New Perspective Senior Living

This community is kept very clean, and the staff members are very friendly, loving and very welcoming. I immediately felt love and support when i first moved here, i am very happy. People cannot believe how loving this community is. I am very close with all of the staff members they are like family to me. The value is very good and the activities are okay because of COVID. the activities director really tries her best to come up with creative ideas to keep everyone involved.

This is a wonderful facility! They really care about their residents. It is my mom’s second family.

The next day after we moved my mom in they stopped visitors due to Covid. Luckily she had a first-floor window, so we were able to check-in. The staff is incredible. The management is top notch very caring. The staff was extremely helpful with the transition. The staff is attentive and a pleasure to work with.

We visited 10 homes before we settled on this one for our mother who had a stroke. Now that she had passed away after some 3 years there, we can say without a doubt that the care Mom has received is truly excellent. Everyone, from the PCAs, the nurses, the doctors, the kitchen staff, the housekeepers to the receptionists, look after her, with her special needs, not just because it's their jobs, but with real hearts. We can tell!! And the residents too; some became real friends of Mom even though Mom could not speak. The chef went out of her way ta make some Vietnamese dishes for her on occasions. We feel totally at home whenever we visited.

I highly recommend Sunrise of Roseville, as an excellent home for your loved family member! My mom has received excellent care, delicious meals, and the ability to enjoy her surroundings cared for by exceptional staff! As I write this review, we are experiencing Covid-19. We are extremely confident that mom is being cared for and cared about, as well as the dedicated staff! Thank you!

Our mom is a resident at Sunrise of Roseville. Mom receives wonderful care there. The staff is very caring and friendly. At this time we are quarantined during Covid-19 and the welfare of residents, their family and staff is a priority! We are very grateful for the due diligence and safe practices they have in place! We highly recommend Sunrise as a wonderful place to live!

What I was looking for for my mom was that the community had a homey atmosphere, I definitely got that at New Perspective Senior Living Woodbury. They have someone running activities all afternoon which is important for memory care and helps my mom stay busy. I have eaten there and feel they have a good variety of menu options. I really needed to find a place for my mom quickly near my home and was happy to find New Perspective Woodbury.

This place really stands apart from your typical Senior Living community, it’s no wonder why they have a waiting list. The building itself is beautiful. The staff is very friendly & welcoming and the building manager is pragmatic & top notch. To say that my mother-in-law is pleased is an understatement! This place is Senior Living at its finest!

Outstanding facility and staff. Top notch environment with so much understanding & respect for seniors’ dignity. Price is high for my parents’ budget, but with everything they offer, I thought it would be worth it!

Our mom has been at new perspective for over a year. We love that it is a smaller building than others we looked at. The rooms were the best we looked at. The staff always seem happy and calm, and know everyone's name, which indicates to me a good work environment! Everyone is helpful and seem to care about all the residents. The food is good, was much better under rick, but still good. They did reduce the concierge hours, that was dissapointing, probably a cost decision. I can see a lot of new residence in the last couple of months which is awesome, [name removed] is doing a great job. Hopefully with full residence they can bring back concierge and additional activities.

Kind, extremely flexible and helpful onboarding process! Lovely staff. Lots of activity options. Table shuffleboard, pool table, massive video screens, smoothie bar, large wrap-around 2nd story screen porch, and wonderful meals. It's like a Country Club.

We recently moved my 80 year old father into the transitional memory care unit and we couldn't be happier! Friendly staff, home style food and great amenities. Nurses, aides, receptionist, culinary staff, all receive high marks from our family.

The great staff makes this place special. Thought Mom was going to have a hard time getting acclimated, but I was pleasantly surprised as to how well she is doing.

Our search was much easier with your assist. My sister has moved in and getting used to her new surroundings. All the other clients appear very happy after years of living there.

I've been very happy since moving here seven months ago. The staff is friendly and helpful. While management struggles with typical issues trying to hire and maintain above average staff, they do appear committed to providing excellent service with a smile. I'd highly recommend New Perspective Sun Prairie to anyone looking for a supportive home.

They were terrific getting us moved in quickly. There was one issue with one of caregivers, and when we asked she not care for Dad there was no problem. Dad only there 54 days before he passed. They were helpful with our exiting as well. Only compliant is the logistics to move funiture in and out is not easy. And they could provide some better trollys to help with the move. Nonetheless, I'd recommend them.

From our first visit, NPSL had everything we wanted. The sales staff were wonderful. Moving in was a little crazy as we had to close on our home sale before our 2 bedroom apt was available. NPSL put us up in a guest room for 2+ weeks. We haven't done any social activities as we have been working with PT, OT and Speech as much as we can. The pool is wonderful and the food is fantastic. We have been here just a little over four months, but we are not sorry we are here. I forgot to mention that the staff (caregivers, nursing, housekeeping, front desk, dining room, maintenance) are just ALL the best.
