The family should prepare how different it is when going from assisted living to memory care--the fact you can't really communicate with other residents. Other than that I imagine everyone's experience is different with different needs/goals

Mostly good. We've had a few instances where we've had to press the staff to get things done - laundry, fixing broken item in her bathroom, cleaning her sticky floor. Several of her clothing items have disappeared from her room and have yet to be found. They generally do a good job at keeping things clean. The staff is quite friendly. They have a nice variety of activities for the residents. Wish they would have more activities to keep the residents active during the day. It's expensive everywhere!

My mother transferred from Chandler Independent to Assisted Living. They have a large staff that strives to assist residents in all aspects of their needs. They are kind and patient with mom's needs. Nothing is perfect, but this is pretty close to family living in their own home. It is clean, and there are amenities such as a wonderful hairdresser, care for nails and feet, good meals, and they strive for interaction with others, and outside entertainment and activities. I'm relieved that mom is in good care.

We like the size of the room/apartment. We like the amenities. Overall she is happy. I think the staff could work on communication between departments. The front office (with the exception of 2) seem annoyed when they are approached or asked a question and say it's another departments responsibility. Then you get to the other department (dining or CNA) and they say that the front office didn't tell them so they were unaware. It puts the burden of a new resident to know who to talk to and to follow up instead of the departments working together and communicating between themselves.

Excellent choice. We picked this community because of the location and overall quality. I would recommend to others.

They do care about their residents as if they were their own family in my opinion, And I am very thankful to have found this place for my Mom! The staff is extremely friendly and very personal. The activities that they have provided is something I've never seen in any other memory care facility. Which I think is extremely important! I showed a lot of my mom's friends the pictures of the Oaks how it's decorated and they would all say when can I move in? I'd like to help other people out if it could just be the part saying how they treat people like they're their own family and that I am so happy that I found this place for my mom

The staff at Dublin Square were all very patient with my mom, who was not an easy patient. Given her moods and behavior, the staff handled her with care. We so appreciated that and they treated her no differently than any other patient. The move in process was difficult for us emotionally, but the staff were supportive and checked on us and helped us through it. The housekeepers were lovely and so sweet. Communication with the family was not as great as we would have liked from the Memory Care nurses, but we talked with the main staff and it seemed to be fixed. I absolutely recommend Dublin Square to others.

We have had a great experience this far. The staff is very friendly and responsive, the facility is clean and safe for our mom. We appreciate their service and our mom is very pleased with the staff. She has expressed that [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] go above and beyond to provide her with care and we appreciate them and others here.

just fine i am glad to be at hitchcock square on this nineth day of november 2023. tomorrow is friday. My room is kept clean every week. I have lived here for over 7 years. I am very satisfied with my experience.

It depends on what they are looking for an assistant living place they are wonderful but if their parents are needy and does it want to be rushed then probably not. Like in most facilities you have some helpers that need to find another kind of job.

My loved one is currently a resident at Highlands Place and everything about his experience at this facility has been good so far. The facility is clean. The staff are nice and they are competent. The meals are good. They have activities available for the residents. Communication with the family is good, the facility maintains contact. I would recommend Highlands Place to family and friends.

What we like the most about the Arbor Ridge at Stanleyville community is they offer many different activities for the residents, but the monthly calendar is very small print for the senior residents to read. The meals could stand for some improvement. However based on the experience so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

It is a friendly and very helpful caring environment. We chose The Legacy for several reasons. Again it is clean,friendly and the staff seems to be very knowledgeable in their fields.

Based on our experience with the community, It is time to update the carpeting and reupholster the chairs in the common areas. However the staff members at Colonial Gardens seems to be caring about the residents.

It's quite expensive, especially for memory care. (One parent in independent living and one in memory care). Quality of care in memory care is hit or miss as well - some great staff and some not very good. I think the independent living is really good - great food - the dining room is like a restaurant with lots of variety and good quality. The apartments are well set up. The staff in independent living are all very friendly and seem to know everyone. It's very welcoming. We really like that my mother can walk over to memory care almost any time to visit him.

All was excellent. What we like most about the community is The staff. I really trust them . They are always including me with every decision they make in regards to my mom's care and happiness. It is a very clean place and the have a tendency to spoil ALL of the residents. It not a community for care. It's a warm home. Even the family members great each other like family. I have adopted more adult children who have family members residing there. We have so much in common.

I toured with and really liked Preston House. Out of all of the places that I looked, this facility was my second choice. I loved [name removed] at Preston House, she was wonderful. I just liked the Bridge to Rediscovery program at [facility name removed].

We took a tour of Arbor Ridge at Kernersville when searching for a facility for our loved one. This facility was very nice. The atmosphere was welcoming. Everything was very clean. Our tour guide was accommodating and friendly.

Sometimes it is hard to get information and lots of times due to turn over staff does not really know what is going on. They are working on different areas it is just disappointing at times. I would recommend Chatham ridge but would want families to understand, memory care is not one on one care. You still need to be able to do something's for yourself.

The community and staff are very accommodating, and go above and beyond to assist residents and their families.
