Great staff, friendly, knew [name removed] by name within days, plenty of activities. A little miscommunication early holds me back from a 5, but nothing too egregious. Great community.

We absolutely love the staff! Everyone there is very friendly and very kind to our mother. Our mom has never complained about a single employee. In fact, she raves about how good they are to her. We also believe that this is one of the nicest assisted-living places that we found in Spokane for the price we pay. The facilities are beautiful and they have tons of activities for the residents. The meals are very delicious with great options. Our only complaint is that we pay for some services that our mom doesn't always get. (Assistance with dressing, escorting and cues for some personal care) but overall the care there is still very good. It took a bit getting her meds sorted out but that seems better now. She is also a smoker and this was one of the only nice facilities that we found that would accommodate that. (She has to be escorted and due to memory issues, they keep her cigarettes and lighter locked up and bring them when they escort her). This was a huge deciding factor for placing my mom at Northpoint! We are very happy with choosing Northpoint and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an assisted-living or their family members ( especially with mild cognitive decline). We also like that as her dementia progresses they do have the memory care units she can transition to if eventually needed. We also appreciate all the assistance A Place for Mom gave us in helping us find this place for our mother

The staff at Pegasus were friendly and professional. The facility was in a convenient location for all family members. It was not so large that mom would be overwhelmed trying to make adjustments, but large enough to accommodate her needs. The price was within her budget. The main attraction was that there is a nurse for each floor 24/7 and a doctor twice a week. She even makes visits on unscheduled days if needed. Now mom doesn't need to travel to see a doctor, she comes to mom. The food has been a pleasant surprise. It doesn't always appeal to her, but she likes it so much better than her previous facility. The tenants have been friendly and welcoming--that was mom's greatest concern before arriving. The negatives were few but Pegasus promised so much in the beginning and we (family) were frustrated at the time it took to help her learn the workings of situations. Example -- she called to get help working the shower and it took a couple of days to get that done. It could have been timing or asking the wrong person. Pegasus made it sound like any and all situations were resolved immediately. It took the family time, several emails and a family meeting with the head nurse to learn procedures also. It has been 2 months since mom has moved in. She is happy now and the family feels we made the right decision. We thank A Place for Mom for being extremely helpful in our search and excepting a good place. It is not an easy process, but it certainly was a Godsend to achieving a resolution that fit everyone's needs! The entire list of people who helped, called, and supported our efforts were absolutely wonderful-- without exception!!

Apartment size is perfect. It was renovated completely, but bathroom sink had a leak and construction dust was everywhere. I had to clean fans, cabinets and floors with wet mop/rag before move in. Personnel are super nice as are residents. Plenty of activities. Residents have ways to address any issues with staff. Pegasus seems to be "updating" the facility grounds improvements and common rooms. I think they would be wise to take better care of front entrance and stairwells which are neglected: need cleaning and painting; trash removed. The food is pretty good. Special effort is made for Holiday meals and entertainment. On the whole, I think I will be happy here, although this is only my third day in residence.

The building is well maintained, rooms are adequate, staff is friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Expect a long delay in switching over to the on-site doctor. Communication is inconsistent. I would recommend it. They have a nice variety of activities for residents.

The apartment is small. The cleaning services are okay. Dining services are adequate.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Wendy, the sales person , was exceptionally helpful as my sister transitioned from living in her home to a senior facility. One suggestion is for the facility to increase the staff's outreach and involvement to help residents participate in daily programming. My sister frequently attended events where very few other residents were in attendance. This made her feel unsettled and also decreased her ability to get acquainted with fellow residents. Our family greatly appreciated the support provided by your staff, particularly Charles, as we researched senior living facility for our sister.

My husband moved into a lovely, freshly painted assisted living apartment, took off immediately, was returned and re-settled in Parmer Woods Connections, a Memory Care unit, and resides there after 5 weeks, sad and angry. So this is my perspective. The cost jumped significantly. The staff has been great; they are attentive and want him to be content. The activities are varied, engaging and fun, with perhaps half of the residents able to participate. The entire Parmer Woods complex is immaculate, rarely smells of anything but dinner, occasionally, and the staff throughout are friendly and helpful. The Connections rooms are smaller, many with shared bathrooms, but clean. Hallways are light and attractive, and residents may enjoy an outdoor courtyard. My husband has benefitted health-wise, with the available physical/occupational therapy, regular meals, appropriate medication provision, and staff attention to his general health.

My MIL really enjoys it there, all of the activities and friends keep her busy and engaged. One down side, I feel like they have a lot of turnover, especially the medical staff. And they are not proactive communicating changes.

The staff are very accommodating. They follow up on Dr appointment. The only complaint from my family member is that the food is very good sometimes & other times, not as good. There are a few options for meals.

Pegasus Landing was a great place to stay. Everyone is friendly. The office staff knows everyone by name, which makes you feel part of the community. Also, you can see that the caregivers actually care about you and are willing to help you out with anything. The residents are friendly and will help you out with any questions you may have. There's lots of activities to keep you busy. For the most part, the food is good, the waitress remembers your name and even knows your favorite drink and they make delicious desserts! You also get your room cleaned once a week and can have your laundry done. As you tour Pegasus you can tell it's well maintained and a clean facility. Pegasus is a very nice place for the money. You will enjoy living there.

The staff are very kind. The food is edible, but could be better. My loved one is in memory care and doing well there. The room and overall facility are clean. Her apartment is a comfortable size. A lot of nice activities are available. In memory care she is brought out of her room to be around people all day which has improved her spirits.

We needed a room in 48 hours because of a mix up and [name removed](I think) went above and beyond to make it happen!!! I would highly recommend and it was the cleanest building I visited and I visited 6 other places!

Pegasus Landing was good for a while and then the care got not so great. For example, she would be left sitting in her depends too long or they weren't as good about taking care of her overall hygiene like brushing her teeth, keeping her in clean clothes, etc. We moved her to a medical group home recently in Forney. But unfortunately, she passed away [date removed].

Well the only complaint they kept sending food he couldn't eat. And it was hard to get in touch with the nurse there. The room was fine. They hung the tv and pictures for me and helped me clean when we moved out.

The staff are friendly, the food is good, and there are different types of activities for people with diverse interests.

I really like Pegasus. They take great care of my mom, provide wonderful meals, residents enjoy the activities and staff is very hands on, supportive and always answer any questions. I give them a 4 as we all have room to improve. I would definitely recommend them. We have been here three months!

I had no problems or issues with the process. The staff, or at least all we interacted with thus far, have been fantastic. I have found, generally, one facility looks a lot like every other. The difference is in the people, absent some really abysmal facility. This one's great, love the people! One item I'll specifically mention - some of the facilities I toured had really small showers. Like a vertical coffin. That was an immediate no for me. I suspect that design might have sole benefits but it was just very off putting.
