New Perspective Senior Living

So far, my mother has been happy with her move to the New Perspective. She is still adjusting, but the staff has all been very accommodating. She has a favorite aide there.

The staff is good with my mom. Mom had done different fund raisers here, and it is in the same community where mom lived. It was her first choice since she new the people here. The community is always clean. Mom likes the food sometimes and others not so much. Mom has also got into the exercise class, movies, and bingo.

The thing I like the most at this community is how all of the amenities are included in the rent. The end total may seem initially high but when you realize you do not have to pay for anything extra and everything is included it really is a great deal in the end. They also provided three meals a day with a large lunch for the residents and a smaller meal for dinner right before bed. My loved one has not had many complaints other than everything seems to taste a little bland.

I have no words to describe how beautiful this complex was. It looked like a cruise ship entrance when you first walked in. Everything was very fancy and they had many great amenities for there residents including an indoor pool. I have nothing but great things to say about our tour it was just all self pay to live here and my family and I could not afford that.

The representative was very nice and did a good job presenting the community. Staff was very friendly. The facility is undergoing a major remodel so it was difficult to picture what it will be like after completion.

I had a good tour of this community. I toured it for my mother and her needs. Everything went well, and the staff was informative and knowledgeable. It was a nice experience, and they were very kind to my family and I. We happen have found a community that fit her needs better, but this is a nice place.

I am happy with the great care that my father is getting here. The staff are always caring and making sure that he is taken care of. I like that they have activities but at this time he is not participating. The meals are good and he likes the variety. I would highly recommend this community for great care and value to others.

I was very pleased with the experience my loved one and I had at this community during our tour. There was lots of great amenities offered to the residents as well as a very well maintained facility. The administration was very informative and was very patient with answering any questions my mother and I had for them.

The staff did a great job at taking there time to show us all of there community and all of the spacious apartments that they had to offer. They had a lot of open availability and different options to choose from. I just needed more of a memory care facility for my loved one.

This community was our second choice. The people I met during the tour were nice. The community seemed clean. They allow pets.

This is a good place for my parents. The community is clean. The staff members are nice. The food could use a little improvments. The activities are offered to them both when there are available. I would recommend it for families looking for this care.

Things are going well so far for my loved one. She really likes the community and the staff. I feel that there is a good relationship with the staff. The meals plans that they offer are good and healthy. Most importantly my loved one is in a safe place with attentive staff that make sure her care needs are being met.

The community is good. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. The food is good but can use improvements They do offer alot of activities but he does not want to participate in. I would recommend this community for other families for good care.

Great food choices and nice dining room atmosphere

The care if good, but my mom is not happy with some of the food that is offered, there could be a better variety. The community is clean and her room is always taken care of. The staff is excellant, but the activities could be better for what they are offering right now.

My mother is getting along very well at Sunrise of Minnetonka. The community is clean and the food is very good. My mother's vision has declined in the last few years and has always enjoyed music. I am very pleased with the staff getting her involved in the musical activities when they are offered.

My tour of this community went well. I would say this is a community more for a younger senior. This is a very active community, the energy is very high. The staff was courteous and friendly. They were informative and answered my questions. From what I saw the community looked nice and clean. It was a pleasant tour.

Mom is adjusting well to living at Lighthouse of Mahtomedi. The staff are nice and have good communication with my dad that is her primary contact. The community is kept clean and they help coordinate her therapy. The community gets my recommendation.

We are very pleased with this community. My mother is doing very well here. It is a well-kept community from what I've seen. The staff is good. There are nice activities offered, she enjoys the gardening. They are very encouraging to the residents to participate in the activities. We know she is safe and in good hands. The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you have someone watching over your loved one.

This is a nice community, they are taking good care of my mother. She is doing pretty well. The community is pretty well-kept. I do think the cleaning needs to be better. The staff is fair, there are some care givers better than others. There are activities offered, but I wish the activities were smaller. She is pleased with the food. They are providing her good care. So I would recommend this facility.
