Everyone here is very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions about maybe placing my granny in this facility. The residents all seem very happy.

I like it here. I like the people here - even the funny men. The workers try hard. They keep my room clean and I like that. Sometimes I don't like the food, but most of the time it's good.

I like it here. I like the people and I feel like part of a group. I love winning at Bingo. I never thought I would be in a place like this but I'm here and I like it.

My dad lives there and he loves it. He loves the staff. They are always going over and above. He's not much of a social butterfly but they've got him going to the dining room everyday now and he has made friends with two retired military men that he sits with. They're always having activities and he's had guests over who say, Wow! Leo, I would stay at this place. It's beautiful! I agree!

The facility is clean and well kept. The staff is fantastic. They are courteous, takes excellent care of the residents. the residents are always clean and tidy. Their needs are anticipated and attended to promptly.

The Dalton Place is a wonderful place. I feel warm inside when I come in the facility. The care is good. My mother is very happy here. When she first came, I wasn't sure how it would go. Thanks from the bottom of my heart for what you do for her everyday. Thanks for the dinner. Very sweet of you to do dinner for us all. God Bless the Dalton Place! You're in my prayers.

Very friendly people that care about the residence. Clean environment. The staff makes it a home away from home for their residence. Love it here!!

My mom is very loved and cared for at Dalton Place. She enjoys the activities that are planned for the residents and has her needs met as well. She is happy living here and her family has peace of mind.

Very nice people. Clean. Food is good. Staff very friendly and attentive to residents. Pleasant "home away from home". Lots of activities for residents who want to participate. They include the whole family and encourage families to visit.

As a hospice nurse I have been in and out of the facility many times. All areas are clean and classy in appearance. Staff is friendly and helpful. In the memory unit.. you can't find a more caring group of people. If I had a family member in need of a home I's choose Northstar Place.

Helena Place is absolutely fantastic! I like everything about them, and I'd give them 5s in every category! This was my absolute favorite place I saw when we were touring communities, and I spent a lot of time checking this place out. The staff are all very friendly and caring, and the facility itself is clean, well kept, and very attractive! Unfortunately they were full during our initial search, but the woman I had been speaking with her stayed in contact and was always happy to answer any questions I had. Once a spot opened up here I jumped on it immediately!

The place is so homelike and surroundings are beautiful, away from the road and lots of shade trees. Clean, friendly, very impressive.

My Mother-in-Law has only been at Preston House for about six weeks. I had visited at least ten other facilities, but really liked the fact that Preston House had all private rooms and was small enough that the staff knew every person's name. When we brought her to Preston House, it was a very traumatic experience for her (and for us). but the staff at Preston House handled it with care and with dignity for her. Each time we have visited (and it has been often), Preston House has been clean - never any odors, and the staff has been very friendly. The staff readily answers our questions, and my Mother-in-Law who can be very difficult seems to be adapting quite well. So far, we have been very pleased. I would readily recommend Preston House to anyone with a loved one who has been diagnosed with Dementia or Alzheimer's Disease.

My mom has been a resident here for 3 months while it is always rough to make a change the staff was wonderful helping her adjust to her new surroundings. Everyone always has a kind word and always has a smile for all residents....very welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a secure but pleasant new home.

We toured this community when we were looking for care options for our loved one. When we were looking in the Rocky Mount area this was one of our top two picks. It is a very nice looking facility, and the grounds are gorgeous. It looked like they had a lot of nice amenities to offer the residents, and the rooms were large and spacious. This one was a bit more expensive than the other option we liked.

We loved everything about Pinewood! The people were awesome to work with, the facility was beautiful and welcoming. It is also close to where we are moving, and that was a big issue for me. We have chosen Pinewood Place as the place for Mom.

Our family's experience while my Mom was at Dalton Place was absolutely wonderful.The staff was so caring and sweet not only to her but to all of us.We all felt like we were visiting her at home.The apartments were very roomy and the staff kept them very clean,Food was always good and a good selection to choose from.The activity director--Top Notch!!The caregivers--wonderful!! Michael Allen,one of the directors was always a face you saw and seem to be all things to everyone.

What a beautiful community! The staff really go above and beyond to assist residents and families with the transition into senior living.

Mallard Ridge is a first class facility. The staff go out of their way to make everything about the assisted living experience easy for the residents and their families. My mother is receiving wonderful care from people who are interested in her well being. The staff interacts constantly with the residents as people, who deserve care and respect. The most notable things about Mallard Ridge are the smiles : RESIDENTS AND STAFF! MY mother is happier, healthier and safer than she was at home.
