This place has gone down hill over the last several months. Nobody calls me back from the general managers office, the tall blonde lady next door in the office is rude she was yelling at another employee when I tried to get her help she ignored me completely. The food is fair definitely not good. They take your money and don’t deliver the services. Overall it’s a dump and you should avoid it.

My loved one was previously a resident at Magnolia Place of Roswell and it was not a good experience. I would not recommend this facility to others.

Legacy at Town Square is NOT equipped for memory care. I picked this place in the beginning because they were very caring and concerned for my husband's needs. After four days he was too much for them too handle.

The staff that cooked and cleaned were great, admin were horrible. The food was horrible and always cold. Not many activities were offered. The Rivers were charging us extra and promised to credit us for months! It took me reaching out to their Texas office to get my moms money back!! Total scam!!! I would tell others to always check charges on your monthly statement! They said it was super quiet and could never hear the trains - Just the opposite - my mom could never get a good nights rest!

We went to go visit our Grandparents this past weekend. The place improved a little since last year. But really unhappy with how unfriendly it has become. Front desk still seems to be an issue. Always to busy speaking with other employees hovering the desk and not paying attention to visitors. When asked where an apt was all we were told was down there turn right go to 3 floor. We still end up getting lost. Customer service is horrible in the morning. Let alone the food was not to the standard and served cold.

We placed our Mom in legacy in July after a fall. Not our first choice but they had a room. As suggested, we waited on pins and needles for several days to visit. We were so excited to see her, there she was with dirty hair, a large bandage on her arm and urine down to her knees. He bathroom was filthy, diarrhea running down the toilet. We were horrified. The food is greasy, salty, sugary and there are very few fruits/veg. We took turns staying with mom until we moved her after 28 days. The memory care area is dark and depressing with few windows. I believe this affects the staff. Worst of all, there’s no one in charge in that area, it’s very poorly managed. The nurse, [name removed], is cold and hard. Would not recommend, ever. Shout out to [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] who really did try.

They are terrible. Don't go there. They need to improve with, assisted living, medication management, and almost all aspects of community.

My loved one was a resident at Chisolm Trail Estates Senior Living and the overall experience was terrible. The number one thing is their Executive Director and their Director of Nursing have no social skills, they do not stand behind their promises or word from beginning to the end. They do not ensure quality of care, they are not honest with you when you ask questions regarding care. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

Not a good place to stay or put your loved one if you expect care the way they describe when they take you on the tour. Been there done that. Don't let them fool you with pretty stuff. Go visit many times unannounced first. Really pay attention to what is or isn't done.

Every time I visited my grandfather in the memory care unit, the staff was doing their homework or socializing with one another while the residents just sat there. When assistance was needed from the staff, we always received attitude because we're interrupting their conversation. My grandfather's room was so dirty that we opted to use a public bathroom elsewhere instead of using his bathroom. His bed sheets were RARELY changed which we know because we bought him different color sheets and it was always the same sheet on his bed. We discussed this issue many times with the memory care director by the last time i visted my grandfather, they never addressed the issue or made an effort to clan his room which i have photo proof of. I should also mention, that the bunch of times they sent him by ambulance to the hospital, he was never where they said he was. Two separate times, we spent hours calling around to all the different hospitals trying to find him.

There were numerous charges for items that while we toured and communicated with staff ahead of the move in, were never revealed. The rental staff person went out of his way to gloss over questions and make it sound like certain services were included, when in fact they were not. Our Aunt also had a small dog, for which she was paying a large monthly fee to have the dog walked several times a day. It became clear that the dog was not being walked. The dog was lucky to go out once a day. We purchased pee pads that were left for days without being changed and here apartment became unlivable. Every time we complained about this or the numerous lack of care issues, we were assured that things would change and they were experiencing understaffing. Things never changed and our Aunt’s health and disposition rapidly deteriorated over the course of the year. The Executive Director never took any action to make sure numerous issues were addressed. We moved her to avoid dire health consequences.

