It's a pretty good place. They were very flexible, and the one place we found that allowed my loved one to have her dog. Their flexibility was the main reason we went there in comparison to other places. They do seem understaffed, so you don't always get immediate attention. But in general they do pretty well. It's an aging facility, so they've had some maintenance issues, but they do try to keep up with it, and it's kept very clean. The residents do a good job supporting each other, and there's a great sense of community.

In our experience, they do a good job overall. You would do well to put your loved one here. It's a good place. Cleanliness is fine except in our loved one's room. I think they need to organize themselves better so they know what everybody else is doing. I don't know that things like laundry and cleaning the floor are being done as regularly as they should be. But all of the staff we've met have been a delight. The food is excellent. And as far as the marketplace, it seems to be a good value for the cost.

The administrative staff has really gone above and beyond their role to get things settled and that really stands out to us. It was a very easy transition for the most part. My mother has got a one bedroom apartment and the size is very nice for what she needs. It has overall been a positive experience and I would recommend them to others looking.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one enjoys the bingo which is available each day. There are a lot of activities available and pass out calendars to the residents. There is a lot of soup for meals and there is a menu for the residents to choose from. They recently changed cooks.

The communication is good between the staff and our family. The community is kept neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We've really appreciated how welcoming they've been. They've been wonderful and kind in helping our mom navigate her situation, where she's still at home but her husband is in memory care here. One thing that has been less than ideal is the staff level. Sometimes even if there were just one more person, situations could have been better dealt with. But Dad loves the food. It's a good variety and high quality. They have a lot of wonderful activities, the bulk of which seem to occur in the morning or early afternoon. Sometimes in the late afternoon, I've noticed that the activity that is scheduled is not necessarily the activity that's going on, but maybe that's a part of dementia care, working with the people and the situation you have in front of you. And on the other hand, I'm glad they're not rigid. For instance, if we come to take Dad out on a walk, they never say "No, you can't do that. We're in the middle of something." Which has been nice.

We have been very happy with Summit Place. We chose them because of the convenient location. The room sizes at the facility are adequate for what she needs. Everyone here has been very friendly. I would recommend them to others

The staff tries their best to make the residents feel at home. The community is neat and clean and the staff is very friendly I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

My dad is overall happy with this community. He is well taken care of and the food here is really great. They offer a good variety even though he is on a specific diet. I would definitely recommend this community

We chose Northstar Place because at the time they were one of the only place that was able to accept her. The room sizes are ok, her room she is in is like many others in the facility, but she is in an over sized wheelchair and cannot get through the doorway on her own because of the way it is set up, it makes it difficult. I have eaten here and the food was good, she says that she enjoys the food. I would recommend them to just about anybody. They have overall done a very good job.

My mother has dementia and NorthLake House has been very good to her. She gets good care and seems to feel "at home" there.

We moved my mommies during this crazy COVID-19. My mom had lived in the same house for over 64 years, so you can only imagine the stress of making this decision. Let me tell you it was the best decision we have ever made for mom. [Name removed] treated her and us like family. The staff made sure mom was welcomed into Langston. They took care of every need. My mom has been so happy being at Langston. The food is awesome and they do activities daily. My mom has a new family and very happy.

They have made my mother happy there she calls it her home. And that is saying a lot because she had to leave her house that she lived in for 63 years the people are so nice and friendly. I would highly recommend

My Mother was a resident here for 6 months. Thanks to [name removed] for getting her in to undergo rehabilitation after falling. The staff always treated her with loving kindness. My Mother enjoyed playing the piano there and having residents and staff come in the activity room to sing or just listen. My Mother has since passed. I will always have fond memories of her stay at Mallard Ridge.

I have the assurance that my Mom is taken care of, safe, and stable. My experience is that staff is consistently personable, approachable, professional, caring and that my Mom’s well-being matters. That matters to me!

My mother, [name removed], is currently in the Memory Care unit and I have been quite pleased overall. [Name removed] is newly in charge, having moved up the ranks. She is A+++! [Name removed] and [name removed] are a couple of our other favorites. Nurse [name removed] is available daily and [name removed] is on site weekly. The atmosphere is family-like and the staff are extremely friendly. I highly recommend this facility.

It is still too early to rate care/activities because mom has only been there for a couple of days. Because of issues of moving her during the corona virus, the staff has been extremely accommodating during this difficult time and allowed us to make sure that she was able to get settled in and comfortable.

My dad was only there for a month before he passed. The staff was wonderful.
