New Perspective Senior Living

The people at Lighthouse of Sun Prairie have been great. The facility is very nice, and they have a lot of really nice programs. My only critique is that some of the services we signed up for we do have to make sure that they actually deliver on or they don't always happen. Other than that everything has been great.

We toured this facility. We liked the beautiful setting on Lake Owasso. There was a variety of apartment arrangements. We liked the way the apartments clustered around living areas that residents could enjoy.

We toured this facility. We liked the comfortable atmosphere and many residents out and about the facility. It felt welcoming and friendly. We liked the care plan system. It did not feel as though we would be nickeled and dimed for every little thing. The deal killer for us was the size and configuration of the apartments themselves.

The staff and caregivers at Keystone Communities of Roseville are all very attentive to my fathers needs and do an excellent job ensuring he is safe and well cared for. The one area for improvement that I would suggest would be to be a little more detail-oriented in their research when my dad is going to the emergency room. Other than that, everything has been great.

My loved one was only at the Lighthouse of Mahtomedi for about 3 or 4 weeks. He is back at home now but everything was positive. I can't rate the categories but my overall rating of this property is 4 stars. Everything went smoothly. My first impression was that it was a nice community. The staff was friendly. The residents were friendly as well. Overall, I would say this is a 4 star community. It is pretty good.

Things are going ok, been more turnover of staff. Having a hard time getting issues cleared up. Hoping with the new director will have a chance. The Staff is very friendly,for the most part the care provided has been very good. They do seem a bit short staffed at times.

Mom has been at Lighthouse of West Bend for about 2 months, now. Our experience, so far has been moderately positive. The staff is pleasant, courteous, and helpful. I will reserve my opinion of the medical personnel, until we have a longer relationship. We are working out some glitches. The administration is also pleasant to deal with. Mom likes living at Lighthouse.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They know all the residents, and try to learn their preferences. There is a lot of food - for those who like plain, old fashioned comfort foods in large quantities. When my mom tries to order an entree salad from the always available menu, she's always encouraged to eat the special of the day instead. Veggies are overcooked. I've been eating with Mom so that she will remember that she can order a salad, even if they are pushing the special. Mom is also unhappy that that they do not recycle, other than in their offices. And they throw her recycling in with the trash - even from plainly marked containers, which are emptied by family regularly. The view is great, the rooms are nice, and Mom is very happy to be there.

I've been impressed and very happy with it. I have been away for a little while and, they have been good about keeping me informed, about what's going on, and how appointments go. I don't have any complaints, at this point.

They did a good job. They treated our loved one very well. There were no concerns over how clean it was kept or how attentive the staff was.

Sunrise has been very observant of what the wishes of a new resident are . They are wonderful making a new resident feel part of the community and welcome without being overbearing . Other residents seem happy and comfortable and I am relaxed knowing they are safe !A

Overall things have gone well with Sunrise of Golden Valley. It's a very clean, well kept community, and the staff have all been exceedingly friendly. They seem to have a lot to provide for their residents in terms of both care and amenities. We're pleased with them overall.

This property is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpfull. It has a really nice walkway that runs next to the river. There are quite a few daily activities and also some weekly and special outings the members can enjoy.

I think they are pretty good. They are really trying. I give them an A for effort. They don't have enough people to help with the activities, in the memory care. The food hasn't been real good so far.

I liked this place very much. must have a conference with everyone.

I really think it's the right fit for us. He is doing very well there. He has a lot of space to move around in. There were a few hiccups in the beginning, there was some misinformation, the price quote was a mistake in addition, they didn't let me know that it would be my responsibility to provide certain products for him, I had to purchase our own shower chair. I also didn't know who was doing what, the person orienting us said that they would be doing everything, the planning for what he needed, and that was not the case. There are a couple of people that are a little stand offish and don't always present themselves quite like everyone else who says hello, and greets you. In the beginning there was a little bit of a lag in response time, but they are watching it better now. They have music and s'mores and fishing trips, so there are lots of good activities. The food is not too bad and there is always another choice.

Overall our experience with Keystone have been great! My loved one's health has shown a lot of improvement since she moved in. The facility itself is very nice, they always keep it clean, and the staff are all very friendly. I've been really impressed with the care they provide to the residents. Once they're able to get to know someone and get in tune with their needs they provide some really exceptional care.

Washer and dryer in each room. Accept EW after 18 months. Common areas very dark.
