I am happy with the great care that my father is getting here. The staff are always caring and making sure that he is taken care of. I like that they have activities but at this time he is not participating. The meals are good and he likes the variety. I would highly recommend this community for great care and value to others.

I was very pleased with the experience my loved one and I had at this community during our tour. There was lots of great amenities offered to the residents as well as a very well maintained facility. The administration was very informative and was very patient with answering any questions my mother and I had for them.

The staff did a great job at taking there time to show us all of there community and all of the spacious apartments that they had to offer. They had a lot of open availability and different options to choose from. I just needed more of a memory care facility for my loved one.

This community was our second choice. The people I met during the tour were nice. The community seemed clean. They allow pets.

This is a good place for my parents. The community is clean. The staff members are nice. The food could use a little improvments. The activities are offered to them both when there are available. I would recommend it for families looking for this care.

Things are going well so far for my loved one. She really likes the community and the staff. I feel that there is a good relationship with the staff. The meals plans that they offer are good and healthy. Most importantly my loved one is in a safe place with attentive staff that make sure her care needs are being met.

The community is good. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. The food is good but can use improvements They do offer alot of activities but he does not want to participate in. I would recommend this community for other families for good care.

Great food choices and nice dining room atmosphere

The care if good, but my mom is not happy with some of the food that is offered, there could be a better variety. The community is clean and her room is always taken care of. The staff is excellant, but the activities could be better for what they are offering right now.

My mother is getting along very well at Sunrise of Minnetonka. The community is clean and the food is very good. My mother's vision has declined in the last few years and has always enjoyed music. I am very pleased with the staff getting her involved in the musical activities when they are offered.

My tour of this community went well. I would say this is a community more for a younger senior. This is a very active community, the energy is very high. The staff was courteous and friendly. They were informative and answered my questions. From what I saw the community looked nice and clean. It was a pleasant tour.

Mom is adjusting well to living at Lighthouse of Mahtomedi. The staff are nice and have good communication with my dad that is her primary contact. The community is kept clean and they help coordinate her therapy. The community gets my recommendation.

We are very pleased with this community. My mother is doing very well here. It is a well-kept community from what I've seen. The staff is good. There are nice activities offered, she enjoys the gardening. They are very encouraging to the residents to participate in the activities. We know she is safe and in good hands. The only thing I would recommend is to make sure you have someone watching over your loved one.

This is a nice community, they are taking good care of my mother. She is doing pretty well. The community is pretty well-kept. I do think the cleaning needs to be better. The staff is fair, there are some care givers better than others. There are activities offered, but I wish the activities were smaller. She is pleased with the food. They are providing her good care. So I would recommend this facility.

I toured a lot of community, and this was by far the best one I looked at. My mother is doing pretty well here. The community well-kept for the most part. The staff is caring and very friendly. They do offer great activities like singing a longs, music activities, bingo. It has been a pleasant experience and they are taking good care of my mother.

The staff is great. I think they could do more to encourage the residents - especially new residents- to participate in activities. Also, I think they should have a seating host in the dining room so that they can help people meet new people rather than same people at same tables. Overall, very satisfied.

We looked at Brookdale Minnetonka for my mom as it was close to us and it seemed like a nice place. It is a long term nursing home and we felt she was not quite ready for this move. They do also offer memory care at this community. The staff was informative and nice. It kind of reminded me of an old time nursing home.

Everything is going well for my husband at this community, he seems to be adjusting well to it. They keep the community clean, I've had minor concerns about the cleaning. The staff is wonderful, I really enjoy working with them. They are caring for my husband very well. He is trying some new activities. I've tried the food and it is decent, but it is a well balanced meal. This would be a community that I would recommend.

This has been a difficult adjustment for both mother and I. This is a different environment for her, so she is still getting adjusted. This is a lovely community and they are doing their best to care for her. I am pleased knowing she is getting the proper care and I know she is safe. There is many activities for her to try out when she is ready. They are great with helping both of us get adjusted. I recommended it.

We toured here when we were looking for options. The quality was on par with pretty much all the places we looked at. The location of the available room didn't really work for us. It was quite a ways from the activity, and I felt it would give my loved one a reason to isolate. This just didn't feel like the best fit for us.
