New Perspective Senior Living

We toured here when we were looking for options. The quality was on par with pretty much all of the places we looked at. It was hard to visit and find parking. The lady who gave us a tour was very nice and seemed very good. I just felt like the limited parking would make visiting difficult for some of my loved one's friends.

Sunrise of Roseville seems to be a nice place. My father is doing fine there. Though he does not enjoy being there, he'd rather be at home. He enjoys the food, he says it is better than where he was. They do offer lots of activities, but he chooses not to participate.

There were definitely things I liked about this community. They were very enthusiastic about my loved one coming there. I liked their attitude towards response time, saying that a call button should be answered in 3-5 minutes. I liked that their kitchen was open from 7 a.m., until 10 p.m. so they could go down when they were hungry to eat. This was significantly more expensive, and further away than others we were looking at.

Very home-like. Kind caring staff. They're new here so they are just waiting for the people to meet them and accept them into the community.

Things are going very well at Lighthouse and so far, we don't have any complaints and are pleased with the staff and the facility

The staff is wonderful. They are friendly and very helpful. The dining staff is very busy. It is very difficult to get their attention and the help a resident might need. One problem my father had was his toilet seat. The seat was not stable. It took me 4 times over a 2 week period to get the issue resolved. My father fell once using the toilet in this time. I truly like the facilities. It is much better than the nursing home that my father used to be in. Supposedly they clean weekly. I don't believe that is happening since I have washed the kitchen floor twice and my father has only lived there 2 months. Nevertheless I am happy , but they should do better than they are.

We are pretty happy with them so far. The food could be a little better. It could also be a little less expensive. There wasn't any one thing in particular that made me choose them. We just liked the overall atmosphere.

My loved one hasn't been here long, but so far our experience with Keystone Communities has been a positive one. It's a nice looking place, and the staff seems friendly and professional. They're currently going through a change in ownership, which has caused some issues with some of their services, but I am assuming things will smooth out once the change is resolved.

Very Nice-Like Oak Park Place 2.2 miles from Sue's. Off on Hwy N in the city of Sun Prairie $$$$-Staff attentive. Pool, Pub, Sewing, Only 2 years old. Able to start in Independent apt and stay in same apartment as your needs increase to assisted living. Does not take Medical Assistance.

Lighthouse of Columbia Heights I think needs to improve their communication between one shift caregiver and the other. They need to more personalize their care. Everybody is really friendly that works there. They are always doing something for the residents.

We really loved just about everything about this place; from the physical building down to their memory care program; pricing was in the ball park with most of the other places we've toured. The one thing that crosses this place off of our list is they don't accept elderly waiver. If money was no object, we would have our mom there yesterday.

We toured here when we were looking. It looked nice, but it was a little more expensive. We weren't able to find any reviews on this place, and we just felt like she wouldn't have taken part in any of the extra amenities.

The only reason I don't give them a five was the price. They weren't really more expensive than the others, they were less than some, but they were all just really expensive. Everything else was great! It's a nice clean place. The staff was friendly, and everyone treated her well. She had a good stay there.

This is a very nice place. Very clean. All staff are very friendly. What is more important is that the residents seem happy and content. I have had Lunch there at least 10 times and the food is excellent!! They offer 4 entrees at lunch, and if you still (unlikely) don't want anything on the menu they will make you a hamburger or sandwich! There are many daily activities to choose from. A daily listing of activities is given to each resident. The staff must have remarkable memories as they address each resident by name! It is not the most inexpensive place to live, so if that is an issue check out several. It will take time for my mother to adjust, but I have hopes that she will. I always say hi to anyone we pass by, and even my mom is starting to do that now. The dining room is a perfect place to meet people, tables are for four, and they are set beautifully. I like that they take care of the medication administratiion, ordering , everything to do with that. They clean the apartments each week and do the laundry.

The people at Lighthouse of Sun Prairie have been great. The facility is very nice, and they have a lot of really nice programs. My only critique is that some of the services we signed up for we do have to make sure that they actually deliver on or they don't always happen. Other than that everything has been great.

We toured this facility. We liked the beautiful setting on Lake Owasso. There was a variety of apartment arrangements. We liked the way the apartments clustered around living areas that residents could enjoy.

We toured this facility. We liked the comfortable atmosphere and many residents out and about the facility. It felt welcoming and friendly. We liked the care plan system. It did not feel as though we would be nickeled and dimed for every little thing. The deal killer for us was the size and configuration of the apartments themselves.

The staff and caregivers at Keystone Communities of Roseville are all very attentive to my fathers needs and do an excellent job ensuring he is safe and well cared for. The one area for improvement that I would suggest would be to be a little more detail-oriented in their research when my dad is going to the emergency room. Other than that, everything has been great.

My loved one was only at the Lighthouse of Mahtomedi for about 3 or 4 weeks. He is back at home now but everything was positive. I can't rate the categories but my overall rating of this property is 4 stars. Everything went smoothly. My first impression was that it was a nice community. The staff was friendly. The residents were friendly as well. Overall, I would say this is a 4 star community. It is pretty good.

Things are going ok, been more turnover of staff. Having a hard time getting issues cleared up. Hoping with the new director will have a chance. The Staff is very friendly,for the most part the care provided has been very good. They do seem a bit short staffed at times.
