New Perspective Senior Living

The facility is beautiful, and has many whiz bang features, like a pool, and underground parking for the residents. It feels like a really big operation, not as personal as we were looking for, and very pricey. We felt like we were in a time-share sales pitch.

My mom is doing well and I feel that she is in a secure place with her sundowners, she still gets around with her walker and the staff is doing a great job, they keep me informed and I feel welcome when I come to visit my mom there. My mom has a wonderful view of the lake from her room this really is a great place for her.

So far everything working out well for my father with his move to this community. I do feel he is safe, and in good hands in this facility. They have a good staff, and they have been helpful when needed. Also kind, and friendly when I visit. They do a good job with keeping everything around the community nice, and clean. They provide pretty nice meals, and there are activities offered for the residents. This community is working out well for us, and

This community looked clean when I visited. The person that took us on tour was helpful and friendly. This community offered smaller studio apartments and we were looking for larger apartments.

This is a very nice community, and my tour of it went well. Everyone was very nice, and friendly. You could tell they do a good job with the cleanliness around the facility. The staff was pleasant. The experience was nice, but I find another community that met my needs better overall.

She loves the food and activities. She enjoys the staff. They are friendly.

The staff are wonderful. They have been attentive and treat dad with respect and dignity. They made the transition great and have worked the family. We have good communication with them. Dad seems to like the food and I would recommend this community.

This looked like a beautiful community when we visited. The people we met at this community were nice and friendly. This community was our first choice, however the cost is a little out of our price range.

I have no complaints about the care that my loved one has been receiving with this home health care team. They have been attentive to my loved ones needs and have been professional in there work. I would recommend them to anyone interested .

This is a very nice facility. Some of the apartments are very nice; some of the others, not so much. Overall, the food seems to be good. In full disclosure, we had only one meal here. There's a large dog who seems to reside in the foyer. While large, he appears to be sweet and very good-natured. The residents that I saw all appeared to like him, which both the dog and residents seemed to benefit from.

I have no complaints about the tour I had of this community for my loved one. They had a great selection of amenities available for all of the residents throughout the day as well as many different activities. The floor plan was open and easy to navigate through which I really liked. It was just not the right fit for her in the end decision.

I had a good tour of New Perspective Senior Living. The common areas were not as nice, but the apartments were. The tour guide that took me around was informative and friendly.

My tour of this facility was a good one. It was a good experience overall. The staff was friendly, and informative. My questions were answered overall. The community was well-kept, and looked nice. Overall my tour went well, but I found another community that suited our needs better.

When my friend first moved in, she was having trouble adjusting but now she is doing much better. The community is kept clean and organized. I have only been there a few times but the staff seems very friendly as well.

I have resided here just 2 weeks but it feels like a good fit for me. I am young (60 years old) but recent medical issues made it necessary to move out of the family home to a place that would be easier for me to navigate. Living alone since my husband died, my children were concerned about my physical well-being continuing to live alone. I wanted to remain in my community for a number of reasons. New Perspectives meets my needs and knowing some people who work here makes me feel more comfortable in a new place. I plan to be here a long time

We had a very good experience during my fathers time at this community. It is a really nice facility. Unfortunately he needed more care than they were able to provided. So I had to move him, but I was very pleased with all this community did for us. They have a good staff, they were very kind, and helpful. They did a great job with keeping everything well-kept. My father enjoyed his time at this community, and I would recommend it.

They are able to provide dad with his special dietary needs, Dad seems to be doing better since moving into this community. The staff are helpful, attentive and answer my questions. The community is clean and well maintained. I wanted to thank A Place for Mom for their help as they saved me time and money in my search.

My tour went extremely well when seeing what it was like here. It looked pretty good and they had a whole floor for the memory care but I noticed it was a blend of assisted and independent living residents.

My father in law liked the caregivers from Care Builders at Home. The same steady young man would go to his home and help him out. He is now in a nursing home and no longer receiving care from them, but he had no complaints about them.
