New Perspective Senior Living

Mom has just moved in and everything has been excellent. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. Was great to have some carts available to help us move boxes and furniture. Door stops were placed in doors leading to elevator to ease the move for us. Also love that some of her meal needs are included in the rent but that she isn't required to attend any meal. Also very important to us is daily checks and the emergency button. We look forward in seeing great service in other areas as she gets settled in and begins getting used to her new home and neighbors. Thanks to all staff we have come in contact with.

This is a brand new facility, and everything is working out very well since my mothers move here. I'am very pleased with all they have done for us. The community looks great, they have a beautiful outside area for the residents. They have fabulous staff, and they are taking good care of my mother. I have nothing but good things to say about this community. It has been a lovely experience, and I would recommend it.

I like this community for the care that is received. We like the staff who are caring for his needs. the community is clean with a nice environment. The menu is appealing and he is happy to be active with the other residents. We would recommend the care and the value of this community to other families for good care of a loved one.

I'am comfortable with my mother move to this community. Everything is working out well, and she is in good hands. They have a good staff, and they have been attentive, and helpful. They do a good job with the cleanliness, everything looks great when I visit. They are doing an excellent job caring for her, and her needs.

This place is a little on the spendy side, but otherwise seemed to hit on all cylinders for us. Nice size rooms. Love all the on-site services. And really liked how much activity there is to keep the residents engaged.

My father is doing great since his move into this community. The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. The director is great. When I visit my father, the facility is always very clean, so it has been a good experience for us so far.

We have been very happy with New Perspectives in Silvis, IL. The facility is very clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly. They have done everything possible to make Mom's transition as easy as possible!

My loved one is happy with the community since her move. I have nothing but positive things to say. The food is very good and they have in-house physical therapy. I am happy with the communication, they keep me updated on anything I should know about. The facility is absolutely clean at all times and we have had a good experience.

This is a great facility! It is very clean and staff take great care of my mother! She enjoys the activities that go on throughout the day. We also liked the fact that my mother will not have to change apartments if her Alzheimers progresses, as they don't segregate based on level of alzheimers. We are very pleased with her stay!

I spent the day at New Perspective Senior Living and absolutely loved it! I swam in the 92 degree water pool and used the water weights. The massage was absolutely the best. I had lunch and unbelievable the extent of the lunch menu. I had Chicken Cesar Salad and it was one of the best. The portion was right on and not too much like in a restaurant. The wait staff was prompt and really polite. Spent some time in the beautiful library. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. I would have no problem staying in this beautiful environment. You have to see it to believe it. Also, there wasn't one employee that wasn't really friendly and accommodating with whatever I needed. I highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of visiting New Perspective on Saturday. I first took a quick dip in the oh so warm pool. After my leisurely swim I took a shower in the locker room and even spun my suit dry with the spinner. What a nice addition. My next treat was a delicious lunch. I felt as though I was in a five star restaurant. The personnel were so kind and accommodating. I , then took a tour of the facility. It is beautiful and clean and they have everything anyone would ever want or need. A big applaud to the Executive director and all the personnel for making New Perspective, Howard Wisconsin a beautiful place.

A great place for Mom & I to live. A positive & friendly atmosphere to be around. Quiet place, but also has a lot of activities available if you choose to participate. Good food. Pet friendly. Staff is always willing to answer questions & is very accommodating. Welcoming to our family & visitors. Has amenities available as needed for the aging.

All the staff there is GREAT. They did a great deal of work to help us with the timing of Mom's move. Facility is new and beautiful. This will be Mom's new home.

Beautiful building, but even more impressive staff...they went out of their way to make my mother-in-law feel welcome and at home! Can't beat the community areas - I love spending time at happy hour with her!!!

My mother stayed at Brookdale Minnetonka for three weeks respite after a hospital stay. We wanted her stay to be where nursing staff was available 24/7, and Brookdale Minnetonka was the best fit for this. The staff are wonderful, warm, kind, compassionate and welcoming. They listened, took the time to get to know my mother and understand her needs. My mother also very much enjoyed getting to know a number of residents, which made the transition she needed to make into senior living so much smoother. The food was good, the property is well-kept and the room in which my mother stayed was nicely furnished and quite comfortable. The meals were an important part of the socializing for my mother, as she was not able to participate in as many activities due to lots of appointments and needing to pace her activity levels. Overall, I would highly recommend Brookdale Minnetonka for respite.

Our experience with New Perspective Senior Living has been a very positive one! The people are friendly, and the place is clean and nice looking. I would definitely recommend them!

To ensure the right choice, I had many tours with different types of communities. I did not find anything wrong with this facility. It was nice and clean, good interaction from the staff, and noticed the extra amenities. Based on our needs this was not the right fit.

While touring the community I saw a restaurant where one could grab a snack or meal. It was like a diner experience. I also noticed they offer more amenities for the residents. This was a different outlook to a facility and I didn't see anything wrong.

We toured this community when looking for my mother. The staff provided a lot of good information and were pleasant to work with. The reason we did not chose this community is because it was significantly more expensive than our budget and the other communities we looked at.
