Sunrise of Roseville was a very nice facility. It was less expensive than a lot of the other ones that we looked into.

The meals the communities serves are really good, and we enjoyed how friendly and caring the staff members were.

This is a good community. I thought they took good care of my father. The staff was very attentive and we were impressed with them.

Great staff that makes my mom feel better for being there. Good food with variety. Covid is taking its toll on the residents and families and they are trying. Need more communications/updates with families. Should have more driving outings to get them out. Staff answers residents' button with great urgency. Need larger fridges and to be brighter in rooms. Very clean facility and responsive mgt staff. Maintenance is on the ball. Price kind of steep but in line with others in area.

We chose Sunrise of Roseville because of the quick availability. They were able to fulfill my moms needs and they were a secure facility to keep my mom safe and healthy. They also have other locations if we ever wanted to move her closer to family. The room sizes here are perfect for her needs, the layout is nice and they have big windows so she gets a lot of natural light. They have let me put a camera in her room and watch her care since she is in another state which has been great for peace of mind. Overall I would recommend this facility.

I would say this community is a good place. The people were very good people and the food was good. The only problem with the dining room, is the slow turnaround for food delivery. The only issue overall I had was it was loud on the porch for visits.

My kids chose The Waters of White Bear Lake because they liked the facility and they thought it was going to be a good fit and that they would provide good care. I have one of the biggest apartments and it is great size, but I do not have a balcony. A lot of the apartments do have balconies. All of the people here are so friendly and helpful, staff members and residents.

We chose Sunrise because it was strategically located between several of my siblings. We went and toured and met with extremely friendly staff, they showed us around and were very informative. I would tell others looking to make sure to ask questions. They do have a great memory care unit here and they have a lot of variety of activities based off your capacity. I would and have recommended this facility.

I think it is a good facility. My dad got pushed down by another resident and broke his arm. We then had to move him to a new community. The staff is caring. I was not impressed by the activities. I feel they were often understaffed.

I think it is a really decent place. The hospice services were really good. The food was okay. The room sizes were nice they have different floor plans. They have very good soundproofing in the building. There is not really any outdoor space.

The staff at New Perspective were absolutely wonderful. The nursing staff were so fantastic. They were all helpful and friendly. We chose this community because they were able to offer a twelve month spend down and able to get my loved in quickly as he was be discharged from a rehab stay. We liked the care services that they offered and the staff seemed to really care about the residents. There was also longevity with the care staff and we liked that. However, the kitchen was going though turnover at the time, and my loved one wasn't crazy about the food.

Sunrise is a friendly community with many positive amenities. The staff seems dedicated and genuinely cares for it's community members. The rooms were a bit small and a little dated but clean and assessable for wheelchairs, etc. Overall a nice place.

Delicious muffins/coffee upon arrival, warm greeting and welcome. We were unable to see an empty room only one that was occupied. Prices were a bit high for our budget. The people seemed to really enjoy the activities.. All kinds of mobility levels are mixed together.

Very homey feel with music and smells of good food, cookies. Loved [name removed] who herself was 5 stars, and most staff. Even the chef greeted us with nut bread. Just needs work out room/equipment. Memory care had relaxation room, dogs and baby dolls.

First impressions are very good. We will definitely be considering this community.

We were able to see both sides of this facility. The memory care area had some good features, and w got a rate sheet for the extra care, and are a little surprised with the what that monthly cost was at $6000 in addition to the assisted living rates.

Very nice facility. Small, comfortable, welcoming. Didn't show memory care facility, but we didn't ask either. Need to add to our list. Daily cost structure vs. monthly.

I have visited the facility in the past and really liked it. The location was very good for me. The drawback that caused me to place my Mother elsewhere is because I was under a time restraint and the fee structure here was not very clear to me. I had asked for a detailed fee structure and got an ala carte that wasn't easily understood for budgeting purposes.

My husband does not want to participate in activities so I can't rate them. My only complaint has been with the housekeeping services and I gather that they have had a personnel problem in that area.

My family member resides in the West Fargo Betty's Harbor memory care and has been there for approximately one year. We have had a very positive experience with NPSL and the staff! They are very welcoming and helpful when we visit as well as attentive to our family member! They incorporate the memory care residents with the assisted living & independent living activities as much as possible and have the belief they are all one family! Music, crafts, cooking/baking, decorating have all been enjoyed by our family member! We would love to see the big dance floor used and have scheduled dances for the residents, like many residents used to do. We are hoping that will be happening soon! Our family member STILL loves to dance! Thank you NPSL/West Fargo and your entire staff!
