My mother has been very happy here. Anything that was not right was quickly fixed and she is getting everything we hoped we would find in an independent care facility.

She is doing very well there. It is clean, food is good. They always have activities going. The residents s seem very happy. Staff is wonderful and yes we would recommend this community to other families. But they have had one rent increase and another one coming October. Twice in one year, maybe year and a half

The grounds, overall appearance of the facility. Unfortunately I take dialysis 3 days/week, so I don't get to participate in many of activities. The staff is very good

Good sized rooms, great for couples moving together. Need more meal options. There is one entree. There are "always available" options but you can only eat so many hamburgers and chicken strips.

I visited several times with activities pleased. As I wanted more information, meeting were schedule leading to a deposit being made. After a wait for the style room we wanted, we are now finding details for a spring move in.

Be prepared for a rough entry I the facility if there is a lockdown. Ask for a delayed occupancy. My mother felt abandoned her first week when norovirus hit. It has been an adjustment for my other. Some food overcooked. Rice a standard and she misses her potatoes. The food has given her gas. Hopefully her intestinal flora will adjust. I often wonder if the menu is low sodium given what is served.

Haven't had a chance to see the activities they have. care for the wife 2 way to high. I think they could use a couple of more people for the medical staff and help with health care

My sister lives there. She seems to feel safe and enjoys it. I know her rent went up $[fee removed] more per month after a year, so she's not happy about that!

Staff is friendly and approachable. Nice building. Nice apartments. Facility is well maintained.

What we like the most about Historic Roswell Place is the friendliness, the activities, the location, and the cleanliness. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

Office and facilities staff have been very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Most residents seem very happy at BMC. Only complaints have been about the food. Quality and quantity. I had lunch one day with our resident and it was cold and just not good. There is definitely room for improvement there.

We chose Evergreen Place because it was clean, people were friendly, and it was close to home. There is not much experience taking care of patients with Lewy body dementia. There are no RNs.

The sales /recruiting experience at BMC was good. The facilities are pretty well maintained and staff all seem very nice. Only complaint from our loved one is the quality and quantity of food. Which is a bit disappointing. Hopefully it will get better.

I would recommend with caution to be aware of extra costs if resident becomes less self sustaining. We were attracted to them because of the availability- timing, good walk thru, friendly atmosphere, familiarity with location and location close to home

Everyone seems nice. Few issues with the food but that's everywhere. It also took a but to get him lined up for shower help but that's straightened out now.

We chose Legacy at Crystal Falls because of the good location and the better pricing. At all facilities make sure you are an active advocate for your loved one. Are they delivering the necessary medication to them daily as written?

For the most part all is great but could have slight improvements to be a 5 on each category. I would absolutely recommend them

It's clean place to live. They explain and keep me informed of what all is going on. If I ask for anything, they try as hard as they can to help me. I would recommend anyone to come here.

I chose Town Village of Leawood for the staff. They make an effort to learn everyone’s names and show interest in how you’re doing. If you need help they’re always there for you. The Concierge staff is amazing!

The Rivers is the second assisted living facility I have been in since moving to Washington. I moved here in 2024 to be with residents closer to my age and physical ability! I have found The Rivers to be a warm and friendly place to live with activities, arts and crafts, games, and stimulating staff willing to help us be our best selves! Our families are encouraged to join us for some holiday celebrations. We are free to go on walks if we choose. There are shopping trips, outings, church runs, and medical appointments as long as they are within ten miles of our residence. We have movies available twice a day and participate in Jeopardy, Trivia (with other Pegasus facilities) and Spintopia. In addition we have informative videos regarding Dementia every other mouth by a psychologist/counselor. Very good information. Our families are given the site so they can watch, as well. Everything is set up to help us function happily, safely, and comfortably in our senior years.
