I been living here a few years. Before this building was sold to another company. I feel like this place is not met up to it’s standards. A lot of my friends are moving out. The good staff has left and we are forced to keep quiet on why. The food is no longer good and the lady in charge is not fit to work with us or the staff. I think the higher up will not listen. I have had things stolen after due to them allowing people right in.

I was looking for a place for our aunt who will be moving here in January she needed a place to live. I placed 3 calls last Thursday morning to the reception but was placed on hold for a good 10mins. to be told to leave a message no one was available. No return calls after 3 left messages. One time I was told by the reception that they could not transfer phone call due to being in an apartment with resident. I gave up and will not call again. I found a place elsewhere.

We moved my relative in there and it was going good at first but after a month it went down hill fast and we moved him quickly. They wouldn’t change his his clothes so he’d be in the same clothes for days also sleeping in them with his Ted-hose and shoes on all them days. Poop on the toilet seat for days at a time also poop on his thermostat. His room stunk. Found one of his pills on bed and another on floor. Witnessed other resident sitting in his peed pants and chair not being sanitized after he got up. Witnessed another resident getting yelled at. Have pictures documenting.

Arrived with my mother 15 Mins. Before scheduled visit. She thought the staff was very friendly. When we were finally seen by the Marketer. She repeated herself about the apartments that she had available. My mother has a very hard time walking and it seemed to me that all the Apt. were so far. We were told by a current resident to look else were. The building was falling apart and had an Infestation with Bed Bugs. Not sure how true this was but after tour they gave us a pie. We visit a few other communities. I really had bad vibes. So, i have to say I'm going with my instinct. Sorry to waste their time.

Smelled like urine. They promised a lot of things. They were feeding the residents out of a food truck, because the kitchen was down a few months. My loved ones hair was greasy, and did not have a bath in almost two weeks. There was lack of communication with upper management, and they did not return my calls. I would not recommend Evergreen Place to anyone.

Mom and I went looking around Fort Worth for a Nice kept Assisted living for my Grandma her Doctor wanted her to have the help and care she needed. We were sent here and it is a pretty place the people were real friendly. We were invited for a meal from the Marketer. Who rambled on of what was provided. We should have known it must have been for the sale and her speech sounded rehearsed. We end up taking a apt she didn’t want but was told if a apt she wanted came up she would get it. The Apt. she been staying in had leaks that never been fixed and covered up. We found out a couple months ago she had mold in the walls due to leak. They did put her in a temp Apt. But in top of the money she spent on living in a apt with mold. She has to pay a home health a extra [removed] to see her Twice a day on top of that. She has been a good sport but we just found out they have Apt. with bed bugs and still can not get rid of them. We feel betrayed that we were not told the truth before moving in.

We toured many places prior to moving mom into Town Village Crossing. Initially we loved her new community but lately, the community is not the same. Not because of the hourly staff but because of the management and corporate. The food looks better than it taste lately. We arrived to eat a meal with mom and was disappointed in the food. Meals are included in her rent and the quality is not what it once was. The potato salad had radishes, the salad bar lettuce was old and expired, and the food itself had no flavor. The community recently changed internet and phone providers and it’s been a nightmare ever since! Prior to the change, we paid for mom to have her own modem. Initially, we didn’t like having to pay for it but looking back at it now, we would go back to paying for it without complaint. The community has one person, [name removed], who handles all the complaints and fixes the problems when it’s fixable. We made the mistake of asking [name removed] once for help…well she was no help. She was rude

The air conditioner in Mom’s apartment is still not functioning. No response to work orders. Why a dinner of frozen peas, undercooked rice? Staff said they don’t have enough kitchen workers.

My mother in laws apartment has not been cleaned in a month and is over run with bugs. Its so bad she has a can of raid on her walker. It is gotten so bad that we are moving her in with us while on a wait list for a new place. They are not living up to their lease with cleaning yet demanding my mother in law give two months notice. Nor are they giving a break on rent for not cleaning. The attached pictures were taken the day of her last cleaning. We have been leaving messages all week for the manager ([name removed]I believe is her name used to be [name removed]) and were still waiting. So bottom line don't let your loved ones move into this dump.

