The people who work at Emeritus are great caring people. Very knowledgeable about caring or the elderly and have many helpful ideas for the family members. They have an accurate amount of caregivers for the people living there who respond well and interact well with those living there and their families. The only down side that I have seen is the food quality. This could use some improvement and a bigger variety.

We liked the facility and the staff, but realized that we needed a facility with a continuum of care. If I was searching for an ILF I would put it on my list of final choices.

My experience with Emeritus at Ridgeland Pointe has been excellent. I'm real pleased with their services. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facility is pretty clean. Overall I'm pleased with Emeritus at Ridgeland Pointe.

Very nice facility and staff. The new memory care area looks great. This is my second time to visit in 2 years. We would probably move mother here except there is no place for her to walk. The halls are short and there is no room outside to walk safely.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a nice looking place, and although it is not what we ended up choosing they looked like they do a fine job here. It is a clean, well kept facility, and all of the staff we spoke with seemed very friendly and professional.

Our guide was very informative answered all our questions. Enjoyed the tour and we were pleased with the accommodations that are provide for the seniors, but a little pricey.

This was one of my top two when we were looking. It was really nice, but it was a little too independent for my loved one. They had kitchens in their rooms, which would have given my loved one the option to not go socialize in the dining room, and it may not have been safe for her. We needed something with just a little more care, and more room to transition as her care needs increased. Still was very nice.

Great location and nice facility. Definitely an option for my mom.

We used them for respite. We really only know about the memory care section. There were certain staff who irritated him. There were a couple of days a week that I knew he wasn't going to be happy. The memory care was adapted. It wasn't designed specifically for memory care, and there is a difference when you look at one that is designed that way. We have friends that are here and they love it. This just wasn't the best fit for us.

I would recommend this place highly! They do a great job here, and the staff really seem to care about the residents, it isn't just a job to them. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they have a lot to offer their residents!

The visit was positive. Mother liked Ridgeland Pointe. She says she's not ready to move yet but she did visit with some of the residents. She has to go to a heart doctor on Monday and a vascular doctor on Friday. She was given all the information and has brought it home to read. The costs are higher than her monthly income so she is going to the VA to see what they can do.. we have applied for the Aids and. Assistance. We should hear from them within 90 days.

Emeritus was a beautiful community and the staff very nice. It was clean and well maintained. The room offered was very nice but didn't fit the needs of my parents at this time. They were able to meet all of our other needs and were very willing to be helpful.

The Heritage House is a very nice place for my mother. The staff all greet you and are very courteous on every visit. They take the time to answer all questions and try to assist you in the care of your loved one.

They really do a good job. I am a retired professor and I don’t grade very high. This is on the high end cost wise, but I’m pleased with what’s being offered. Some of the caregivers are three’s and some are five’s so that’s why it’s a four. I see other people participating in activities, so that’s good. I’ve been pretty happy with what they do. When I make requests I get good responses.

The only negative was actually with the marketing and sales force. We received poor information and had much miscommunication before moving in. Then move -in day was awful because that department TOTALLY dropped the ball. Once we let the facility director know what has happened things were fixed quickly.

This facility does not offer alz/dementia care , like their other campus'. but still interested in individual living for father.

Need one story community.

It's a nice place, the people are friendly. It would have been nice but, I had an experience with an employee that was just too much (they did let that employee go). I have a friend who has a parent here and they are happy, and they say the food is really good. There was one hallway that had a heavy urine odor.

It's clean. We had some troubles with the billing situation. There were some discrepencies as far as honoring promotion prices. Other than that, it's been going pretty well. It was in a prime location for our family, and our loved one enjoys the food!
