I'am very pleased with my move to this community. Compared to the previous facility I was at, this community is outstanding. I'am very grateful for all the help a place for mom provided me with. They really give me hope with helping me into this community. The staff here is wonderful, and they are taking great care of me, and my needs. The community is very well-kept, and everything always looks neat, and tidy. There good meals provide, and nice activities offered. I love it here in this facility, and I would highly recommend it.

We are very pleased with New Perspective. When we had a family emergency the staff stepped in to help. I had emergency surgery and the staff helped in keeping Norma safe which was my main concern. The staff is very pleasant and helpful when we need it We appreciate the activities and trips

I am independent living and I have the freedom to come and go. I really love the community and the friends I have made here. I enjoy it here very much. As it gets harder to get out on my own, I will be able to do many activities here.

I am very happy with the care here for my mom. The staff is very attentive and I am very happy that they keep me informed on her progress. The community is clean and I like this environment for my mom The menu has a nice variety of good meals. They offer activities for the residents who can participate. I would recommend this community for the good care and value for a loved one.

Mom is adjusting really well and is settling in quite nicely. The staff is very friendly and helpful and treat her so well. There is a great concierge there who is very helpful. The community is well-maintained and gorgeous to look at. The food is okay for some of the residents, I would really like to see more appropriate choices for dietary and nutritional needs being met. My Mom's room is beautiful, she has the furniture situated just the way she wants it. I would like to thank A Place for Mom and my social worker for helping us find the right place find for us!

I'am looking forward to my move to this community. It is gonna be a rough transition for me, but overall I know I will be happy in this community. This community has everything I will need. They offer many resources for their residents. I enjoy reading, and they have a lovely library. They have underground parking available, and also provide transportation. They have been very accommodating. I have four cats, and they are helping me find homes for them. This is a nice age in place community. Everyone I have met have been very kind, and friendly. I would recommend this community, it is a good place to move too.

A beautiful and well-maintained community! It was like a five-star hotel! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. If it had of been in our price range we would have made this community our first choice.

I really liked Beachwood Commons. As soon as you walked in you could tell that it was brand new. The appearance of the community was beautiful and very professional looking. For us the location was not ideal it was not close to the hospital my dad would need to go to in case of a medical issue however everything was great. The price was far too expensive for your budget though.

This is a nice community for care. The staff is caring and attentive. I like the cleanliness of the community and we are happy with the grounds for her to enjoy. Toured this facility. It reminded me of a Country Inn & Suites, as the common area has a woody, folksy feel, so I think my mom would like it. This facility is quite large with 129 residents but the common areas are near the center/elevators on each floor, so it would be easier to find your way around than at one of the other large facilities I toured. Hard to get in to, though, as the only room unfilled at this time is a 2-bedroom.

We are very happy with the care from this community. The staff is caring and attentive. We like the cleanliness of the community with a nice environment. The variety of the meals is outstanding. We like that their room is close to the patio for them to enjoy. They did not inform us of additional charges. They are offered activities. We would recommend this community for the great care for a loved one.

I like the care that my father is getting in this community. The staff has been very helpful and caring and attentive. The menu is outstanding and he likes everything that is offered. The community is nice and we are happy that they have alerts for the residents. We like knowing that the community is clean and he is happy with the nice activities and he is pleased to know that they have church gatherings. Mom has just moved in and everything has been excellent. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. Was great to have some carts available to help us move boxes and furniture. Door stops were placed in doors leading to elevator to ease the move for us. Also love that some of her meal needs are included in the rent but that she isn't required to attend any meal. Also very important to us is daily checks and the emergency button. We look forward in seeing great service in other areas as she gets settled in and begins getting used to her new home and neighbors. Thanks to all staff we have come in contact with.

Staff and Residents Everyone is nice and friendly Everyone is helpful The food is good The actives are good, plenty of actives, You can do what you want to do .Outings are good also. It's a wonderful place to live.

This is a brand new facility, and everything is working out very well since my mothers move here. I'am very pleased with all they have done for us. The community looks great, they have a beautiful outside area for the residents. They have fabulous staff, and they are taking good care of my mother. I have nothing but good things to say about this community. It has been a lovely experience, and I would recommend it.

I'am comfortable with my mother move to this community. Everything is working out well, and she is in good hands. They have a good staff, and they have been attentive, and helpful. They do a good job with the cleanliness, everything looks great when I visit. They are doing an excellent job caring for her, and her needs.

This place is a little on the spendy side, but otherwise seemed to hit on all cylinders for us. Nice size rooms. Love all the on-site services. And really liked how much activity there is to keep the residents engaged.
