Things that really stand out...the administrative staff...especially the assistant director...very professional... new executive director seem to have a lot of energy...clinical staff is very nice and caring...mom likes the size ...small enough to be a "community/home like" place. Things they could improve on....food is not great and they have a couple of positions that have gone unfilled which has an impact on some services (e g., no driver for the bus....administrative staff fills in for required transportation)

Liked that there were men for my husband. Not all ladies. But the ladies were real nice to him. Yes, we would absolutely recommend The Legacy of North Myrtle Beach to other families.

My loved one is cared for by loving staff that meet the needs of the resident. They provide a caring and safe environment that allows her to thrive. Activities are wonderful for the resident and the food services staff are amazing.

Friendliness, communication, and follow through are excellent prior to contract signing. Afterwards, they diminish to some extent.

Stay involved with your family member should you place one there. If Administration and staff sees that you are engaged they will be more engaged. Every facility has their ups and downs given momentary changes but this place thus far is pretty good

The staff.is great, friendly, and professional. I wish my Mother was doing better and could enjoy the meals, the community room, and the planned activities. The only negative point I have is on 2 occasions it took way to long to attend to my mother after she pushed her call button.

I like the size of the facility and the layout. Very easy to get around. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I've enjoyed my time at The Legacy.

We moved my sister to Kerner Ridge in February 2025. The management and staff all have been pleasant and have worked endlessly in behalf of my sister. We are very pleased with our decision of choosing Kerner Ridge.

The Staff and Nurses have all been wonderful at taking care of my Mom. When we moved in three years ago, the price was great. Its clean, the food is good, and the activities director keeps them busy. However, their costs just went up 44% from last year. How do they expect an elderly alzhiemer's patient be able to pay that much?

The facility is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The apartments are very adequate and the staff is usually helpful and friendly.

Patients seem to be clean. They do a variety of activities with them.

Overall this is a wonderful facility that has provided great care for two of our family members. The staff is very caring and attentive. Our family members have voiced their approval. They have lots of opportunities to engage in activities with other residents and never complain about the food. It is s safe haven.

Bad bad bad Unfortunatley, they also own the other nearby place with memory care We are dealing with corporate greed/ understaffing here They pretty much control the market Better standards Strictly enforced /firings /here.

Forest Ridge is a very good place for a loved one to be took care of. The staff is very caring and compassionate. My mom is treated with respect as well as my family when we visit. My one concern is that my mom’s laundry gets missing or mixed up with her roommate. Even though that is an inconvenience, I would still recommend this facility to others. If I had to voice a concern, it would be that there isn’t a way to get inside unless someone lets you in and that could take a few minutes. Need to have a bell to announce someone waiting to get in.

The staff at Hammond Square has been really great! They are very friendly and will help us with anything we need. I appreciate how they truly care about the residents and love them like their own family.

The only real complaint about Arbor Ridge is the lack of food. They need to provide more options for residents. The room sizes and amenities offered are good.

The caretakers were very kind and attentive to my Aunt's needs. She really loved them. Auntie passed away in December.

My patient there is happy. The help is very friendly and so is the staff. Food is good. She is happier there than the previous place. Place is nice and both management and staff really seem to care about patients!

We picked them because of the proximity to other family living in the area. Food is sub-par, and is often a major issue. Management had turned over several times, but the place is generally clean and feels safe overall. Have had all sorts of trouble and misinformation regarding getting approval for her long term care insurance though... Has cost us tens of thousands of dollars so far...

My mom began to need a little different care than Arbor Ridge was willing to provide. They wouldn't administer insulin shots. Or test blood sugar. Both of which she needed as she got older and health began to decline. Overall I would say the experience there was positive. It was clean. The food was decent and the staff was friendly. We wouldn't have left if not for the needed additional care levels. She liked it there. And my only real complaint was they didn't regularly communicate with me about her issues. Like Covid.
