding. There are always plenty of enjoyable activities to choose from and all at a very comparable price.

You helped first of all by listening to our needs then scheduled visits. We loved Courtyards at Mountain View so much that we put a deposit there immediately. It's been almost 2 years and she absolutely loves living there, everything from food, activities, but mostly the friends she's developed. They have dinner together every night. I join her for the following: bingo and dinner on Monday, Active Minds on Wednesday (history presentations), Happy Hour on Wednesday with live music where we get to dance and dance, brunch every other Sunday. Of all the places we visited, this was by far exceptional.

5 on all categories. We had a great experience there. Especially [name removed] (sales) and [name removed] (cna). They treated my mom like a friend and went above and beyond. The facility was recently remodeled so had very updated styles. It was very clean. Everyone that worked there was very caring. The food was excellent and cafeteria staff was patient and attentive.

Very happy with the care that has been given to my father. The staff is amazing and they have made him the most happiest and healthy he has ever been. I could not be more happier to have him at the Legacy. They have an amazing team.

Both Management Staff and resident care providers work together placing their attention on and knowing every resident by name. Compassionate and affectionate.

My husband and I toured a good number of facilities before deciding to move to Town Village of Leawood, KS. We've been here almost a month and each step along the way has convinced us that our choice was the right one. The residence itself is meticulously maintained, but more important than that is the way residents are encouraged to live their best lives. There are activities of every kind available. The food is very good and it's balanced. The staff is kind and amazingly helpful. There is an emphasis on aging in place and programs to help make that possible. Most telling of all is looking around and seeing smiles everywhere!
