It was with a lot of support and help that getting dad moved from Florida to Wisconsin inn as short of time as we had. Start to finish we had every thing accomplished in six short weeks. Considering the holidays rapidly approaching the weather..... The staff was right on the ball every step of the way. Thanks so much!!

Mother moved to Keystone Living in Eagan to be near me and we couldn't be happier. Her apartment is nice with a nice size kitchen and living room, but the feature Mother is happiest about is the washer and dryer in her unit. The Keystone employees have been so helpful from the first time I toured the place through the move and getting her involved in her new community. Her neighbor showed her around the first day and invited her to the activities. Overall it has been great!

The staff at the Lighthouse did a fine job working with us to place Dad in his new home, the building is a warm and inviteing place and the staff is very freindly. We feel that we could not have found a better place

I got a good feeling the minute I walked into this community. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. the tour went well and I really liked that the hallways had lots of windows to let the natural light in. there were 2 atriums so that the residents could walk out and get some fresh air too. Mom says the food is good and she can't wait to get into one of those atriums to plant something. This facility is clean, safe and fits into Mom's finances.

Our experience with Island Shores has been a very good one, Mom absolutely loves it here! It is a very nice looking, well kept community, and the staff and other residents are all very friendly. She recently had an extended hospital stay, and when she returned everyone was so welcoming and said they were so happy to see her back, which I know really meant a lot to her! Really the only "issue" we've had is that for a few weeks after she moved in they were almost TOO helpful! Mom was calling them to help with every little thing, which they did happily, but I let them I wanted them to encourage her to be a bit more independent, which they completely understood.

They were incredibly helpful in making the transition to assisted living. Mom had a stroke before getting set up there and they were extremely good working with her despite the trouble that she had at times communicating. They made my dad feel very comfortable moving in there, which means a lot because I know many seniors can be resistant to the idea, but they go out of their way to make it a smooth transition. I would highly recommend Freedom Pointe Minnetonka.

My dad was only there a month, so I don't have a whole lot of history to go on, but during that month before dad passed away. We scoped out around 12 different places and all agreed on Sunrise. I wish dad would have lasted longer.

They really have been really good. It's very clean, and the staff has been really helpful and friendly as well. I think they were pretty reasonable for assisted living. They have been really great if we call or have a need. They have been a help with the insurance as well. The activities are one of the highlights of the place, they try to keep the residents really active. I haven't had any complaints about the food. I feel like it's been a really quality experience, it feels more like a home environment, rather than an assisted living, and they have a nice outside areas with patios and gardens.

Worked with this facility as POA for mother and mother-in-law. Good meals, conscientious service, friendly and caring staff, and competitively priced for base package. Extras like medication administration is pricey, and it seems it is all or nothing, no simple service to just verify mom took her meds every morning or evening.

She liked it here, and made some really close friends. The woman who was in charge of nursing is really good, if a little overworked. She really liked the meals here, but she said they served too much chicken. We moved out of the area, but she liked it here.

Very fiendly staff. We visited Keystone several times over a two week period and were impressed with the staff. We had visited several facilities around the area and Keystone offered everything we were looking for. It has been 6 weeks since my parents have moved in and they are very happy with their decision to move to Keystone.

Roxy K. has a good expierence in the Sunrise community, she talked about the welcoming feel from the staff, how freindly theey are and raved about the acticities they offer (including movie night). I do have to mention that I wish my sister would get a little more care need example more interaction with other residents during meal time. Overall the community is the right place for my sister.

Mom has been at Keystone for nine days now, she is doing great! She physically is fine but her dementia was getting bad living alone. Since the move she seems to have regained her memory some which is so good to see.

For the past 3 yrs. both parents have been residents & we highly recommend this facility. From the time you enter the door, staff & residents come to know you personally & you become a family member. 7 day nursing care catches problems before they enlarge. Parents enjoyed the care givers who checked on them frequently. Have a problem & they have a solution from dealing with depression to adding more laundry service. Parents had no complaints about the food, cleanliness. Very home-like lobby where people gather & share conversation & daily activities, crafts or larger events as senior prom or New Yrs. Eve party. Dogs and cats get a lot of attention. Advice is nearby when hospitalization or hospice is necessary. Coffee, fruit, treats always available in bistro. It may be more expensive than others, but the quality was worth it. Never resented writing the monthly check. 5/5 stars from us

My mother has lived here for over 2 years. My brother and I are both out of state, so we cannot handle issues on a daily basis and need to feel comfortable with the care she gets. Westlake Woods has definitely met (and exceeded) my expectations! The staff is very caring and go above and beyond ...as an example, during the holidays one staffer came in on her day off to decorate the doors of the residents who had not done so themselves. In addition to taking good care of Mom, they have helped make my life easier by purchasing supplies for her between my visits and arranging for routine healthcare services, including transportation and escorts. We had a less-than-satisfactory experience with another facility in Erie prior to finding WW...what a difference a good facility makes for both the resident and the family!

The food is good, short of doing room help, my cleaner is excellent, comes once a week. We are independent so we don' t need extra help. Have heard both sides some are very happy with assistant living, others don' t feel they get help they need or on time. The staff are working hard to make it a better place to live.

Pro - activities staff and aides who do daily care are wonderful. Con - head nurse is slow to respond and pharmacy partner is very slow with medication changes.

My dad is doing great! The staff is incredibly friendly. The apartment is nice and there is cleaning provided for my dad. The building site is undergoing some renovations to make it even nicer. The food is good and my dad seems satisfied with the options. Overall, the price is very good for the money as well, which is nice because so many places are very expensive.

Mixed feelings. First - I didn't think I needed to be there and that is me. No reflection on New perspective. Very friendly and remembered my name from the get go - but that is as far as it went. I never felt like a member of the community. Management was professional and helpful but the staff seems to need more training. Staff was friendly and polite but many times did not know how to help me (side bar: I had trouble getting from vertical to horizontal and could not get off the floor if I fell). Not one staff member used the standard strap to help me (except the nurse) even though I was assured they had all been trained to use it. Second; the time between pushing the help button and getting help most times was way too long (once over an hour and then only got help because a staff member entered for a totally different reason). Food was good and waiter staff were excellent. The food was great and I can't say enough good things about wait staff. My only complaint is when I pushed the need help button it took way too long to respond. I brought this up with management and they responded by using my button and called for help which showed up within minutes.

Close to my home, beautiful property, friendly people, elder Waiver accepted. Beautiful studio apartment was available. It's a lovely facility but they do seem short staffed if you need alot of assistance.
