very nice accommodation for assistant living that has special programs for Alzheimer and dementia patients and provides all amenities at a fraction of the cost of long-term care nursing homes.

seemed like a nice facility. room was very small and kind of dark, would have to be repainted

Loved the way they care for residents in the Memory Care area.

Very nice, but big complex. Appears to have all of the services, including pool and exercise rooms. Transportation. Only 2 meals per day (B and L or D). Slick place with price to match. Cleaning service only every 2 weeks. Cable xtra.

This one we need to tour again. Location is the best..... wish it was on the golf course!

good one but only considers veterans benefits as assistance. took tour and impressed. pet friendly which is a must!

I thought the staff was very nice and very good for my sister. But the business side of the house stinks. It took them three months to sort out the accounting, and when we left, having given them the required 30-plus days notice, they were not willing to address it properly. They continued to take money out, and now we have to get it back from them even though we complied with their notice policy. I would give their accounting department a 0.

my mom was not here very long but what I really appreciated was that they were more than willing to work with me even after she passed. We had a lot going on and they told us to take our time with getting her stuff out. They were patient and kind - especially [name removed] who is the director and [name removed] and [name removed] who are both in management. Every one of the staff was so sweet and cooperative. I would recommend The Legacy at Falcon Point to other families looking.

Everytime I go and visit my mom something else is wrong. Her room isn't as clean as it should be they could pick the floor up better. Now it is a beautiful community inside and out. The staff is nice, they have a nice patio area. The level of care isn't as good as it can be. The food is wonderful the chef has talked with mom and asked here what she likes. But we do have to move her to somewhere less expensive. I would recommend this place for a more mobile person.

I toured here when looking for a place for my mom to go. It was a bigger facility and my mom didn’t really like how many people there were. I didn’t get much of an interaction with the staff but the person that gave me the tour was easy to talk to and was able to answer all of my questions and she seemed like she knew a lot about what was going on at the facility. I chose a different community for my mom to go to but this one was nice.

When I toured this community the staff was friendly and helpful. It was just to much of a nursing home feeling. Where people needed more care than my parents. They are still very independent. It was a nice community but we chose a different one.

The staff and facility are very good. The food is poor and my dad is losing weight so we are having to take him out to eat. Disappointing given how much he is paying.

My dad has been here 3 months and overall we are happy with the staff and the facility. The food however is not very good and my dad is losing weight pretty rapidly. We’ve been taking him out a lot lately to supplement and he’s gained 4 lbs. For as much as he is paying, they should have better food.

We toured a few different communities and although this wasn't our first choice it was the best choice. The location is perfect my dad has friends in the area that can come and see him which is important. They have nursing staff onsite which most communities don't have. The staff here is great very nice and friendly they take excellent care of my dad.He is really liking the food.I would recommend this community

We toured the Brookdale North Spokane. It seemed like a nice community. When we entered the front lobby it reminded me of a hotel. It wasn't as inviting as what we were looking for.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my loved one since he recently made the move into this community. The staff have been kind to him and I know he is being well taken care of while I am away. The food is absolutely excellent and he has been enjoying all of the great activities with the other residents. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested, it has been the perfect fit for my dear friend.

Brookdale Puyallup was a nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community for our current needs and they also accepted Medicaid.

My parents have both recently moved into this community and so far we have no complaints of how things are going for them. The staff are helpful and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing them. I think the food could use some improvement would be my only suggestion. They have a great activity program as well as other amenities available to all of the residents. Overall we are happy with this placement and would recommend it to anyone.