I firmly believe my family was sold a bill of goods. [name removed](?) was our initial contact & she told us how good this place was. We decided to check my 84 year old mother in thinking she would be well taken care of. The staff for the most part are helpful & friendly; however there are other issues. She has been there 3 months & they have cleaned her room maybe 4 times. Contract states room will be cleaned weekly! I spoke to the Manager, twice & he promised to rectify the problem. No improvement. Also, I have personally experienced the food there & it is horrible! Really, small Frito pie & a thin slice of cake for dinner? Again, spoke to the manager & he indicated he knew the food was not up to par & was working on getting the situation fixed. That was a month ago & my Mom says the food is worse! How is this nutritionally fit for older people? Very disappointed & am considering moving my Mom to another facility! Would not recommend this facility at all!

Dad was there a year, we came to Parmer Woods believing what they said we could expect. Assisted living for 1 month. Were told he would be accompanied to activities, wasn't done Memory care after a month in AL Were told how good the connections program was by Dr. Petersen. It composed of keeping the body moving by exercises and the brain functioning by art, word games and several other activities. Very seldom did we see this happen and we visited every day. Usually found everyone in front of the tv with no interaction by staff. My dad had oxygen and we purchased the Inogen machine to make it easier and most of the time the battery was dead. Was supposed to re-charge batteries at night while he was on the oxygen concentrater. Not always done. My dad had hearing aids and in a year staff didn't really figure out how to put them in properly, even with a diagram and instructions by my sister. No executive director for 8 months out of 12. No accountability.

If you are reading this you are trying to decide-take my loved here or not? Would you drop off your Kindergartener at a place that was lacking many important personnel? “Looked good” but didn’t treat your child with respect, wasn’t kept clean, or attend to their health? *No executive director (No leadership for 8 months out of 12 and counting) *No Memory Care Activities Director (Residents watch TV or wander a large majority of their day) *Inconsistent front desk coverage (people pulled from other jobs when they could be helping residents As you take the tour- would seeing new plants, pretty flags outside, rearranged pictures, names of rooms like Music Room that are not used, cookies for free make the facility great?? Nope! It’s how your loved one is treated ! We communicated concerns numerous times- we were met with defensiveness and no follow-through. This facility has a lot of masked problems! There so many other better ones.

The staff was extremely unprofessional, very unkind and never wanted to help. The management was horrible as well. Never available, nor willing to help. They are extremely unorganized, they never set up my family members profile the time they were there and my family member had to be hospitalized twice in their short stay. I felt so stressed and felt like I had to go and check on my family member every single day. The staff wouldn't reach out to the doctors even after paperwork was filed for their on call doctors. The Director let his managers run the show and never seemed to know what was going or coming. Honestly, it seems like most of these facilities are the same. Family members that are having a hard time caring for loved ones reach out to these facilities for help and guidance and a safe place for their loved ones. Unfortunately, they put the "business side" first. Thank you for allowing me to review this place.

My loved one was a resident at this facility. I would not recommend this facility to family and friends. Our experience with our loved one at this facility was terrible.

Went in to visit an old friend I been looking for. I informed her the family told me she was here. She was too busy on her phone to direct me in this large place. A resident offered to help me.Customer service at the main entrance needs to be more friendly.

Very slow emergency response. Housekeeping was less than stellar - Common areas were very clean and attractive. Staff were very friendly. Didn't do what was agreed on. Ie: Bath assistance, slow to respond to calls for light change and repair. Kitchen not always staffed. The attendance people had to do food prep one day. At the end of the day, I would probably not recommend this place to others. We had to move our loved one somewhere else.

I just left this facility as a nurse because the treatment of the residents is not consistent. With what [name removed] the sales director and [name removed] Director. are explaining to families as soon as you drop your family off and walk out the door the Whole lie of what you were told comes to reality. Your residents are not being taken care of nothing. They promised is ever true until you walk back in the door everybody runs around and tries to pretend like they're doing their work. Mom moved in just before the covid lockdowns began with cold terrible food delivered to the rooms. Sometimes, NO food delivered at all :( She would call me, crying that she had been forgotten. All the blame was placed on the virus, even 2 years later. Visiting hours were cut to 9 to 5... who can visit their family if they work during those hours & there is no access after hours? Mom would call for bathroom assistance, & the caretaker would come in, turn off the button, saying they would be back, then never return. Detailed conversations with staff & promises to do better only lasted for a week or so, then back to terrible. One day, I went over there mid-morning, and she was in desperate need of medical attention. Barely responsive; didn't staff see this when taking her blood sugar (which they were to do every morning)? YET her dinner box & breakfast box were stacked untouched in her room. We took her out of there... 2 years of terrible care was too long.
