Staff is super friendly it's a very clean environment. Room is 576 square feet. Perfect for one person. Meals are good and healthy. There are 2 bedrooms if needed. Best part is how great everyone is to my dog Biscuit!

I would rate a 5 on all except #8. I honestly don't know what other facilities are charging. With that said, if it were comparable, then I would rate it a 5. Just knowing my mother is well taken care of is worth it. Thank you again for your help in this transition. We're coming up on our 1st yr anniversary and I couldn't have done it without A Place for Mom!!

My father likes the facility and all the staff we have had interactions with have been kind and helpful. I would recommend it anyone looking for independent care.

You can tell the staff in memory care truly cares about the people there. Would recommend.

A few things that stand out is it is very clean, friendly - kitchen could use some work. I would recommend Whispering Winds to others who are searching for a place.

This is a facility that retrieves Mother's phone when she loses it! Which is quite often! The nurses are very cooperative + understanding to situations which occur often! We are happy + pleased with the caring of the employees towards our Mother! Thank you!

We continue to be impressed with the care, facilities, communication, and staff at The Renaissance. They're great! Would recommend! It's really a wonderful place and the residents seem engaged and happy.

After moving into the Solana, a weight was lifted off of our shoulders knowing that there were personnel available to take care of Mom's needs. The fall protection protocols are a blessing because of her instability at times. All of the activities available keep her engaged with others versus sitting in her house all day. We have been extremely pleased with the communications and updates from the staff about how she has acclimated into the community. The care she receives is first rate and you can feel that all of the staff is engaged in providing the best for all of the residents. I am glad that we made the decision along with Mom to move her into the Solana.

Since Town Village is an independent living facility, the quality of care can't be rated in the same way as a continuing care facility. The emphasis here is on "aging in place," which includes fitness training for balance, chair yoga, water exercise, and even meditation. Value for cost is hard to rate. Rent is high, and it increases annually. We looked at many facilities and found so many things here that were superior to the others that we chose to pay the very most we could afford.

My parents were in need of Assisted Living and at least one of them will need Memory Care soon. We looked at several places and found a few good ones, 1 terrible one, and then we found the Solana at Vintage Park. The staff, the facility, the food, the programs - it stood out miles from it's competition. Then we started meeting the residents - they are happy and well cared for in both Assisted and Memory Care. The staff is cheerful and helpful. If you are need of a place that looks good, smells good, has a great staff, is happy and peaceful during the week and on the weekends then stop - your search is over - you found it at Solana Vintage Park!

My mom needs double assistance cause she can't stand, and she needs memory care, South Hill village provides her needs. Have not noticed anything to complain about.

The Solana Vintage Park has been a great facility for my mom. She was having issues transitioning to assisted living at another facility and we toured/selected the Solana and she decided to move there. The team there was extremely helpful and caring and made her feel comfortable from the beginning. They have really given me peace of mind knowing that she is in a facility where she is happy.

Everyone that we have run into has gone out of their way to help with anything. All the workers are extremely helpful and friendly. My uncle said they all remember his name. My uncle was hesitant to move out of our home but I have seen him but he admits the assisted living is way better than he anticipated. That in itself is a joy to all of us. Thank you to everyone

What I really like about the community - The friendly staff, the amenities at her place, the cleanliness of her place, the options available for add on care when it's needed, great food, services meet her needs, doc at home option through Reliant, response time to her questions and needs.

I was looking fur a community that could provide a high standard of care for my mom. I was immediately impressed with the responsiveness to my questions and eagerness of the staff to ensure this was the right fit. The leadership team has tremendous continuity in serving….several have been worked at Solana since it opened 12 years ago. Others have been there 7 years. To me, this speaks a lot for the solid foundation of the community. My mom is adjusting well and the communication between the staff and myself to ensure my mom’s needs are taken care of, is excellent. I’m confident my mom will thrive in this nurturing environment!

First off my case manager [name removed] was absolutely fabulous! She helped me every step of the way. I would use A Place for Mom again with no question. The facility was clean the room she had was fabulous with a little patio outside she loved it. What food she ate was very good, she had a different sleeping times so it was hard for her to get to breakfast because she wasn't awake yet. She had been a nurse for almost 50 years doing the night shift so it was hard for her too try and change her sleeping habits. So it would have been nice had she been able to pick up some extra things in the kitchen at off times. Everyone was very pleasant she enjoyed the extracurricular activities.

Great place with so much for residents to do, the apartment is clean and they do a great job responding to issues and concerns. The food is good and my dad enjoys a number is dishes. They do amazing with celebration for Father's Day and Mother's Day. The prices it's an amazing value these days. It's an older establishment but it's well kept. We are so happy we found this place. Their staff is kind and helpful. Unlike some of the other places they are well staffed. Thank you for helping us find it.

Mom is thriving there .Having an ambassador making her feel welcome and show her the ropes has made all the difference. I do wish there food program was a little more inclusive in the overall cost. I would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

We had no idea how long our Mom would be in Skilled Nursing but we also knew it wasn’t safe for her to go home and live by herself. LAFP was the first place we toured. We then visited a handful of other places but some were just too big of a world for our Mom. Something kept bringing us back to LAFP. It wasn’t too big and in fact it was a small enough community that we felt was manageable. The bonus was they really provided the confidence we needed to make a new home for Mom. They meet your loved one where they are. They are open to you having a monitor camera as it takes a team to care for the resident. It is 6 weeks later and we are happy with our decision. The first few weeks were critical to ensure they knew Mom and us (my brother and I). The residents are welcoming and the staff care while also giving the residents as much independence as possible. There are plenty of activities and the food is ok (well-balanced). Apartments are well maintained and better than many we toured.
