The food is excellent, it's a 4 plus. They should get more of a variety of activities, people should check the paperwork and the figures because they are not always correct. They are accommading when you make requests and quick to respond. It's been a good experience and I would recommend them to others.

She likes it! I don't see them cleaning but it doesn't seem to get dirty. We are very happy with it right now. One thing I really like about them is that it is very well lit, doesn't have an apartment feel with long, dimly lit hallways. There's a ledge for with places to stop and sit down all through the hallways. Bright wall paper that makes it seem like you are not in a hallway. An area to improve on would be more activities because there are days when there is nothing that appeals to my mom. That may be that people don't want to do stuff. Over all I like it and she likes it so we are happy!

We don't have anything to compare, makes it difficult. Better than most in terms of value, but they are all kind of misleading I have found. "Includes everything" is very undescriptive. Everything is extra, and it is a lot extra. They all said the same things. It's an industry thing and it's bad. My parents are in independent living, and they they have been very happy with the meals and that kind of thing. They have housekeeping and laundry, and they get three meals a day. There are activities available, but they don't necessarily participate. They do exercise and trivia, outings, talks about the past, and movies. These are good things, but there's not a whole lot of help from the facility getting them involved.

I loved this place, it was high on our priority list but it seemed kind of big and difficult financially. There was a two bed thing for when she ran out of money which we calculated would be in about 5 years if she moved here but they were unsure if she would be able to stay there and we didn't want to have to move her again.

I didn't like that they had room air, not central air and they had a balcony that you had to go up a step to go outside. It had a nice room and everything and it had a nice view but I didn't like that they didn't have central air conditioning.

It's really nice, my parents are very pleased, the staff is awesome. They're getting very good care there and I feel safe with them being there. My dad is actually getting into activities, they have a man's pizza and beer thing and he loves that. I don't know that mom is getting into that has much as she used to, she has a hard time getting around and I think she's embarrased by that. I liked the atmosphere, the food is awesome there, they have a really good cafeteria and menu and that was one of the things we were looking for. My dad was trying to cook and they weren't eating well and my mom is a diabetic so food was really important. I'm working on their costs so they don't run out of money, but that's everywhere you go.

Since she's been put in there I haven't been there, we have an appointed guardian but I have been in communication with him several times and it sounds like she's doing well there. It was one of the places that my sister and I looked at and thought it would be good, I'm in agreement with the placement of where she is now. She's less than 2 blocks away from the hospital where she she would go if there was an emergency and she's two blocks away from her doctor. I'm pretty happy that she's there, my understanding is she's adjusting well and I hope she'll stay there. It just made too much sense location wise and they were better with activities too.

My husband stayed there for respite care, that wasn't very good because I didn't know enough to as for enough services so he was very deconditioned when he came out. I was very disappointed and I realized I had to ask for more service, he can live in assisted living as long as I get enough escorts, he can live in an assisted living that offers stimulating programs, he needs to be encouraged or he won't go. My husband just wants a studio and we got a pretty good idea of what they were going to charge him. The nurse had to do an assesment before we moved him for respite but she didn't really realize what he would need. Respite showed me what he needed and more of what I need to ask for.

Great. Close. Can do month-to-month to test; Seems the best fit so far. Said he liked Sunrise in Goldenvalley, and Keystone used to be a Sunrise facility.

Very impressed with the Clare Bridge program and FP's location most ideal for visiting.

This place was Assisted Living and and Memory care and would cost over $10,000. They did have a fitness Center that he could go to and the Assisted Living place did activities in the Memory Care unit "clubhouse". There were 38 residents in the memory care and lots of levels of cognition. Nice courtyards and raised flower beds.

She thought this was great. The one drawback was the minimum short term stay is 60 days.

Seemed claustrophobic. Most of the rooms are pretty small, but the bathrooms have good access. Perfect location.

I liked this facility. Victoria N of Cty Rd C. Sunrise ASSISTED Living. 24-hr staff. 106 units. Lifeline button. Wellness consult once mo. Housekeeping, cable, phone incl. more assisted living. nice deck Owaeso lake.

My daughter and I were very impressed. It didn't even have the atmosphere of a care center

We had a good tour experience with Salida Woods. We actually knew the director and we sat and talked for a long time. The facility looked nice, but for us it came down to the pricing. They charge you a fee for the room and then they bill you for every 15 minutes of care with no maximum fee. Since we did not know how much care our loved one would need, this was going to make it too hard to budget and we figured it could get really expensive.

The care is good. It seems like a nice community. I don't always get the information back that I request. The billing statement is very confusing. There are credits that are on my loved one's statement, and I'm not sure where this has come from. I have called multiply times to follow up on asking for more details on the billing. I have yet to hear back on this. My loved one says the food has gotten better, and the community has a new cook. They have a lot of activities available for the residents to participate in. They even have physical therapy on site for the residents to use.

Great staff, clean modern facility, lots of activities. I would have given 5 stars but the food is often over or undercooked (dry pork, carrots that were hardly warm). With that said there are options other than whatever the nightly special is. It’s a really great place overall!