Our mother is in assisted living at the Legacy at Falcon Point and doing well. The food is excellent, the staff is very friendly and the place itself looks beautiful and always smells clean. So....we move my father into Memory care there. Again - very pretty, clean place BUT.....almost no staff at all. We have hired sitters who can verify - there was NO STAFF member on the Memory care for 2 out of the past 3 nights. Residents were roaming the halls - one suffered a large cut to his hand. Our sitter needed some help changing our father but her knocks, calls and please for aid went unanswered. We have talked with the head nurse and managing director. Yes we know workers are in short supply but come on, you just can't leave Memory care patients unattended. The model there is to have ONE caregiver overnight for 6-10 memory patients AND 80-100 Assisted living residents.... How is this even legal? Shame on you Legacy at Falcon Point...

Removed my mother from this place because of the nurses unprofessional attitude. Medication issues ignored and I've never heard any nurse talk that way before like he does. This man can be heard from a mile away no matter where you are. It's very rude and offensive. He cant make a full sentence without cussing. If you have an opportunity to talk to residents and families please do before moving to this place. Please take this seriously looks can be deceiving.

The nurse has repeatedly been reported for causing a hostile work environment with other employees, and if he acts that way with his employees who is to say he’s not that way with residents? He is extremely unprofessional , since the change of management the facility has went completely down hill. There is so much drama and pettiness, it’s no longer about resident care. I had no idea that it was a nurses job to sit at the front desk watching videos, or on the couch in the sitting area watching tv. If this isn’t enough, the executive director doesn’t take any of the reports seriously.

They considered my father a fall risk so they locked him out of his room for 14 hours a day so they could “ keep an eye on him” he is 95 and in memory care and don’t remember to hit his button when he wanted to get up. Absolutely understaffed and uses an agency for its help so there ‘s no consistency in the staff. I most certainly don’t recommend.

It was a terrible experience for my loved one and family. I wouldn't recommend anybody sending their loved ones to this community. If you do place a loved one in the community; I would recommend you place a camera in your loved one's room, and remove any personal belongs of value from your loved one and your loved one's room. My loved one had personal belongings stolen from them, and this was a horrible way for my loved on to end their time on this earth.

When a resident passed all the staff was worried about was who was going to take what home from the residents room. The residents are no longer valued, I’ve been up there numerous times and the language that the male nurse uses is completely disgusting and inappropriate. For someone that works with the elderly he has no respect for the staff, his residents, or their families. No matter he is reported nothing is done and you lose your job over It.

The facility is really beautiful but the nurse is very vulgar and very sexual, memory care has no activities there is an activity director but she has the RA doing activities. I only seen her interact with a couple of residents. The memory care director is serving the food, the housekeeper is constantly on her phone the only thing I seen her do is sweep and mop the halls. My mom has ran out of meds several times and the nurse doesn’t call until she’s been out for a couple of days.

what a mistake i made coming to courtyards....the management does not care for the residents as they do not honor our contracts with care... the turnover of the caretakers is unheard of....you are lucky if you see your caregiver twice in 1 week...................soon we will be ushering our 4th director since december as well as there entire staff....with no direction or leadership from staff why stay here...? you know how many residents have left to other better assisted living locations... and lastly the meals are extremely unpleasant....was told they have 5 postings for culinary hirings but meantime we have to eat sub-level food when we residents are here to improve our way life/health...i have contacted corporate offices with resolution or call backs........from the top to the very bottom management/corporate offices does nor care whatsoever!!!!!!

It is hard to join in any of the activities because there are a lot of cliques and the ladies think they run everything. When I moved here they said they would deliver food until things get better. When the food came, every meal was cold. I ended up just cooking my own meals. It is starting to get better but I still do not like what they serve and the names are crazy, you never know what you will be getting served. The head of maintenance came and talked a big talk when I moved in and he has yet to take care of the things that I have put in 3 tickets in the last 4 months and he has not helped me one bit. Every time I see him in the hallway he turns the other way. The turnover of everyday staff as well as management has been crazy. It changes everyday and we never know what is going on. I wish I had never left my old facility, the quality and friendliness was much better over there. If I had known then what I know now, I would not have moved here. I would not recommend them to others looking.

This was the most depressing tour that we took while looking for places. When we showed up there was an ambulance outside and the person was talking about new vacancies. They put us in an office space that had no windows in it and it was just overall a weird experience. We knew right away this was not the right fit.
