The staff at Chatham Ridge Assisted Living have been very friendly and helpful. They do a great job caring for our loved one. The community is welcoming and very well kept throughout. Our loved one is doing well at Chatham Ridge!

My mother is staying at Chandler place. She has been there about 7 weeks. I cannot not say one thing negative about it. The only issue I see from my mother prospective is it is so much bigger then any place she has been to before. This makes it a little overwhelming for her. There are multiple floors and she says she will not ride the elevator alone. The entire staff is fabulous! I would highly recommend it!

Very clean,friendly, attentive to specific needs and work with family.

Everyone at this community is very nice and helpful. They got to know my moms name right away. The food I would say is pretty good and they are well rounded meals. They keep the community clean and I would recommend it.

I found this facility to be very clean and the staff was very informative and friendly. I loved the open design of the Memory Care unit. It looked like no matter where the residents were (except in their rooms) they were visible to the staff. That was very important to me because my Mom tries to get out of her wheelchair and she cannot stand on her own.

Overall our experience at Pinewood Place has been a fairly good one! It's a nice looking facility, and they've been doing a lot of work on the place. They just finished repainting it and they're planning to re-do the carpeting as well. The people here are friendly, and it has a good social atmosphere. Really our only issue has been with the plumbing, in that the hot water doesn't come out nearly hot enough.

Visited 4/15/f2016. Several rooms available the largest apartments I’ve viewed in the Marietta Kennesaw area. Valerie is very nice. The building is large with lots of common areas. The green space in back is large fenced but somewhat plain in mostly lawn

My experience with Hammond Place was a positive one overall. The place is well kept, and the staff all seemed very friendly. Beth, who helped me out, was informative and professional. I thought the rooms were a nice size for the price. They are worth a look, if you're looking for senior living in the area.

Things are going very well here at Manning Place. The staff is great and the facility is always clean from what I can see. The activities for the residents seem be appropriate and fun. We do not have any complaints so far.

It took my mom awhile to get adjusted but she likes it now. I do feel the rates are too high for the service. What bothers me is the very very low staff @ night. If there were to be a fire, I don't feel there's enough staff to assist the residents. If a fire happened at night, it will take longer to get residents up & moving. Must less out of the building. My mom just loves Debbie Ray & Jose Barksdale. They are the life of the organization.

Everything is going great at Priddy Manor Assisted Living. She is adjusting to it. It has been an overall good experience. There is nothing I would say that needs improving at this facility. Things are going well here.

Everything is going well so far. The level of care is excellent. The staff is very good and they treat us like family and know everyone by name. This is a very nice, clean facility. People seem to love it here.

Mom was at Sterling House of New Bern which is now Brookdale of New Bern for respite care. The people were nice but I had to give them our original DNR order and I have not gotten it back from them. They took good care of her. She did come home with a cut on her leg so I am not sure what that is about. The experience was fine but I am not sure she will come back because of the location.

Everything has gone really well at Hitchcock Place. I cant think of anything I would say for them to improve. The facility is very clean. The staff are very friendly. Overall it has been a good experience.

I really do not have anything much to add to what I have just rated. I have been happy with what the entire staff has been doing. I do not have complaints at all about the Summit Place of North Myrtle Beach.

Very clean very nice. What I like is that it is small and easy to move around in. I think it would be less confusing for a 90year old to get used to. The minus, it is way to far from us. Keeping on my list

They are very responsive any time you raise issues. They are right there to listen and care about your feedback and implement it to make improvements. They provide excellent care to their residents in a very nice friendly place.

The director and nurse and office staff have been extremely forthright and honest in their approach to everything. I think some of the housekeeping services in the individual rooms could be improved and perhaps some of the scheduling for when the residents are bathed and things like that.
